I enjoyed tonight having dinner in Franco Manca at Tooting Broadway. Thanks to Ana for to provide an excellent service and kind welcoming. Also, I am very grateful to Luis that prepared that delicious and customised pizza that only the Franco Manca's Cheff is able to prepare with the traditional way in the stone oven that makes unforgettable experience delighting of the Mediterranean cussine. Thanks for to make me feel at home. Thanks to all the team for the good job making a kind environment.

Great service from Szintia, she was very helpful. Great value for money on the lunchtime offer. Pizza was delicious and arrived quickly.

This is my favorite pizza place in London, price range is good, thin crust pizza with fresh ingredients and the garlic dip for the leftovers pieces is just incredible !

I was looking for a easy dinner during my stay near Wimbledon. Pizza sounded like a reasonable option. The restaurant is clean and offers good tables. I ordered pizza 7. The delivery was fast and good. Taste could have been better. For me too fatty, i don’t like it when I look at my pizza and see fat floating on my pizza. It should be dry on top of my pizza. Taste was spicy, exactly what I hoped for, also due to the extra green spicy pepperoni’s I ordered extra on my pizza. Nice that you can order some extra’s on the pizza, allthough 2,5£ for some pieces of green pepper is a bit expensive Taste okay, but Not the wat I prefer my pizza Price little high

Couldn’t believe how rude the waiter was had never seen anything like it. We waited to be seated but we were ignored so just picked a table ourselves to sit at.. the waiter came to take our order but didn’t even greet us just stood in silence waiting for us to say what we wanted. We kindly asked for water and a jug was placed at our table with no cups had to go and grab some off another table. The food was good and came swiftly however would not return on the basis of how we were treated. The waiter quite literally didn’t say a word to us for the whole time we were there. We asked to pay without service charge on this basis and only realised after we were still charged this. Do not recommend.

Mi sono fermata qui per un pranzo veloce. Pizza pazzesca: gustosa, saporita e non pesante. Fatta proprio come piace a me: con un bel bordo alto, soffice non gommoso! Complimenti al pizzaiolo 👏🏼

We rounded up our bill but the waiter demanded we pay the full 12.5% service charge. Didn’t think this would be a problem, as it was optional and we did want to leave a tip. Never seen anything like this. Won’t be going here again. Service wasn’t great throughout the meal too.

Really is just another chain pizza restaurant with a mediocre menu, never anything exciting and doesn’t compare to other pizza places unfortunately. There are so many local pizza restaurants nearby that are 10x better. This place is ok. Also ordered from Uber Eats recently and it arrived frozen cold and it was an absolute mess, zero presentation standards. I tried to get money back or some sort of compensation but I received nothing. Really not great, if you want some really good food, head next door (in the next market) and visit The Joint. Best ribs and burgers in the world!

Great meal experience - my daughter & I had two lovely pizzas followed by tiramisu & chocolate cake & ice cream. Excellent service from manager, waiters & chefs. There was a slight issue with my pizza but it was dealt with in a thoughtful and professional manner. We hope to return soon.

After a long time, we finally visited Franco Manco. We were not disappointed. Delicious pizzas, staff very friendly and make sure everything is ok on our table. We feel welcome and we know we will feel good there. Thank you, we love this place! We recommend it to everyone!

We've never had a problem with Franco Manca before but we ordered 2 vegan pizza's through Uber Eats and the delivery guy was given 3 meat pizzas by someone at Franco Manca. We then told him it was incorrect and gave them back and called Franco Manca and they kept trying to blame the delivery driver then eventually admitted that our pizzas were actually sat at their restaurant but they wouldn't send anyone to deliver them and we had to collect them. They said they would only warm them when we asked them to remake them but eventually gave in. This was after we were hung up on mid-discussion. We've never had service like this from FM and wonder why now. Judging by recent reviews it looks like the management might have changed.

Franco Manca is the only place where I can finish a whole pizza by myself! I love the pizza here, always fresh and always delicious. The prices of the pizzas are also very affordable.

Terrible experience in one of our favourite chains. Ordered in a group of 7, one drink and food order completely missed. When the missed pizza finally arrived it had a big hair on it. Our guest ended up eating her pizza after we had all finished - it was so late. Staff unapologetic and claimed the hair was ours, holding it up to the light as the rest of the table were eating, which was enough to put everyone off. When paying we were charged incorrectly twice, which was the managers fault, and shouted after us as we left. All seemed very out of control and lacking any form of customer service.

I knew the old manager of this branch of Franco Manca and he was a really great manager and was always smiling and funny. Instead, the new one (I think it’s a new one) is very rude and gave me and my friends such an unwelcoming welcome. He has no manners on how to treat the clients and I asked him for a table for 5 in a gentle way by showing him 5 with my hand and he got rude to me saying that I didn’t ask properly. Me as a civilised person I smiled and said I’m sorry for saying it in a way that you might not appreciate. I turn around and this guy says “n**gro di M***a” now the funniest part of this review will come... I speak Italian and this guy said shi*ty ni*ga. Imagine saying this to your client for no apparent reason. Used to love this branch with the old manager but now with this “waste man” I think they’re going to go downhill. I would like to Franco manca to make an intervention because this is not HOW you treat customers. He gave me the vibe of a conservative Italian full of himself and pride. Disgraceful and disgusting experience.
