Went for breakfast at the fork n knife. Great local spot and highly recommend for a hearty breakfast and cup of tea. My recommendations would be to get the full breakfast. Greeting upon arrival and great service with amazing food leaves my review at 5/5.

A beautiful wee café decorated with lovely pictures of The Beatles, Elvis, and other classics. Very friendly staff that made me feel welcome. The food is delicious and the presentation was some of the best I have ever seen. 10/10 ✨

Stumbled upon this cafe whilst on the hunt for some hangover food during a stay in Glasgow. Food was great, the service was brilliant and the lady was really friendly and welcoming. Great little find. Definitely returning when we’re next in Glasgow

Was in the area one Sunday morning and in need of some breakfast and a coffee, so decided to pop in to Fork N' knife on Duke Street. Charming little rock n' roll cafe, with nice settings and friendly staff. Ordered a coffee and a couple of breakfast rolls that were ready in no time. Great prices and if in the area again I will be sure to come here again.

Best scrambled egg roll in a long time. So light and fluffy. Coffee was lovely too. My daughter really enjoyed her chicken tikka panini. Just what we needed on a dreich day!

El servicio fue increíble, la gente que trabaja aquí habla varios idiomas, la comida estaba muy rica y bien presentada. Los precios son asequibles, un gran lugar para que las familias coman juntas. El lugar se limpia todo el tiempo y la gente es muy amable. Si estás en Glasgow, definitivamente recomendaría una visita a este encantador bistró, especialmente para el desayuno. Para los interesados, hay estacionamiento en la calle.

Excellent wee cafe with friendly staff, and great value for money. Opening hours seem a bit erratic though, which can be a bit of a pain when you're planning breakfast/brunch on the way to work.

I had a roll with sausage and black pudding that wasn't the best. Cans of irn-bru at £1.30 must be the dearest in the east end. Cans are out a multipack. I understand that people need to make a profit but that's just robbery. I certainly won't be back

Whilst on the lookout for one of the chain coffee shops, or indeed something similar, we were driving along Duke Street which was on the way to our destination as we felt this was the most likely place to find one. We had actually spotted an independent coffee shop / cafe when we pulled in to park a little further up the street. As it happens this was directly opposite the Fork N’ Knife cafe. I have to admit from the outside I was expecting almost a ‘truckers’ style greasy spoon and that was almost enough to put me off, but I was persuaded otherwise. I’m so glad I was, and I did. Inside the decor is well thought out, and is clean and tidy. Very well maintained indeed. Ordering a couple of bacon rolls and lattes we sat down (you pay before you leave) and they were brought over in a very reasonable amount of time. The bacon was cooked just as I prefer it, and the coffee was excellent and very hot. I only wish we had had the time to pay a return visit and sample a full breakfast, which we did see another customer have and which looked to the same quality. The staff were exceptionally pleasant, and I am so glad to have stumbled upon this place. Well worth a try if you are in and around the area.

Traditional style cafe with movie star theme decor. Been in duke street for many years. Decent fry up with good service.

Working my way round all the eateries Dennistoun has to offer and this was on the list. Ate here one morning and had a late breakfast. We'd missed the usual rush so it was quiet. The staff were lovely and attentive but left you to it. The food was reasonably priced and enjoyable. We enjoyed a couple of nice coffees too!

first visit, nice place, a friendly couple run it, food was great , we had an all day breakfast (unsure re tinned tomatoes,prefer fried?) they seemed a wee bit under pressure to cope as it was busy, we waited a while for the drinks, will return, can certainly recommend.

Always great food and very cheap, very clean, lovely peoples place, use it very often, fab breakfast.

Brilliant traditional east end grub. You cannot go wrong with a visit here to cure the classic hangover. Full breaky is a must an service is fast. Enjoy
