Had a 40th birthday party for our daughter last night the foresters did her proud the room looked beautiful the buffet was excellent, staff were polite & friendly, had a brilliant night Thankyou so much

went here to a 40th birthday party the function room was dressed very nice a great place for a family get together we had a hot and cold buffet the food was excellent. the staff were very friendly and polite I can highly recommend the foresters arms

Sunday dinners was amazing 10/10

It's been a while since we were last here. Now they have stopped customers vaping at the bar we will come more often, as the meal we had was really nice.

Second time been hear gone for a match of darts and dominoes had a good chat with the lads and lasses of there team.and boy what a great supper they put on thank you for the warm welcome and great supper see you all later

The portion sizes are well worth the money. If your on a budget but want a full belly its the place to go. £12.45 for a regular dinner (its more like a large) and a decent pint of mareti. I dint think much of the gravey or beef and the stuffing was over cooked. The staff a friendly and helpful

As we had our dogs but they said it was dog friendly we had to sit to eat in a horrible back yard that stunk of cigarettes n toilets.never going back.

Great traditional pub visited while working in the area found the pub friendly and welcoming.even had free mince pies on the bar while we watched the football.

Fabulous all round portions were excellent food was delicious desserts were lovely. 25 of us for an 80th birthday celebration nothing was too much trouble! Staff were lovely and had a well oiled plan to ensure we all are hot meals and everyone order was correct! Thanks for a lovely afternoon.

Went for Sunday lunch as it had been recommended. Didn't disappoint. Large portion, 5 different vegetables, huge yorkshire pudding and incredibly reasonably priced. The delivery side was very busy too. Booking recommended.

Old fashioned charming pub,Good parking at the rear. One nice manager and one who lives there who always seems to be upstairs in her residence. I'm told they do nice food but I've not tried it yet. A decent local pub in a lovely little village

Firstly I want to thank you all for the effort put in to the meals. My and my family have had the Sunday dinner delivered to our home address a few times now and never been disappointed with any of it the size of the large is astounding but I managed every time to clear the plate. For a delivery the food is so good the beef is lovely and the roast potatoes are awesome. Thanks again guys we will be ordering again next week Regards Craig Watson.

What can I say,so glad my daughter told me to order a roast dinner from the foresters arms thankyou (kelly) I really enjoyed it,top quality beef & fresh produce I ordered the regular & my partner had the large I only just managed to eat all mine, my partner was struggling 🤣🤣🤣 very generous portions,I will be definatley ordering again next week... saves on the washing up & the cooking which is a bonus specially if your like me & cook 7 days a week so this was a treat for me. Thankyou foresters arms & big compliments to your chef 👩‍🍳 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ all the way.

Just had our Sunday dinner delivered and it was delicious 😋 Loads of beef, loads of fresh home cooked veggies and Yorkshire pud too. I would definitely recommend 🙂 The only thing I would add is to wear loose trousers as you’ll be stuffed 😋

The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, covid restrictions are in place but it is not over bearing.

A comfortable friendly village pub doing the best they can with current resrictions making it as safe as possible for everyone. Great meals on Thursday and Sunday collect or delivery. Well recommended

It's your local working class pub which, I might say, there's nothing wrong with that. Decent grub. Bar staff could easily be mistaken for customers. A bit slow in serving. Not much availability of non alcoholic beer. Worst experience was a group of smokers insisted on smoking within the pub!

Went for a pint. Bar staff ended up having me do burpees and do something called tabata on an air bike.... never did get my pint either. But on the plus side I dint have a hangover next day.

Ordered regular sized dinner, this time, as although i hate to admit it, the last time I ordered'large', and was podged out for the rest of the day, as it was more like a family meal! Atmosphere is lively and friendly. Good homely pub food. Would recommend for Sunday carvery.

Went for Christmas lunch with knit and natter group. Food was first class. Fire was nice to look at (but not too nice to sit near for over 3 hours). Will definitely go back for a meal with family.
