Forno Italiano in Cambridge

The service from here has gone downhill rapidly lately. Tried to order from the app, the app wasn't working. It said I should ring the store and order. Tried calling the store, they didn't answer the phone. Went to the store to be told I couldn't order over the counter because there was only one member of staff working, I should book through the app. I wasted almost an hour from start to finish and left with not been able to order at all. Won't be using that specific store again.

I use to like coming to this subway but unfortunately it looks like it's my last time after very rude costomer service I received today from a girl who's working there :/
