We had breakfast in the farm shop, the pastries were delicious and we will definitely be back. Expensive but we felt it was worth it.

The relatively new addition of a few tables which serves goods from the shop blends well with the atmosphere and the decorations.

Had lunch here, quiche was delicious, salad range a little disappointing, no simple green leaf available today, but a good selection of other salads, maybe need more staff on as service little slow and while we were at the counter other staff on their break took our table, and one was eating her own food not cafe food, that didn't look very professional, shop area lovely, beautiful arranged and good choices available, again needed more staff had to wait at tills for staff to come from the deli area, still overall worth a visit, food very appealing and fresh

Totally agree with Edward hammocks review. Late Sunday morning Not very busy, but the cafe was rammed! Still old dust on top of jars, lamb chops at £24.99 a kilo, most expensive I’ve ever seen. Purchased a rolled Turkey which I will assume will be lovely.’ I love mature aged beef but was frightened to ask for prices, so came away with a few bits. All in all a lovely shop that if the prices were realistic, we would have spent a lot more money, shame really. But if you can make money that way well that’s up to them.

This is a lovely shop with many unusual items of food. The meat counter is particularly good. well laid out and high quality meat. The bread and cakes look delicious and they have a very nice deli counter. Unfortunately being gluten free I cannot say what the cakes and bread taste like. However, be prepared for to pay a lot more money than your average supermarket including Waitrose. The vegetables look very good on the whole and I would say the food is good quality but it is not a place for a weekly shop unless you have plenty of money.

Too Good To Go Order: In my goodie bag you can see in the picture below is a great selection of items: Really tasty, worth the try, really opening my tastebuds to foods I haven't particularly tried before also. Potato salad, BLT sandwich, Fresh bread, Filo pastry CMH Pie, Crisp Cabbage and Juicy Grapes. The staff were attentive and kind, really made me smile! really enjoyed my service from arrival all the way to me engorged in these incredible foods. Fantastic store, really eye catchingly beautiful decor and shop inside. A dry aged walk in container you can gaze through, tasty selection of deli meats, cooked foods, desserts and incredible cheeses. Really worth a visit alone, an up-market homemade, warm store. Quality is astounding just on eye view. Can't wait to visit again as a customer and check out everything else they have!

This place is like many top end farm shops namely top quality but over priced. All of the packaged branded products can be purchased much cheaper in a good quality supermarket like Waitrose. There are a few decent deals in the deli, butchers, bakery and fresh fruit and veg but you need to keep an eye on. The reduced area is good value where goods are sold much cheaper as the sell by date is near and quality is not compromised. The whole shop is very well presented and looks good so I suppose some people will shop with their eyes and expect things to be overpriced. I am not a skinflint and shop at Waitrose, Marks and Spencer, Harrods Food Hall, Selfridges Food Hall, Fortnum and Mason and some very expensive Delis.

Very expensive. A good 20% or more above rrp. We visited here today and although the ranges were good the prices were hideously high. I noticed that there were very few people in the shop, given the size of the floor area, we also noticed the abundance of dust on many of the products, I guess which had been languishing on the shelves for many months. My wife sniffed a scented candle and immediately sneezed on account of the dust (albeit well fragranced!). I bought a scotch egg for £4.20, yes, a single scotch egg. A bottle of beer was typically £3.60, the butchers has sirloin steak for £45/kg. They had a small bottles of hand sanitiser for £18 per bottle! 70cl Laphroaig whisky currently available in Tescos for £22.50 was on the shelf for £50. I guess the final disappointment was for a couple of packets of polos which my daughters bought. Every one in both packets had been broken yet were on the shelf, I guess having been dropped. It is a shop with lovely products but it was incredibly over priced beyond anything I have recently witnessed. You will see from my other reviews that I rarely give a poor review but in this instance at these excessive prices it is unavoidable.

Forage at Coppice is a real gem. There is an excellent and extensive selection of quality food, soft drinks and alcoholic drinks. Both the in-store staff and customer service team are brilliant, they are always welcoming and helpful. Everything I have tried from the fresh and pre cooked range is very tasty. I'm particularly a fan of their sausage rolls, bacon and cook at home meals.

I usually like this expensive but well stocked gourmet deli. But I was shocked on my last visit that a young couple entered without wearing a mask or sanitising themselves.. I queried why they were allowed to enter, but was told, she could do nothing about this safety issue. A totally ridiculous response, this I assume is a family run business, who clearly put profit first. The couple should have been refused entry, not difficult. The safety of your staff and customers should be your only priority during these difficult and dangerous times.

We used to use the butchers at packington farm shop. The meat was great. Now we use them here but since they have changed their sausages from the small chipolatas to big thick ones they are horrible. Don't even taste like packington pork. So unfortunately we won't be using anymore. If they go back to the old sausages we would use again. Also the potatoes are not as good. They used to last for a long time but now they last a day. Already gone off and sprouting roots. Looks like this place is slipping in its standards. Such a shame.

A very rude assistant just told me very curtly that none of the chocolates had prices on because they were new stock. That's not a reason for no prices and it's not a reason to be curt. And there was no apology. Lack of info and rudeness = bad review! It's not rocket science!

Forage is a deli, attached to the Fig and Olive restaurant plus a small garden centre. I can recommend the restaurant on it's own for the delicious food, lovely staff and comfortable surroundings (booking is advised) but the deli is is unbeatable for choice, quality and freshness of the food. Staff are extremely knowledgeable and the resident chefs make amazing cakes. I have bought sweets too, such as one of the hand made nougat ranges and there are many other lovely, delicious gifts and special treats. I must recommend, in particular, the butchery. Any of the butchers can explain the provenance of the produce and are proud to locally source the pork, beef and lamb they prepare themselves, on site. They make their own pies, sausage rolls, speciality cuts/presentations of dishes etc. The taste and quality of the meat is excellent. If anyone is familiar with the now closed (thanks to HS2) Packington Farm shop, you'll recognise the butchery team as they've taken their years of expertise and experience and moved into Forage. Definitely Forage's gain I'd say. You can place orders in advance for Christmas and your own events and as traditional butchers the team will prepare your order as you wish. I can't recommend a visit highly enough, definitely worth a good look.

Well, it's finally opened, and the sun has come out to mark the occasion. Arrived just before 11:00am, and the place was already buzzing with customers, although I'm not too sure how much the free glass of prosecco on offer was an influence;-) Exactly what you'd expect, with the store chocked full of high quality meats, cheeses, fresh breads, wines etc. Plus a patisserie in the corner, which I kept well away from. Can't possibly be anything else than a success.
