We are regular visitors of this lovely little gem. With a cosy but fresh atmosphere along with its delicious menu and cakes, you're sure to have a great visit. The staff are friendly and relaxed and suitable for babies and children.

Always a happy vibrant place to visit. The Hub has a real buzz about it.

The food was terrible, beans cold, sausages looked raw, I specifically asked for no tomato and brown bread toast, I got tomato and white bread toast, I paid for oj and had to ask for it as it was not served, really disappointed

Wouldn’t bother with wasting your money on the food when after working there I found out all of their claimed to be their own food was just either cake mixes, packets of sauces and “our chef’s signature hollandaise sauce” is just a shop bought packet mix

We've been regular patrons of The Hub in Auckley, and I must say, every visit has been as delightful as the last. The Full Hub breakfast is a decent size and price. Great food.

Went here yesterday with a friend that I hadn’t seen in person since Covid , we arrived at 2.40pm , the lady took our order and we sat down We had just got our drinks when the lady came across and said they were closing at 3 ! so we had to gulp our drinks and leave 😡 Surely she should of told us this before we had ordered,if she had we would have gone somewhere else It is fair to say that I wasn’t impressed and I won’t be going back

Nice cafe, staff could pay more attention to customers stood waiting to get served. Expensive sausage sandwich with cheap bread rolls.

Go with my husband regularly for our breakfast, wouldn't dream of going elsewhere, what more can I say.

Been here today for first time not impressed my wife had the soup of the day it was very watery not a lot of taste and come with a slice of shop bought white bread but the menu states that the all there bread is freshly baked by there chef .I had a ploughman's sandwich and that came on shop bought brown bread the cheese wasn't apple wood smoked as stated in the menu altogether not worth the money won't be going back

Unfortunately no welcome by staff to show us to a table. Ordered two breakfasts, a flat white and a pot of tea. I was offered a choice of bread and paid. When I queried that I had been overcharged, it appears that the bread I had chosen was extra. I was given a refund but when I checked, this was wrong again. I told the assistant but was ignored. Furthermore, when the drinks arrived, I was brought my coffee but my wife was brought two cups of tea instead of a pot. On balance the food was ok but the service was terrible. We shall not be returning.

We ordered breakfast sandwiches for our work, yet when I requested sausage with butter, I got a bag with 2 sausages in and 3 sachets of butter and no bread. I mean what morons do you have working there??

AVOID! Not a good experience! attempted to go here Sunday. We went in, sat down, decided what we wanted and went up to order. Only for the women to then say “it’s Sunday menu only” this wasn’t mentioned when we went in. And no signs / menus mentioned this either. We went back today. I ordered a bacon and egg bagel, my boyfriend ordered a meatball sandwich. Staff were rude. No hello, no smiles. Unwelcoming and dead to the world. One was lovely and accommodating (Michael) but I knew him, so perhaps this helped? So 30 min after we ordered our food, There as no food in site. I went up and asked the Michael if he knew how long the food would be, as we had been waiting a while for a bagel and a sandwich. He then said “why?! Are you in a rush” and I replied. Well I’m hungry and it’s taking a while. He then said “do you have somewhere to be” which I thought was rude and invasive! I said I have to get off to work. But again, I’m hungry. And then Michael replied “well we are rushed off our feet so we’re delayed” Which THEY WERENT! He also mentioned he didn’t want to ask the chef as the chef would have a go at him for asking!! He asked the chef anyway, and he said it was coming out now.. a further 10 minutes later!! And the food arrived. And what a disaster. The egg in the bagel had been over cooked, the yolk was rock solid and it separated / attached it self to the bagel🫣 this was sent back to the kitchen. Only for a fresh bagel to be back to my table literally MINUTES LATER. So how is it they managed to prepare food so fastly now? Also why when we ordered was it not mentioned there was a wait / delay on food?! Michael also mentioned someone else had complained about the wait and the chef was annoyed at people and them complaining?! Overall not worth the money. Or the visit! Rude staff. Weird atmosphere and the “chef” needs sacking!! Bad attitude and awful cooking skills! Avoid

Fantastic Sunday brunch. Really tasty, well made food, great service and good value.

Called in today while in Donny after a reunion do with my ex RAF Finningley mates. Not been to my old camp in 37years spotted this place so stopped for a lovely latte and nice friendly staff. l will be back but not in another 37 years 😂

Great place to grab breakfast, good quality food.

Lovely café with a good quality coffee. Some of the cakes I tried were also delicious. I wish the menu was a bit more inclusive for vegans or those with other dietary restrictions. The staff are always polite and welcoming. The owner makes sure that everyone feels good and it makes a great difference compared to other places in the area. Glad to have it just around the corner whenever we feel like visiting for a small treat.

Absolutely Incredible Food & Service.

Came here with a couple of work colleagues 19th June, whilst waiting to go back to work. Staff very friendly and didn't rush us. Food was very well presented and tasted delicious. Would recommend a visit to this place

Breakfast was a bit of a wait and over done. Tasty though.

Came for breakfast and oh wow it was lush. Came away with a number of sweet treats that look divine. Will definitely visit again.

Got to get here by 3 for some food, but worth it if you do. Always some interesting creative homemade cakes and cookies…

Not been going for long but go frequently!!

I told her that several times me and my friend wants to sit inside. But she gave us our coffees and cake's in carton cups🤦 Shame on you madam, i know you did that cause our colors. Also you keep us waiting five minutes for ordering. You could tell us that you don't want foreigners in your shop, thn we leave without saying anything. But this behavior's was unacceptable. You're lucky as i didn't call the police on you.

