I'll start with the good part because it's shorter: Good Quality Meat Waiters were polite Bad points: We came for lunch on a Monday, apart from me and my wife there was only one more table. Salads were dried (for being out for long), chips were cold and "Feijoada" lacked flavour. Guys serving meat seemed like they were not happy to be working at all. But the lowest point for me was at the beginning of my meal I asked for mayo and Ketchup I was pointed twice to the buffet but there was none. Asked again they said they were going to grab from the kitchen. At that time it came in a big group and they completely forgot about us. I had to ask for condiments 5 times and they never came. At that point I asked for the bill, because I was not happy with the service I was getting. Explained why I was upset. The manager, doesn't know how to deal with costumers, as there was no real apology or intention to fix the experience. Bill was then brought and from that moment the manager didn't say a word to us anymore. I found it UNACEPTABLE, that the bill had service charge on it after I complained about the service... It might be automatic, but after you screw up you don't have the decency of waving that before bringing the bill over? Not to mention, that I had to pay full price just under 30£ for a meal that was cut short and the service was worse than what I'd get at Mcdonald. No discount was offered, no apology and remedy or even an attempt to finally bring the condiments or any sort gesture to make us feel that we were valued. But we weren't as we were not part of a bigger group. I'd suggest you to find a better manager that actually knows how to deal with hiccups and solve problems.

I didn't even take a picture of the food because of how they kept endlessly bringing it. I was genuinely stuffed to the point of exhaustion by the end of the meal. Banging munch and I'd definitely recommend it to anybody, they bring endless skewers of meat and theres a buffet with carbs, salad and some protein options. Make sure to try the ribs.

Place located in the Chinese district of London. Really good, high quality food. The vegetables are fresh and the meat excellent. The service is friendly and makes you feel like you are in Brazil. I give four stars because the dessert did not satisfy me. In my opinion when you go to a restaurant like this you expect pineapple on a spit, but instead they only offer à la carte desserts. A little disappointing. Furthermore, the price is decidedly high, for lunch with the fixed menu and a beer we spent €50 (£41). They have a high cover charge.

Me and my partner visited this place on the weekend. Very welcoming staff and calm atmosphere. I would to thank Smith who ensured we enjoyed our visit from start to finish; provided quick service and was very attentive. Definitely an experience to remember!

Steak was dreadful. My friend and I got the premier and had to basically beg them to bring out the ribeye and filet. Finally, they did, and the ribeye was bland and the filet did not look like filet. We talked to the manager, where he conceded that he had to switch his filet provider. The meat was simply not filet. The meat in general was underwhelming especially when compared to other fogo locations I have been to. This is the “Filet Mignon” we were served.

This place isn't worth the money. You get the same food from other brazilian restaurants so much cheaper.

It’s my first time in Fogo de Chao. I asked the waitress to tell me what to expect as I am new here. She told me that there’s a buffet and salad bar which is the cheapest then the next one with grills which I took not the expensive one. I went to the salad and buffet area and not so appealing. I tried the pork with black beans with rice. When I saw the guy with grill I asked the waitress why he did not come to me then she told me that he is holding a premium meat which is not included to what I choose. I had 3 chicken thighs, beef, chicken liver, sausage and pork. I didn’t enjoy my experience as my taste bud became so salty that I cannot even finish the food on my plate. It’s too expensive yet it’s not delicious. What a waste of money.

We have traveled all over the world, and we always try to satisfy our longing for Brazilian cuisine, one of the best foods we have ever tasted. I draw the attention of the two Brazilian women who are in the dining room today, always attentive to our orders. We will definitely be back when we return to London.

They didn't serve cooked cabbage with the feijoada. The cooked cabbage and orange are to be eaten with the pulp and are VERY IMPORTANT FOR THE FORMATION OF THE FOOD CAKE. Last week I ate the feijoada there without eating cabbage and I felt sick. Please serve cabbage with the feijoada.

I did not enjoy this meal. I like salt ok my food, but this food was way too salty. My wife said the same thing. When I cook steak at home, I use about 2 tablespoons per 700 grams. This food here used a lot more. The service was very good.

There was a "special reduced price" on the buffet on the day I went to dinner here. Upon entering the waitress tried to scam us for the original price. When I told her about the original offer, she gave up and reduced the price. The food quality was average and in terms of variety, not special. When paying, she tried to apply a service tax without our knowledge, making us pay almost 10 pounds extra. I had to confront her again to remove the tax. After paying the waitress side eyed us as if we did something wrong. Do not recommend.

