Super speedy service, good food. There was an issue originally with old pricing vs new pricing when it came to my order and Emily went above and beyond to sort the issue, great girl and great family run business.

Great quality for the price. Always decent portions and responsive!

Never had a bad meal in the 2 years we've lived in Hartford. I can't comment on the delivery as I always pick up. It's really not that much of a fuss to pick up as I've never had to wait.

1hr 20 for delivery (not due to the driver), they couldn't care less. Wanted to pay less to reflect the poor service but the driver said they'd take the money from him. Do not recommend delivery service

Best Chinese in northwich by far only problem the chips are not very good, I got salt and pepper ribs, salt and pepper wings, egg fried rice, chips, meat spring rolls and sweet and sour sauce it was really nice the chips no good though

Lovely food if the food order is correct. I advise to give the food number from the menu. Their broken English is spoke so rapid you can’t understand what they’re reading back to you, you could be agreeing to anything!

Have used before but never again. I rang in my order, discussed delivary time and agreed 19.50-19.55. At 20.00 I called to see were the food was, couldn't understand any exsplination, but was told it was on its way. The customer service resone was"or would you like the driver to bring it back" treibul and unreliable. Don't trade with them.

The food was ok but service terrible. As visitors to the area we googled takeaways that deliver locally. We duly ordered and waited for delivery. We received a phone call saying that the driver couldn’t find us. He was actually quite rude saying it’s our fault that we couldn’t pinpoint where we were, despite having given him the postcode.I explained that Google maps bought us straight to the door but he said he knows these roads like the back of his hand so doesn’t need it. Well clearly not. So we had to go out in the car and meet him which kind of defeated the object. His attitude was pretty bad in all honesty. He was stroppy and blaming us for not knowing exactly where we were. We only arrived in the area an hour before. Would not recommend

Good food but the 1 star review is for their delivery policy. We were told they deliver within 5 miles. We are 5.2 miles away and frequent customers. The inflexibility of this is probably going to mean I go to another one that’s equally as good.

Delicious food, everytime! Salt and Pepper box for 2, can't beat it. Sweet and sour, yum!! Reasonably priced for such highly appreciated nice food 🙂

Ordered a meal over the phone at 5 pm and now at 7 15 pm still not here,never use this place again

The takeaway food from the Fortune House is delicious. We only discovered the place (how silly can we be?) last year and now have alternate Friday night suppers from them. One portion of sweet and sour pork, egg fried rice and bean sprouts will divide between my husband and myself with enough left over for a small lunchtime snack the following day. Great!

excellent food but was cold after waiting over 4 and a half hours for delivery, rang after 3 hours they said it would be 20mins, one hour later rang again and they said they would speak to driver and ring back which they never did arrived at 10.30 when ready for bed, not impressed

Absolutely horrendous, twice now we've been given a delivery time of 1hour-1hour15mins and they have not delivered within that time. Tonight, we were told at 6pm there was 1hour 15min delivery time, fine! Not a problem! However, it is now 8:15pm and we have no food. I've phoned to ask about the order at 7:30pm, was told they were sending it out for delivery in 15 mins....... That was 50 mins ago...... NEVER USING THEM AGAIN!!!!!!!

Well I’ve tried every Chinese in northwich but I kept with happy house as it was the best out of the lot...so after over 12 months in ordering from happy house I was getting alittle bored...so tonight I thought I would try Fortune House and I’m so glad I did....everything was fresh & hot and I’ve now found the perfect Chinese! Believe me when I say this it really is really nice! Thank you and you’ll be seeing me again
