Delicious food and fantastic customer care from the lovely Kim. Our initial order was wrong but when I rang the staff were so lovely and quickly went above and beyond to fix our order. Thankyou Kim and the team, we will b ordering g again. should change the name to 5 star pizza!!!!

I asked for no onions & for the toppings to be on half the pizza. The pizza arrived with both toppings and red onion over the entire pizza. (Delivery from Kim was fantastic as always)

Lis was very apologetic as she would have been there earlier if the address wasn't hard to find. Very pleasant person and had no reason to apologise as she was still early!

Service is usually quick, but it seems there was a mix-up with our order, which led to a 40-minute wait for two cheese pizzas.

Delivery driver Liz was lovely! Very friendly! The food unfortunately was below the normal standard and was undercooked (both pizza and chips)

Fries were not fresh, they were dry almost reheated and disappointing portion but didn’t matter because it was inedible. Pizza wasn’t their best either I usually order from them often and unfortunately wasn’t the usual standard.

Asked for chilli base pizza and its as if they overloaded the pizza with all the sauce they had in the shop. Was uneatable…sauce and toppings would just come flying off the pizza. Same issue with doughballs, not usually like this.

order was ready 20 mins before the requested time, which meant it was cold when collected. the order was also wrong as we ordered BBQ base and got chilli and thin crust but got normal.

Order from here a lot but recently I keep having things missing from my order I paid for BBQ and garlic dips and didn’t receive them for the second time and every time I ask for Parmesan shake on my pizza they never put it on.