READ URGENTLY AND SAVE YOUR MONEY It was not busy to be a Saturday night, but I was there early. I just wanted to eat meat and I felt lucky to find this new place (new to me). At the entrance they had a board with an offer of £19,90. So I stepped in. Reading the menu they had 3 different price but the 19,90 not to be found. £26,95 what they call TRADITIONAL DISHES. Be aware there’s not meat included in it. The FULL RODIZIO grill for £46 just £20 more to have meat. Preto is cheaper and you eat a lot and the quality is very decent. The third one the PREMIER at £54,95 (0,95 hahaha because £55 sounded bad) which includes the first 2 menu and a selection of: Filet Mignon, Rib Eye Steak, Premium Picanha, Halloumi Cheese, Lamb Fillet with Mint Sauce + Desserts from the grill Grilled Pineapple with Cinnamon, Cheese Bread with Guava paste, Halloumi with Guava paste. Plus the RODIZIO grill: Cap of Rump, Rump Steak, Rump Tail, Leg of Lamb, Beef Ribs, Pork Loin, Beef Hump, Marinated Chicken Thigh, Garlic Bread, Pork Sausage, Ham, Garlic Beef Chicken Hearts. Of all the 21 dishes, staying more than an hour, I have been offered: Picanha. One!? Only one of the PREMIER. At the very end, probably the guy noticed my crossed fork and knife, with the red card he offers me the pineapple. Of the RODIZIO I have tried: Rump Steak, beef hump, chicken (offered plenty of time) Offered: ham, pork sausage (super salty) Garlic beef I had to ask for it. I have been jumped 3 times when they passed with the lamb with mint. 3 times! Twice they came with a big tray of a fillet look like that has been served just to big groups that came after me. The total was £73,35. I can loudly say WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY. I don’t think I’ll go back there ever again. Did I mention the wine was good? Place was decent. Nothing special.

I have no idea why this place is called Fogo (fire). THERE IS NO CHARCOAL ON THE BBQ. All meats done in an electric bbq or a searing plate (same as frying pan). Complete waste of money and offensive to real bbq. Place should be called Oven de Chão.

This is the best restaurant in the world! I have travelled 3 hours for a meal here today as I have done many times before and I will continue to do so. The meat is flavourful succulent and perfectly cooked, it doesn’t stop coming as is common with these restaurants in the hope you get full I strongly recommend the chicken hearts they are the best I’ve ever tasted. The staff are kind and attentive. I need to start finding more things to do in London to pass the time so I can visit more frequently. I implore anyone reading this to head to this restaurant it truly is perfect!!

Salad bar seemed lacking and not as good as advertised, very limited when you get a cut of meat. Very expensive for what you get. The service charge seems a bit cheeky when you do most of it yourself. Cocktails added to our bill that we didn't order

I was excited to visit this place whilst in London after eating at a similar restaurant in Newcastle which was absolutely 5 star plus and lower in price. Unfortunately, this restaurant is not worth the money and if you are expecting top quality meat you'll be very disappointed. The selection of buffet salad etc is displayed beautifully but no decent fresh green salad, limited veg and all the food is very low quality. The meat on offer was all of the cheapest cuts, not well cooked, barely any flavour, you can actually see the dimples/holes in the gammon where it is so processed and reformed. Myself and my partner stayed for about 40 mins and everything we sampled was a total let down. Service also not the best, servers look miserable. After getting a bill for 130 quid, I asked for the service charge to be removed (first time ever in my life doing this) as I wanted to scrape back some of my very expensive bill for low quality food and leaving unsatisfied. We then went elsewhere to eat as we were still hungry, the food really was so bad that ate so little. I would advise anyone reading this to save their hard earned cash and go somewhere else.

My husband and I love eating out! We've been here 2x and did the lunch special for about £20 (always advertised outside). This does not include the all you can eat meat, be warned that's an extra £25-£30 (can't remember exactly) but the options for the standard buffet in Central London you really can't whine and grumble at the price. We both have enjoyed the selections everything fresh and tasty. Plus no time limit to sit and eat. They have a great salad bar, amazing choices and several hot dishes from traditional meat stews, chicken dishes, rice etc.... it is always clean and a staff member monitors this. Atmosphere is fine, tables are a bit close to each other so they squeeze by you to serve the meats. Service good, could be slightly quicker with picking up your dirty plates and checking in with you, but overall 5⭐!

