Terrible service! Even worse food! Lady on the counter needs to sort her attitude out and because we asked questions about what we were ordering she gave us the old haggis that looked like it had been in the warmer for 8 hours

This place is so so good! Pizza fresh and cooked to perfection and tasted just like the ones i had back in Rome and the pasta was mouth wateringly good! Fantastico!

Regular customer here for over 8 years for fish, haggis and smoked sausage suppers. Always fast friendly service and food is always excellent. Tried a pizza this evening and it was amazing. Place looks brilliant after refurbishment at the beginning of the year.

App says 45 mins delivery .. waited over an hour then phoned them and they said they would get it out in 5 mins .. 45 mins later still nothing , phoned again and got phone put down on me .. food eventually ariives nearly 2 hrs since ordered and it was barely warm and looked like it had been lying out for ages . Customer Service shocking

We always use the Fountain Fry after being at Murrayfield . The chips are always freshly fried . The portion sizes are good and we have always had excellent service.

To charge almost £6 for a half smoked sausage and a few chips is probably one of the biggest cons in fish & chip history. Their profit margins must be huge. I'll not be back. No excuses about food prices as i know how much the items cost.

We ordered from here at 8.20 food arrived at 10.15 stone cold barely cooked also things missing we called to complan and ask for missing items. We were told we weren't getting the missing items cause we complained about the cold food!!! We spent 44.91 on food we couldn't eat things missing. We asked for a refund and fhe boss called us rude and liars cause the food left the place hot - so its not ilhis fault HIS driver took so long! We emailed asking for a refund and the email on website is fake so you cant contact them as they block your number if you complain. We are almost £45 down on food we couldnt eat. Please dont give this takeaway hour money. They take your money dont give you what you pay for and then block you so you can ask for your money back.

Ordered online, I got the fish and chips and my girlfriend got the carbonara, by far the best carbonara I’ve ever tasted!! I’m a big lover of Italian food and carbonara is my go to everytime I visit an Italian restaurant! This was so creamy and I definitely wasn’t expecting it to taste as good as it does!! The fish and chips were to die for!! The fish was so fresh and the chips were freshly cooked! 10/10 will definitely be back, delivery was also quick considering it was a Saturday! The driver was a positive chap!

This was the last time i ordered from this chip shop as previous deliveries had been very, very poor. Expensive, dry overcooked food and when i emailed or phoned them they never got back to me with a discussion, an apology, a discount, or a refund. The fish and chips were particularly bad with hard batter, small pieces of fish that were overcooked, and high prices. I would never go back there.

Pastas here are fabulous, tried so many chippy and never had pasta like here. Restaurant quality. Well done 👏🏻 you

I ordered from here, waited for 2 hours for my order - when it said it was delivered it was nowhere to be seen. After phoning them they said there was no answer at the door so they took it back despite having selected "Leave at door" on the delivery notes. Since they are refusing to refund me I now don't have food and they still have my money. Don't order from here.

Being on holiday i ordered from hotel 3 nights in a row then on 4th night ordered to a different address which i had used in the past was told don't deliver there when i said they had delivered there before was told it would cost me £5 delivery which i had to agree to as most other places were closed The chicken leg i got was a disgrace it was all shrivalled up and dry as old boots I did love this chippy but that's the last for me so disappointed Greedy owners charging £5 delivery Your loss not mine

I've visited this fish and chip shop on many occasions and even went out my way to go here. I judge a restaurant on its fish which has always been excellent.

Awful customer service and wait times for delivery. Was told to expect 30 minutes when it was over an hour. Next, the combo box ordered was a mess and scattered across the box. Asked for salt and vinegar on the chips and didn’t get any. Also asked and PAID for extra cheese on the chips to find they had about 10g of cheese melted on one section of the chips. Due to wait time was also cold by the time it arrived. AVOID

Unhealthy, stale food. Please don't visit this dump. The food is disgusting and there are so many better options available.