Love the food from this place! We went once on a whim and have been obsessed since! The breakie bagels are amazing!

Lovely little venue, first time visit and was very happy. Ordered a black coffee and a brownie, poached eggs on toast and an oat latte. Everything came as expected and very quickly! Will definitely be back again. 🌞

Called in for a coffee while myself and the team were deployed to work at DSA. Great coffee and some lovely cooked breakfasts.

We asked The Hub to cater for our baby's christening alongside a number of other companies. We struggled with getting companies to reply, let alone quote! But these guys were great from the start! Needless to say we went with The Hub and we're so glad that we did. The team made every effort to ensure our food was beautifully presented and it was all incredibly tasty. I think we got more compliments on the food than we did at our wedding! Thank you so much!

Was really disappointed today. It looked really nice but unfortunately the food and the service wasn’t so good. My coffee was cold. My cola was warm. The breakfasts finally arrived after waiting 45 minutes and it was poor. Is wasn’t busy at all so I was unsure why it took so long. And it can’t have all been cooked fresh as nothing on the plate was piping hot at all. The only thing warm on the plate was the sausages. Everything else was cold. there were items missing off the breakfast that we had to ask for which then came out separately after about 10 minutes. Left the majority of the food. Really disappointed.

Always really poor service whenever I go and a long wait for the food. Ordered a panini. Poor communication means it comes as an eat in order. Then staff bicker about it. Eventually arrives in a takeout box and it's the stalest bread ever. Not worth it for the price of £6.40. Everything is so overpriced and the service does nothing to warm you to the establishment

Good selection of lunchtime snacks, quick and friendly service. The hunter games pannini was excellent.

There is plenty of choice on the menu. The 'large' breadcake was just a usual size, with quite a small portion of one sausage, rasher of bacon and egg. The breakfast bagel was okay. The coffee was nice. The place is clean, but lacks any atmosphere and the staff were not particularly friendly or welcoming.

18£ for a couple of sandwiches made incorrectly returned got one fresh made the chicken was dry and just a basic sandwich at premium prices won't go back. I'd heard there sandwiches where out of this world found out that's just there prices However the servers were extremely polite and well manered just very unhappy at managments response and the standard of the final sandwich I was served

Had heard good things about The Hub. Wasn't disappointed. Lovely fresh cooked food. The portion was good and not too much. An detailed menu which caters for all tastes. Make sure you log in your car registration to save any fines.

Brilliant place for lots of variety, sat outside in sun with my 8yr old who ate every bit of her pancakes and fruit 👌 happy friendly service and we will be back

Wow fresh cooked food , had the full hub , proper bacon and sausages , thick cut toast. Definitely going back to try other items on the menu.

Have to queue for ages and food long wait .could do with a spray on tables as sticky .?!! Waiter said no spray???? just wiped with same cloth on each table.! Not very COVID friendly?! X

Visited this place many times and when they are busy, surprisingly the service is excellent but when they are quiet in my opinion they get a bit lazy. 5 staff stood round today and they forgot my food order and when I asked to cancel the order they were a bit miffed. 🤷‍♀️ No doubt I’ll return though

Food was standard nothing special and service was slow even though it was quiet. Staff forgot to do our drinks so was waiting a while!

Little gem of a coffee shop in an unexpected location.

We just popped in for coffee and lunch and enjoyed it. The place is very comfortable with a relaxed atmosphere. The food was very good - we had toasty and pannini - and the service friendly and helpful. The coffee definitely hit the spot. A good little local cafe for us to visit for a light bite and drinks.

My first visit with a friend, recently. The staff are very friendly. The food delicious and freshly prepared. Highly recommendable. I'll certainly make a return visit.

Yeah it's OK for a local. Prices verging on expensive but acceptable. Tuna panini was soft on the bottom half pointing towards microwave cooking but was still nice. £16 for two menu items and two drinks.

The food was lovely but the service was very slow and they got my drink wrong twice and then our food wring too. The waiter didn't know what he was serving and no apology. I really like this place as its local to me but will hesitate to return unfortunately

Great products. I have visited this cafe many times and every time has been a great visit. The atmosphere is lovely, staff are very friendly and are very supportive space for customers with disabilities. Both savoury and sweet food are brilliant. The choir hun was lotus biscoff and I highly recommend! If your in the area I would visit this hidden gem

Lovely cafe used by everyone in the community from the local college to workmen food is good staff are helpful atmosphere is nice only thing that let's it down a little is the toilet there is only one which opens out into the cafe it's self which is a tad embarrassing but obviously used by all customers can be a bit busy

First visit, food is excellent, 2 gripes, the music, sorry Garbage coming out of the speakers, someone must like it but horrible base not my thing, also latte should be made with full cream milk otherwise its a skinny latte.

Tickhill Velo's first visit. We dropped in at a very busy period. Despite one or two problems with the order for 7 of us it was all delt with calmly and professionally by the staff despite being under obvious pressure. All members enjoyed their hot drinks, food and cakes. Certainly added to our list of good stopping points.🙂

Over 20mins to do a bacon sandwich,,even had to ask how much longer will it be, ,,to expensive,,,, Not pleased,,,,won't be going back.

For a recently opened up place, they are doing okay , food good staff are pleasant, it's clean and it can get busy.

Had a bacon buttie n a decaf coffee I enjoyed both very much!

Tasty food, polite friendly service will definitely return. Reasonably priced.