I visited this place and was extremely disappointed. The meat was tasteless and clearly of low quality. The prices are unreasonably high and do not match the level of service or the quality of the dishes. Additionally, the establishment is dirty and poorly maintained, which ruins the overall experience. I do not recommend it.

We went for the premier buffet so it's supposed to come with better cuts of meat but actually we got filet mignon and rib eye two times in 1h 30min approx and the second time was because we asked for it. The beef ribs were really salty and the other cuts a little bit plain so but apart of that we could tell that it was good quality meat and fresh. For me to get it 5 stars could be only to put eye on detail with the cuts of meat for the people who is paying that much.

The experience at this buffet restaurant was highly disappointing. They make you wait for an unnecessarily long time, whether it’s for a table, certain dishes to be replenished, or basic service. It almost feels like they deliberately prolong the process to frustrate customers, making them lose their patience and appetite. This way, you end up eating less than you normally would, which defeats the whole purpose of going to a buffet. On top of that, the quality of the meat was poor. It tasted dry and tough, even when cooked rare or medium-rare with a red center. Chewing it was a struggle, and it was far from the tender, juicy cuts one would expect at a buffet claiming to offer premium dishes. Overall, the combination of subpar service and low-quality food left a very negative impression.

For those who miss steakhouses. Easy access, well located, good atmosphere, clean, attentive service. Has 3 types of prices with specific menus. We used the middleman which, due to the exchange rate, is quite expensive.

I recently had the pleasure of celebrating my mum's 70th birthday at a Brazilian steakhouse in Soho, and it was an unforgettable experience. The music was so nice and vivid. I would like to particularly highlight Victoria and Smith our waitress, who was incredibly helpful and kind throughout the evening. She ensured that my mum felt celebrated, taking the time to recommend dishes and sharing her enthusiasm for the menu. The food was nothing short of amazing; each cut of meat was cooked to perfection, and the variety of sides complemented the main dishes beautifully. Congratulations for the guys on the grill that are so nice and funny. Overall, my experience at the steakhouse was exceptional, and I am already looking forward to returning. Horrible, I went to the Wimbledon Tour 2 years ago and it was great, this time going back to London, I ended up going to this restaurant by mistake, I regret not leaving when I saw it was in the wrong place!! The mayonnaise was acidic, the guaraná was flat (it came from an already opened bottle) and the food was bland! Meat???? I only visited twice in all the time I was there. I'm glad I went alone, if I had taken my husband I would have been embarrassed!!!! I spent more than 25 ponds just to feel disgusted, nervous and have heartburn! I complained to the manager about the bad mayonnaise and guaraná, but as expected, it was super thick, I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO A TOURO CHAIN ​​RESTAURANT AGAIN!!!!! TERRIBLE RESTAURANT, AVOID THIS PLACE!!!!

The dessert from the premium menu, fatal. A total scam, a pineapple, cheese with a sandwich and another that I don't even remember in miniature version, the truth is that this does disappoint. It can improve, it has great potential and it has a privileged location. I hope you can take advantage of it.

The highlight of my experience was the incredible service from the professional and genuinely friendly Smith, who went above and beyond to ensure I had a stellar dining experience.

We've been eating at this restaurant for about 3 years, used to be my family's favorite restaurant in London. The last times we've been there we've noticed the Meniu chaining, foods being withdrawn, obviously the most expensive ones, and the price going higher. Yesterday was the worst, no cheesy bread, no chicken hearts and no rosted pineapple. The service took forever as well, huge breaks in between, basically you wouldn't be able to eat anything. Such a disappointment as this place used to be so good.

I visited this restaurant with my family after a great experience at their U.S. location, but this one was a huge disappointment. The menu, service, and quality were all subpar. The meat was nowhere near authentic Brazilian standards. You’re better off going to a local steakhouse — save your time and money! Definitely not worth the hype.

The worst Fogo de Chão I've ever been to (and I've been to quite a few...). Extremely expensive for the meat you get; picanha without any fat or flavour at all; pork very dry and flavourless; two little pieces of a meat that I can't even name it. The waitresses are quite rude and don't even smile. The place was so incredibly cold that I had to put my jacket on. 1 small bottle of still water costs £5!!!! It takes so long for bringing the meat to your table that most of the time you spend there is...waiting for it. The only good things we're the beans, the salad and the poor waiter that on his own had to run around delivering the meat. The worst almost £40 spend in a restaurant. NEVER AGAIN AND IF YOU CAN, AVOID IT!
