Four Star Pizza Lisburn in Lisburn

Asked for chilli base pizza and its as if they overloaded the pizza with all the sauce they had in the shop. Was uneatable…sauce and toppings would just come flying off the pizza. Same issue with doughballs, not usually like this.

Order from here a lot but recently I keep having things missing from my order I paid for BBQ and garlic dips and didn’t receive them for the second time and every time I ask for Parmesan shake on my pizza they never put it on.

OK. so apparently my order got lost in the system. don't know if it was th "Just Eat" system or four star's own. I was miffed to say the least, I reported the lateness via just eat's app, but that done nothing. I then phoned, eventually to be told my order would leave in the next 5 minutes. So, pizza was slightly underdone, but was eatable, it was tasty and what I expected. in compensation, they sent extra dips, AND an ice cream, all's forgiven, I will be back, things happen, it was sorted

Ordered for a party. One pizza was cheese… and it came with NO CHEESE!!! why would anyone order cheese pizza with no cheese!!?? I phoned and the staff were very rude to me!! Not all helpful!! So rude I hung up! First and last time ordering from here.

food arrived and was wrong.i had ordered a hot veggie pizza and a chicken one arrived. phoned the store and they did promptly deliver another pizza however there was no falafel on it. being a vegetarian it was missed from the order. won't be ordering again. delivery driver(kim) however was very apologetic and very pleasant. couldn't fault her.

The pizza had the taste and consistency of luke-warm sponge, eating more than 3 slices prooved to be a challange, not sure if this is a consistant pattern but I hope action it taken to imrove things in the future.

Food Never Arrived after waiting several hours with no food and 2 starving kids waiting to eat , it is an absolute disgrace , not even to let us know , they should not have accepted the order .
