Food Lab 20 Ltd in Oldham

wish i could give you 0 rating. the most bland and terrible food in oldham.

When the food is good and accurate it's fine but this isn't a regular occurrence anymore. Ordered " today's special" which was labelled as lamb pilau, spicy chicken curry and chips but received some undisclosed meat patties on a pitta bread with chips. Not happy. Cheese & Bean melts (you would assume pasty like Greggs) turned out to be processed cheese and beans between two slices of bread and very lightly grilled. Finally ordered french toast with bananas, strawberries and nutella but there was no strawberries. Just the latest in a long line of issues with this place and they only get away with it because they're relatively cheap. Delivery time was over an hour and the estimated time kept being pushed back and brought forward randomly. There menu is way too big to sustain. Used to be alright when I first ordered but went downhill very fast.

chips were frozen, microwaved food, somosas were off & had a bad smell also too salty and dry.

enjoyed the doughnuts and cinnamon bites yummy .

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! We placed an order through Deliveroo for a milkshake, a smoothie and cookie dough. The ice-cream that was sent with the cookie dough was completely off. As the drinks were made with the same ice cream, it was completely inedible. Rang up to say not to serve any more of the product and the employee said it wasn’t her fault and there was nothing she could do. It’s absolutely disgraceful that they would continue to send out completely off food when they’ve been made aware of the issue.

Absolutely horrible I ordered an offer giver on uber eats. When the 2 icream sandwiches came they were expired. The ice cream literally tasted sour. Never again

Food Lab oldham are most unreliable and fraud business. I order only 2 items cost me 14 pound and they only deliever 1 item worth 5 pound. I rang them they refused to take the resposibility and not provided me recipts and refuse to give me order nuber. Seriously they should not allowed to run business with such a rude behaviour with customer . I request everyone to save their money by not ordering with Food Lab oldham.

Ordered of uber eats, you phoned up to say that the items aren't available and didn't cancel the order, but told me to cancel in order to get a refund but I could because order accepted and already processed. I rang the store and staff said they will get the manager to authorise a refund but nothing was done. I rang again to inquire about my refund but, One of the staff told me I had to write a review in order to get my refund as no one at the shop is authorised to do so and the owner never come to the store. I have never experience this kind of policy before from any other store. Very disappointed with the service provider.

Joke of a place. Sent FREEZING cold apple crumble. ZERO custard. ZERO cream and tried to replace with two tiny tubs of icecream. Told me if I want me refund come and get it := / customer service is utterly vile. No wonder their reviews get worse by the day. Apple crumble out of date. Choc fudge cake Rock solid and stale. Il be reporting to trading standards and hygiene. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Would not buy from this place again. They charge £1 for a tiny portion of ice cream and £5.50 for mint choc chip cookie dough which looks and tastes nothing like cookie dough. Avoid!

Really bad quality ordered a cinnamon roll looked more like a flat biscuit and was burnt phoned them to complain was told manager will get in touch but hasnt done, the rest of the desserts were not good either

Used to love this, especially the bubble waffle. But when I ordered last night everything I ordered was burnt. The blue cookie dough and the bubble waffle were so burnt that black bits were in my mouth. The doughnuts where also so awful that I only tasted one and the rest are still there. My £30 worth order was so bad that even 3 stars is more. Was a regular and now will be telling everyone about there burnt desserts

Love the waffles from here there my go to dessert recently ot the dipping tray loved everything on it would have been better if could choose our own dips as kids didn't like the biscoff but apart from that 10/10

Amazing and fast service. Desserts were super fresh, especially the “want it all box”, perfect for the family to share for a weekend treat! Would definitely come back again

The worst dessert I’ve ever had in my entire life. The portions were tiny, the polis dough was burnt and the waffles were the ones you can buy from the supermarket with bits of toppings on. It’s honestly awful, would not recommend ordering from here. Overpriced and a waste of money.

