Fogo De Chão Soho in City of London, Westminster

I bought a Wowcher voucher for a Rodizio dinner with wine at Fogo de Chão Soho and booked the table as instructed. When we arrived, the staff told us they no longer accept Wowcher vouchers, even though they’re still being sold online. They said they couldn’t scan it and blamed Wowcher, but in the end, I had to pay the full bill of £91, including wine, water and service – even though I had already paid £52 for the voucher. It was uncomfortable and embarrassing, especially as we had gone out for a special occasion. Neither the restaurant nor Wowcher took responsibility, and I feel like I was misled and overcharged. Still waiting on a refund. Not recommended unless this issue is resolved

Chose this place based on past experiences with Fogo and other Brazilian steakhouses in the US. Salad bar was minimal and several side dishes were cold. Meat options were limited compared to what was listed on the menu and service was spotty.

It had been a while since I had a barbecue. I paid for the prime all-you-can-eat option and the best cuts were the ribs and the heart (which was salty). The Argentinean picanha was tender, but tasteless. Unfortunately, the barbecue here doesn't have the same flavor because it doesn't use charcoal. The prime cuts were tough. I went here solo and this is the first and last time. I enjoyed my food but for the price I paid I was expecting a little more. Salad choices were so poor! The meat its self was not great and with a bill of £71+ I was expecting a little more! The meat hardly came round and never really never ate anything to write home about. For that price, I could have gone on a solo date to a nice steakhouse and paid a lot less. Glad I tried it but will not be going back. Wasted my monthly solo date here

First time. It was ok. Great salads 🥗. My big issue is that the tables are far too close to each other, and it is difficult to return to the table after getting the buffet.

Had an amazing dining experience at Fogo de Chão in SoHo! The food, as always, was top-notch—especially the endless cuts of perfectly grilled meats. But what really made the night stand out was the service. Our waitress, Gayu, was incredibly warm, attentive, and knowledgeable. She made sure we were taken care of from start to finish with genuine hospitality. You could tell she really cared about making the experience special. The other staff were also fantastic—always around when you needed something but never intrusive. The timing of everything was just right. If you're in the area and craving a great Brazilian steakhouse experience with excellent service, this spot is 100% worth it.

Fogo de Chão Soho is a meat lover's dream—but the real MVP of the night? Gayu, our waitress! She was super friendly, fast, and just made the whole vibe better. Shoutout to the rest of the team too, service all around was smooth and on point. Will definitely be back!

I knew this chain and its delicious food which did not disappoint me this time either. What really bothered me, however, was the service: it looked like an assembly line. As soon as I arrived they gave me a menu with the various types of all you can eat packages and immediately wanted an answer. As soon as I finished the appetizers, the waiter was already there to take the plate away and the same goes for the bottle of water that was taken away from me when it wasn't even completely finished yet. Even the waiters with the meat skewers were always in a hurry and did not explain the type of meat they brought. It's really a shame.

We weren’t sure what to expect. We chose the Premier Meats option. You turn your mat green or red to stop or keep the meats coming. Really tasty, great meat and the salad bar of meats and salads was very good too. The service was friendly, helpful and attentive. If I went again I’d equally be happy with the basic option or the middle option. Really tasty and so much!

Server smith might just have been the best waiter I’ve ever had in my 28 years of life. His care and devices to customers was second to none. My favorite trait of smith was his attention to detail. When I needed a drink, a new meat, or had a question, he was always there to help me out. He even took care of an older gentlemen who was seated next to me who was causing quite the distraction during my dinner with friends. We chose the buffet offer for lunch. The food could have been decent, but unfortunately, every single dish — even the salads — was heavily oversalted. This seems like a tactic to discourage customers from eating too much, while also pushing them to buy their overpriced drinks (nearly £5 for a small water). The service was not much better: after clearing our plates and cutlery, no replacement cutlery was provided or even offered. There was none available at the buffet either, so we had to walk over to a waiter and ask for replacements ourselves. Despite the below-average food and mediocre service, they still had no issue adding a 12.5% service charge to the bill. Definitely not a place I would recommend.

I have been to Fogo de Chao in San Francisco and I must say, the experience was quite different. The service in the London Soho branch was really good, especially waiter Smith took good care of us. But the quality of meat and the ambience was much lower than I expected. I would have expected higher quality in Soho. The ambience is especially mid and when I asked to change the tables (it smelt cigarette smoke), I was able to without a challenge to but I felt like I was being a burden. Shouldn’t have felt that especially when I spent £270. Hope that makes sense?

I ate Brazilian style meat for the first time and I liked it very much. If you like very spicy and undercooked meat, you will love it as much as I do. It was also fun to try this kind of concept, I liked it and I will come again.

The buffet and service are not up to the standard of “fire on the ground”. Very expensive, there are few meat options, and the staff stand at the door talking to each other, which we found very unprofessional. They say that dessert is included, but in fact the “dessert” they are referring to is pineapple, which was also not served. For £50 and a few pounds per person, it really isn’t worth it.

Absolutely amazing food. Beef ribs were a table favourite. Nice ambience, staff were attentive and couldn’t have been more helpful. Great recommendation on the halloumi guava strips and the Brazilian lager. Price is a little high but well worth it imo. Overall great experience and would return.

The worse food ever. The dinner buffet was made of: hash browns, onion rings, Yorkshire puddings,samosas, chips, chicken in mustard sauce,rice and black beans. Everything was over salted. Nothing there,except the black beans was Brazilian. The salad bar was even worse .I am not a fussy eater but that was the 1st time that I actually left a restaurant hungry.

Our group of 6 all took the full meat experience option. However I was quite disappointed as most of the meat slices were really chewy apart from the picanha. Only last week in Warsaw I had the most amazing steak so by comparison it felt even more of a let down. I've eaten at Fazenda where ether meat quality is much better. Something is clearly not working for this chain but I'll obviously be going elsewhere in the future.

Recently had the pleasure of dining at PREMIER RODIZIO GRILL, and I must say, it was a fantastic experience. The meats were incredibly delicious, cooked to perfection. The salad bar was decent, but the grilled pineapple was simply amazing. The staff were also very friendly and attentive. Overall, I had a very enjoyable time and would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a great rodizio experience.
