This is the only curry house I use the food is fantastic service is brilliant always helpful and friendly very quick service

Best one for flavour. Other reviews talk about missing items. Which I have experienced but to be honest the quality and the taste outweigh this. If things are missing just tell them and they will sort it. They don't mug off with meat stips or any of those things. I've only ordered delivery. Won't go anywhere else because I've tried the others and this one is the best one.

Decent quality food at reasonable prices. Parking can be a bit of a pain, but worth it.

Been using Chilli Massala for years now and to be honest last night was the last time I will be ordering from them! Sick and tired of them getting my order wrong! Well missing things off! Called them and said you have missed the Keema Nan off my order AGAIN! answer was we will add it to your next order! The same thing they told me the last time they missed it off.

First time to have a delivery from here. Saw it on just eat.very tasty food, only downside was the temperature of the food. Delivered within the hour so very impressed

Would give 0 star's if I could.. Ordered online at 7:50pm and was told delivery would be 60 mins. After 55mins waiting we got a message to say it would be approximately 15mins. 40 mins later (now 9:25pm) it still hadn't turned up, called them and they said it was 5mins away. 9:55pm still hadn't turned up, called them for a second time and this time they said it had been delivered but possibly to a wrong address.. Cancelled the order and made them refund it, now so late that we have no dinner. Seriously annoyed.

After trying all the curry houses in polesworth we was losing hope in finding a decent 1 until we tried chilli masala...... I have to say it's the best curry I've had in years, the staff was lovely and made some great recommendations and delivery was spot on. Will definitely be ordering again and will be telling our friends to give them a try.

Ordered last nite 7.15pm online which stated an hour delivery, after a good hour. Called, said it had just left 8.20 Called a further 2 times and after a further 45mins our food arrived 9.05pm, I said to the driver.... ‘if this left when I was told it did it will be stone cold’, to which he laughed and said ‘no way did I leave then, there won’t be a problem.’ It was FREEZING, FREEZING COLD! To the point that I put my finger in the food n It wasn’t even warm let along hot! Chips had gone so soggy they tasted of the paper bag. I used to use Chill Masala every week, had a few awfully long deliveries and hadn’t used in a while, thought I’d give it another go and yet again awful. Just take on another driver! usually good food but terrible service and delivery times. Read your reviews!!!!

Great staff, good food and modern decor shop

Ordered a special naan from here without the chilli or saag , they sent me a plain one , I tried phoning them back and refused to send me a new one out and made out I was lying , still trying to phone now and no response ! If I was anyone I wouldn't order from these online and they never correct their mistakes . What a waste of money . Won't be ordering from these again .. very disappointed

Ordered for the first time food was delivered in 30mins by a well mannered friendly driver food was piping hot and there was so much of it really impressed will order again 👍

The worst service I have ever had delivered the wrong food, then acted like it was my fault. Didn't get correct meals and ones we were left with were awful

Ordered my food from here as normal. My husband went and collected the order they were bagging it up as he arrived. When he got home there was numerous items missing, the curry was cold and the chicken tasted like rubber. So I left a review on just eat. I was very honest and said the staff were friendly and that the curry was ready quickly. At 21.51 I received a phone call off a member of staff giving me verbal abuse calling me a liar and that if I wanted to settle the issue me and my husband should come up to the take away. Absolutely disgusted in how they handled the situation. I didn’t ask for a refund I just wanted to make them aware. Disgusting behaviour if they had a zero star it would be that.

terrible service order was wrong for the third time and we left a honest review on just eat and they rang my wife up and threatened her over the phone and offered me out for a fight telling me to come down disgusting behaviour will never go there again

Decided to try the food for the first time . Sadly these guys feel that a plain chicken kebab in naan should contain about 2kg of undercooked onions... Disgusting . Then to top it off my daughters donor burger looked like it was covered in some kind of red sauce and looked nothing like donor meat .. Oh well hope my dog likes it

Part of the order missing, overpriced and poor quality in parts. Won't eat there again.

Pleasant friendly people plus nice and clean inside.They have a window view of the kitchen so you trust and see its clean.

We placed an order for food at 6.40pm and were given a delivery time of 70 minutes. After 2 hours and still no sign of food I telephoned to be told it was on its way. When the food arrived there was 2 popadoms instead of 6 and no chutneys at all. I telephoned again and they suggested they would put it right for next time but 2 popadoms between 4 people just doesn't work so they agreed to come straight back with them. Another hour and a half.....no popadoms.....another call but this time only the cook to answer the phone no manager to deal with my complaint.....he would get him to ring me but 2 days later no call and still missing £5 worth of food!!!! I've only given 2 stars because the quality of the food we got was really good but sadly I won't use here again...the service is awful.

Tasty food but delivery time is not acceptable. There has been two orders placed that have gone straight into the microwave. The food is quality though.

Had a meal delivered and food was delicious. Poppadoms were light and crispy and naan bread light and fluffy. Everything hot and tasty. Yum!!

Really tasty food, all of the spices are cooked out properly, never had heart burn following a meal here. Always popular so expect longer delivery times at peak hours.

Fab food, full of flavour and taste, and top service from the guys there. Place looks immaculate from inside which was a good sign. The staff seemed very jolly too. Coming from Birmingham, i know my curries. This place is a hidden gem