Ordered from here last night with my family . We ordered through deliveroo and the guy named marius who was suppose to drop off the order ended up taking it to the wrong address . We watched him on the maps and he never even came near our house , we rang food lab and the girl on the phone was very understanding and polite about what had happened . We managed to get back into Deliveroo and they then re sent the order as well as £5 credit . I’m sure without deliveroo food lab personally wouldn’t of done much about it but I’m glad the problem was solved . The food arrived 3 hours later after all the problems and a few of the doughnuts were un edible apart from that I’m happy at the customer service I received will return but definitely for something different and not them

These guys give 50% off and sell out of date stuff..Red velvet cake frosting was off..Carrot cake rock hard.Churros doughy fried in used oil..charged extra for choose your own milkshake and add stuff to it that we didnt want..Dissapointing!!!

Dessert not great! Red velvet cake was rock hard and stale! Very bland! Milkshake was not blended properly so had massive chunks of kinder bueno in it. Will not be ordering again 😒

One of the worst fob off dessert places I’ve visited. From calling to place the order to then opening my order was an absolute joke. Firstly, the staff are so under-managed and clueless as they don’t even know their own menu. Secondly, the ‘Dutch pancakes’ were cold and stale and everything was splattered on. We brought the order back and we was offered a new order however we declined this and asked for a refund. The pancakes were no where near the way they are advertised. Once we asked for a refund we were told we would get a call back from the manager. When I asked to speak to the manager I was told to wait for a call and not offered any alternative way to contact her. I then asked for a refund and the staff lied saying they were unable to give this which later they did. It’s also unprofessional that members of staff think it’s okay to roll their eyes and pull faces right in front of their customers. I would deffo not recommend this awful & unprofessional dessert place.

Ordered 4 different milk cakes, all 4 was disgusting, the milk had gone off on all, rang the place to let them know but they just wernt interested.

Absolutely fantastic selection of desserts. The doughnuts were fresh with plenty of toppings..the Dutch pancakes were delicious and the Belgian chocolate brownie was irresistible..not to forget the Fanta Ice Blast..absolutely amazing. Lovely presentation and packaging. I will definitely be visiting again.

Such a disappointment. Paid for 2 samosa chaats and only received one. Called up as soon as we received the order and got told i would get a call back from the manager and did not receive anything back. Milkshakes were super sickly, almost as if they were drowned in tons of sugar. Would not recommend and would not order again

Twice i have had to cancel an order as they didn't have what we had ordered. We had to cancel the order at our end which isn't easy.. Will not be ordering again.

Really dissapointed with my dessert.i ordered apple crumble with custard and basicaly it was a tiny tub of custard and a slab of apple puree with shop bought crumble on side.really disgusted with the lack of quantity and quality of so called dessert.

Great menu with lots of variety and was impressed with the packaging they use. I got the waffle sticks and Dutch pancakes with Nutella and strawberry toppings though it was obvious that the Nutella was substituted for a cheaper brand which was disappointing or else they would’ve been 10 10. The doughnuts were very well presented but did find them a little too soft for a doughnut texture. Was not a fan of the peanut butter stack. Overall experience was good and will be going back to try out other items on the menu.

I had uncles tea hut donut they are bit cheaper then food lab but these food lab donut toooo sickly i felt im gonna get sick while i was driving back home im sorry to say i won't have em again

Delicious desserts at excellent prices ! My first visit and I absolutely loved the place . Very clean and great customer service. I will definitely be returning to try the other desserts. I ordered eclairs , donuts and a brownie for my family. Everything was very tasty .

Very impressed on my first visit to "Foodlab 20” and will be returning to sample more of the delicious desserts. I had the dutch pancakes and my friend had the donuts. Both were good portions, we could have probably shared. I had the mango passion smoothie again good value for money and very tasty. fantastic service!

Excellent donuts absolutely lovely set up. Very professional staff. If you have tried the rest try the best. 10/10
