Haven't had a kebab in 2 years thought I would try this place, in fairness i went just before they opened but the guy let me in anyway which was kind of him, I had a mixed kebab with salad chips etc, my son had a plain cheese burger, the food was hot fresh and really tasty I can't fault it, there was so much it will probably be another 2 years before I have another one, definitely would recommend the place

This order like 95% of them had things missing why have a place to leave notes when they’re never read them or just ignored? Think you need to read the order the whole way through I won’t be ordering again every week we eat stuff that’s not right so will definitely be changing to somewhere else

food arrived very early which I wasn't complaining until I started eating and the food was freezing for the second time in a row how can food be 30 mins early but freezing shows food was lying about absolute disgrace paying money for unacceptable cold food

I really like Turkish Kebab but this time my family weren't happy with our order. Pizza was definitely too thin (like a paper) and weren't full after we ate it and pizza was slightly warm but it should be very hot. Prices are higher than previously but quality of food much, much worse.

Have eaten from here quite a few times before and it's been fine but tonight I ordered and was waiting outside looking in and couldn't believe what I saw, Order was brought back to the store the guy took the chips out of the bag and put them on the fryer rack which was reused for my order and then returned to take out all the kebab meat placed in a bucket to be reused disgusting 🫣 when I confronted these 2 guys about it one guy shouted at me pay for your order are get out and don't come back (seriously don't come back) if reusing chips and cleaning sauce and lettuce of donner meat happens infront of customers what else go's on behind closed doors.

Delivered late, food cold. One meal wrong, ordered doner kebab got sent steak kebab. Refund offer an insult.

On of the worse dry burnt kebabs I ever had. I ordered a mixed kebab, it was basically a diner kebab with a sprinkle of the chicken and steak kebabs. Cannot recommend less!!

Great value for food, got the 12” box to share between my partner and I and there was still plenty left after we were finished. Food was very quick, chips had a very nice taste to them and the garlic sauce was a 10/10.

This has become our go to place for kebabs and pizzas the food is always absolutely delicious and the portions are generous. I have left a few notes for changes to the food we order and it’s been followed without an issue which is fantastic honestly we love this place there are closer places to us but they just don’t compare

Food took nearly 2 hours to arrive yet the driver had marked it delivered nearly half an hour early. Preparation instructions were not looked at. Food itself wasn't too bad but was near freezing when arrived.

Garlic sauce on the chips looked like blue cheese rather than a sauce, no house sauce on the kebab, more onions in it than is required for 10 kebabs. really super disappointed. Take it off my takeaway ordering list. waist of £30.

pizza arrived stone cold cheese had gone to rubbery texture and chips were freezing I live a ten minute walk 15 maybe and yet it took from they marked as out for delivery to it getting here around 35 mins or more honestly so disappointed

Ordered a kehbab and a pizza, kebab was fine but pizza was stone cold, rang and let them know and they kindly said they’d send a fresh one, while I binned the cold one as a fresh one was on its way the driver asked for the cold pizza back! I replied it’s in the bin and he questioned whether I actually binned it or ate it! Was happy with the customer service from the cooks themselves but definitely not from the driver! Why would he expect to be handed back a cold pizza!? I offered to take it out of the bin for him and all I got was attitude saying it’s fine and walked away!

Disappointed as we usually have no issue with this takeaway, always lovely food and piping hot. But unfortunately today food quality was poor, not only late but cold and pizza was stale.

Almost an hour late based on the original time when the order was accepted, just kept getting delayed... On arrival the food was cold and the kebab meat was rubbery with overcooked bits and hard inedible bits through it, chicken was dry and everything was over salty. Chips were undercooked. Not the usual standard. Very disappointing.

Food was extremely late. Chips were burnt beyond being able to eat, all food was cold, not even just a little cool it was freezing! Driver was so rude & basically threw the food at my husband upon arrival. When I called the restaurant the staff were not helpful & tried to blame traffic for the reason for the late delivery despite it being almost half an hour late for a journey that should have taken 5-10 mins max at that time of the evening.

Pizzas are nice in fairness, ordered a kebab and chicken was as if it had been threw in microwave maybe because I ordered half hour before close which shouldn’t have an affect on food quality no dips in bag with kebab that I paid extra for and absolutely covered in salad. Handy if nowhere else is opened on just way that’s it .

Highly unsatisfed. Food was cold, missing item from order and put tomatoes in order- when i asked for only lettuce just to allergies. Contacted shop - unhelpful. Replied “ok” when i said i was going to place a complaint not apologetic whatsoever

The Turkish Kebab and Pizza House in Lisburn, is really good. The people working there are nice, and the kebab portions are generous. I asked if the food is Halal, and they were honest. They said the Lamb Kebab and Chicken are Halal, but the Beef Steak Kebab is not. I appreciate the honesty. I tried the Mix-Kebab's with Chicken and Lamb Doner, and it was tasty. I suggest giving this place a try if you want a Good Kebab.

The salad was nice, fresh, what there was of it and by far the best part of my meal. The meat was dry and flavourless which might have been saved a little if they had bothered to put some garlic sauce on as I had requested not at all what I would expect.....,.
