Happy with service. My tea was served with a lovely tea strainer. Weather was lovely day so good options to have outside.

Coffee was nice and the young girl serving was lovely. However, the homemade cakes they used to have were absent which was shame and the chairs were uncomfortable. The menus were pieces of paper in poly pockets and the all day menu was limited choice. Staff were friendly but I would not rush to return.

My first time in Frampton's, definitely not my last. Really friendly ladies who run the cafe, service was first class. I had a panini and a coffee. Both were lovely, and the panini was freshly made with side salad and crisps. If you're in the area, give it a go. You won't regret it.

We meet up every Tuesday at Framptons and every visit has been great. Fab ambience, really friendly staff, lovely cakes and hot chocolate at competitive prices. Love going there.

Superb little coffee shop, independently owned and better for it. Quality coffee, friendly welcome and an afternoon tea to die for. Nothing too much trouble and a private back room made in perfect for privacy.

I was really impressed with Frampton's. The range of cakes and pastries on offer was excellent - as a vegetarian, I often struggle to find exciting meat-free savoury options at smaller eateries, but there were multiple vegetarian savouries available. My partner and I shared a pasty - it was easily large enough for two people and tasted homemade. The coffee was excellent and the atmosphere was lovely - clean and homely with vintage decor. I was very impressed with the service; the staff were quick, helpful, and very friendly. Strongly recommended.

Absolutely loved it here. I heard so many great things about it so I decide to throw my friend an afternoon tea party. It did not disappoint. So many lovely cakes on the menu. The service was amazing. They were really helpful. Parking can be found on nearby streets. All guests have been talking about it since we visited! A star!

This was a surprise! Really nice home made pasties and cakes in a cosy friendly space. A highlight in Gorseinon. The owners make you feel at home.

Gorgeous home made cake and a generous sized coffee. Pretty coffee shop that also sells cakes made to order.

Me and my daughter went here one afternoon as I heard good things, however, I was very disappointed in the food choices! We had to wait for at least 20 mins before even being served and were then told there were no Gluten-free options! Quite sad in this day in age that a cafe cannot cater for people with intolerances, won't be visiting again

Really enjoyed the sweet treats, we opted for the cheesecakes which were unreal and some flavoured hot drinks, which were delicious!! The only thing lacking was the atmosphere and the jumping music and the fact the tables were dirty and lots of crumbs everywhere. Apart from that it was fabulous!

Had fabulous lunch followed by afternoon tea. All food top quality, well cooked and presented. Lovely atmosphere, owner could not have done more but was not overbearing. Cake etc we could not eat was boxed to bring home. All ‘caked’ out now!

Called in for lunch. We ordered Welsh rarebit and it was delicious. Coffee was equally good as was the service. We were too full to sample the cake in store but it looked so good that we bought three slices to take away. We have just finished them and they were superb. All of the food and cake is homemade and service is definitely with a smile. Highly recommended.

I'd heard lots about this tea shop so went to visit . Parking is sometimes difficult but the buses are easy. We went for breakfast and were a little disappointed . They had only a bacon roll on the menu and had run out of baps so we were served white bread . I asked if the did wholemeal bread and was told not. I'd been recommended to this place for afternoon tea and I must admit the cakes looked amazing so I will return to sample these one day as the cafe has a delightful ambience.

Called in after being highly recommended . 2:3o on a Saturday afternoon very disappointed to be told there was no cake or food available as they did not have enough because of preorders! Hmm never been to a coffee shop where i could see the food but couldn’t buy it! We did stay for hot drinks And they were lovely . Just left feeling rather let down. There was no website and i do not have face book so wasn’t aware of the ordering but we had made a special trip .The shop itself is small but rather lovely.

My favourite pub in Swansea. Always lovely, friendly staff, serving well looked after beers. I didn't eat there but the food always looks delicious. This is one of the last remaining proper pubs in town. Use it as much as you can so that it says with us for as long as possible...

Have used this Pier cafe for over 20 years and it’s a shame it’s closed now after a fire. Used the temporary Pier cafe this morning as an alternative but won’t go there again. Food still good but absolutely shocking service from young male at the counter and waitress who was clearing the tables! Young guy at the counter was totally uninterested in our custom and coffees were served spilled into our saucers. Even worse was the young female waitress who wasn’t clearing tables and when we asked her to clean our table she rolled her eyes at us. Eventually came to clean the table after we had our food and coffee on the table and sprayed cleaning product over our plates on to the table! Add to that there was no toilet paper in the toilets! Nothing worse than poor service and having to eat off dirty tables. The management need to be made aware of these issues.

My favourite coffee shop in Swansea city centre. The staff are really friendly: just the sort of people you want to deal with first thing in the morning.
