Beautiful food, great portion size and lovely delivery driver

Worst butter chicken I have ever seen let alone try. Pretty sure it’s gone off, it’s all curdled up with some separate liquid coming out. Actually speechless that this was sent out to someone, never again

Chicken Jalfrezi was lovely and so was the chips. I orderd rice but that didnt come in the order so was very dissapointed.

Worst Indian I've ever had. Prawn sag was lots of tiny shrimp, disgusting. Straight into the bin

Absolutely worst Indian I've ever tasted. I wouldn't mind but £31 to be put in the bin and still hungry. Onion Bajee tasted like stale burgers, curry was like soup. Chilli dip definitely not authentic, straight out of a jar. Best thing was the frozen chips. Never be back

The chicken tikka kebab was delicious. The vindaloo chicken was a bit too spicy but we didn’t know but still yummy.

Those chips were overcooked too hard and dry

Kebabs where meant to be king they where normal size Donar meat was OK chicken was very dry I asked for salad I got few streads of lettuce that's all. And popodum was soggy.

The mixed kebab on nann had that much sauce on it that you couldn't pick it up, fell apart. Not alot of meat and overall very disappointed. Should put the sauce separate

Ordered pilau rice got boiled rice with bits in to make it look like it was pilau rice, nan bred was dry, didn't really like what it taste like in general all very dry. Just don't order as soon as it opens are you won't get the best of it

Another first class takeaway this evening, thanks guys! The curry was full of flavour with large, tender pieces of chicken. The pilau rice and chips were beautiful. All the food was piping hot and delivery was 10 minutes early. What’s not to love about Taj Mahal Tandoori!

We ordered a good bit of food to try. It seems decent quality meat & breads but zero flavour, spice or taste especially in the curry. Was really disappointed. Veg pakora was deep fried & very crispy, loved it. Veg samosa was tiny! Filo pastry, Tasted like something frozen out of iceland. Very bland. Definitely not worth ordering. Peswari naan was really nice & fresh. Paratha wasn’t layered, flaky or buttery at all, I think it was actually whole wheat. The Butter chicken was the strangest dish ever. It was like a sweet coconut semolina! Definitely not a usual indian takeaway butter chicken. I found the sweetness very sickly & the texture was just to reminiscent of old school dinners. Lamb bhuna- the lamb was cooked well, not tough but it tasted like a lamb bolognese. Absolutely zero of the usual aromatic herbs, spices or flavours.

Food was nice only thing could say was all the sauce was at the top of the kebab and the bottom where the chips are was dry maybe put the sauce on the chips then more on the top so it’s not as dry bar that it was tasty doner perfect and the chicken to tender first time trying this place

We got a kebab from here this evening and it was really lovely, great flavour and the nan was so fresh, the chips were really good too, very good portion and the guys in the kitchen where so friendly we will be definitely be visiting again

2 problems. Delivery took ages tonight, driver must have been doing other deliveries or something. Stop putting cold drinks in the same bag as hot food. By time the driver got here with his extended delivery time, the food was freezing and the drinks were warm.

SECOND TIME IVE GOT FOOD WHERE IM NOT HAPPY. CHIPS OVER COOKED. COOKED IN OIL TOO HOT. FEW WEEKS AGO OUR DINNER HAD TO GO TO BIN😡

Food was nice though couple of weeks ago I got food from here and had to bin it food was overcooked in too hot of oil and we couldn't eat it

First time trying this particular Indian- I ordered chefs special chicken & garlic balti, didn’t realise it came with (didn’t give it on app) I ordered extra rice but it didn’t matter it was delicious 😋- the chips are frozen not great and the garlic naan could Definitely had more garlic flavour- overall it was enjoyed and I will be trying different dishes in future- enough to share with 2-3 people great value 👌🏽

Got food from this place tonight Very disappointing you could tell a mile of the food was not fresh nan bread was over done felt like I was biting into stones doner meet Very pure and tasted like in was kooked last week chicken burgers was burnt couldn't eat it I will definitely not be back I'd totally a waste of money

First time trying Taj Mahal. The only letdown here was the vegetable pakora, which was slightly overcooked. The Shashlik, Aloo Chat, Pilau, and Garlic Naan were all delicious. The balance of flavours was perfect. Will definitely head back to try some more of the menu.

After waiting for nearly 2 hours our food arrived completely cold. I contacted the shop and was told to put it in the microwave. I explained this is unacceptable and they repeated just put it in the microwave and it's OK. I requested a refund and they said to contact the app. I requested a refund from the app but 2 weeks later still no refund.

Loved it. Everything was so tasty. My favourite thing is Lamb Saag and I always order it so I know when it's good. This was excellent. And lovely Peshwari naan and pakora. yum.

Waited ages on delivery and definitely wasn't worth the wait the state of the food was brutal, i asked for sauce madras hot it was bland with no taste, ordered 2litre coke I got 1litre, the keema nan was dry and cold, chips was cold, pizza was burnt and cold.. One of the worst kebabs I’ve ever had. Bread was virtually uneatable. Delivery woman was lovely though 🤷‍♂️

All the cheese and toppings was off the pizza! The donor meat on chips had no salad no chilli and the few chips that was in it was burnt! Rang down and the man couldn’t understand one word i was saying!

Half hour late & demanded another pound to delivery. No apology, told him to take the food back of 50p, ordered by card for a reason. Won't order again, disappointed.

Very disappointed, we Ordered a mixed kebab. The donor meat and chicken was nice but the nann bread was burnt around the edges and was very tough and rubbery. We ordered a side of chips which were very very well done.
