Service and atmosphere was very good, friendly staff, excellent wine ...unfortunately in terms of food experience it was really terrible: curly chips awful, grilled chicken was not even cooked properly, beef or lamb below average - it was such a disappointment, maybe they had a busy night or change of chef!

I am Brazilian and I have been to churracarias all over Europe on the past 25 years. I can say with no reservations had the worst quality of food EVER. The picanha was tough, the maminha was tasteless, the worst was the sausage. One could taste the bad quality on the first bite. Usually in these types of restaurants the meat flows, they were barely any servers going around with meat skewers. We were two people who wasted 116 GBP to get a stomach ache afterwards. NEVER AGAIN! Für Fleischliebhaber ist es eine Touristenfalle und eine echte Enttäuschung. Die "guten und günstig" Würste von Markkauf, die man elsewo findet, sind weit besser als das, was hier serviert wird. Ten saudades de um bom rodízio ou churrasco Brazileiro? Não perca seu tempo nem dinheiro vindo aqui. Rodízio Rico em Londres da de de 1000 a zero! Don't waste your money here! This is not Brazilian food! Just crappy food at a high price.

I’m absolutely furious with my experience at Fogo de Chão in Soho London!!! My wife (who isn’t Brazilian) was so excited to try authentic Brazilian food, but this restaurant completely failed us—especially after we paid nearly £100. Absurd! We are meat lovers and we were really expecting to be a different experience. I specifically asked for a proper cut of picanha, the crown jewel of any Brazilian steakhouse, and what did we get? Nothing even close. The meat they served was low-quality, dry, and disappointing. They never even brought chicken to our table, and the rest of the cuts were cheap, and not worth the price or the brand’s name. When I complained four times to different waiters and finally spoke to the manager, things got even worse. He admitted that the premium option includes real picanha, but the £50 per person option we chose uses "coxão duro"—a totally different (and inferior) cut that comes from the same area as picanha but is not picanha. It’s the kind of trick people pull at a cheap student barbecue, not at a restaurant with a global reputation like Fogo de Chão! The salads and side dishes were nothing special—uninspired, small portions, and just okay. For what we paid, I expected much better. As compensation? The manager offered a £10 discount and a drink, as if that would somehow make up for the fact that I didn’t get what I came for. I went there to enjoy the kind of meat Brazilians are known for, not to get a 10% discount on my own bill. It was an insult and only made the experience worse. This was an embarrassing representation of Brazilian cuisine and hospitality. Fogo de Chão completely let us down. I have been to Fogo de Chao in Europe, USA, and in Brazil! All the places were bad and expensive.

Was really a good place to eat and i enjoyed every food and the meats but a bit pricey for someone like me that eats little. I am definitely coming back with friends and will recommend 👌.

The lunch buffet is good and cheap

Stuff and service very bad , they keep staying in front of your table for check if some one move the meat from each dish , literally you are having a dinner with 2/3 waiters looking you all time . NEVER AGAIN.

Too expensive for what you eat. We were 4 adults with 4 children and paid £375. There is no children's menu but a surcharge on top of what adults eat. We ordered the premium option and they barely brought out ribeye and fillet Mignon, instead there were sausages and chicken. The waiters were very friendly and yes, they were constantly offering food to the tables. Supplements for children over 7 years old were £18 and for children under 7 we paid £13. The desserts came with the premium option but they were not offered to us. There are higher quality and better price options in the area.

The food is very good. But, not worth a 60-70 pound bill per person. Most of the meat is quite salty which makes us tired of the sodium.

A culinary excursion to South Brazil with excellent meet served by the Churrasceiros and a complimenting buffet with delicious Feijoada, Estrogonofe and many more Brazilian items as well as a great choice of salads. Picanha was my personal highlight!

The food and the meat were excellent. Unfortunately, the service was a bit distracted and preferred to chat with each other rather than take care of the guests. In the end we were charged a lot more than we actually ate. This was subsequently corrected. Because of the price, there are other restaurants in London that I would choose over this one.

Me and my family had a dinner last night, we choose for buffet and could be more options of meat, we have only 2 options one of meat with mushrooms and other with seafood.The food was a little salted for me. The waitress never came to my table to ask if is everything ok or if I need anymore drinks , also on the bill was straight service charge of 12.5% without do anything for that , The atmosphere was great, but the service could be better.

It was supposed to be a pleasant evening. I expected to enjoy good quality food and a decent and varied buffet, but I was served hard, unseasoned meat and a very poor buffet. Very tried with experience.

I visited this restaurant about a year ago and just realized today that I never reviewed it. Someone asked me where to eat Brazilian steak in London, and this place came to mind. The food was good, featuring an all-you-can-eat buffet, with an additional charge for the grilled meat. They provided a two-sided card: green for wanting more meat and red to pause the offerings. The price point was reasonable, though some meats weren't as spicy as I would have liked. Overall, I enjoyed the experience and would definitely recommend a visit.

Usually love Fogo de Chao! About 30 minutes into the premier option I began to feel a bit sick and like I couldn’t take another bite. Thought this was odd because I hadn’t eaten all day and was so excited to eat all the meats at fogo and was disappointed I was going to have to end it early. During the walk home I began to feel worse. Ended up having horrific food poisoning once I got back to my airbnb and was up all night vomiting. When I began to feel better 2 days later I called the restaurant to respectfully let them know about the food poisoning and request a refund for only my dinner (as my fiancé didn’t get sick) and I barely ate anything. I felt uncomfortable doing this but I paid a premium price to eat maybe 3 different meats, 3 cucumber slices, 2 pickles, 2 slices of pineapple and and 2 tomato slices. Instead of any sort of empathy I was immediately berated for not calling earlier (when I was vomiting?) and even laughed at for “accusing” them of giving me food poisoning by their supervisor Jasmine. I have never felt so shitty and will never support another Fogo after this terrible experience.

Buffet at 26 pounds for canteen cuisine, unpleasant staff, dismal decor, the options with roast meats are overpriced for an establishment of this standard. Absolutely avoid

First of all, the tables were quote uncomfortable, which means the waiters have a hard time to serve you. The meat was ok, nothing special. The location in the middle of China town is not great either. I would not recommend it and won't certainly go back.

Meat, plenty, and good quality! Even the buffet was excellent. Looking forward to coming back. The only downside was the crowds, the room being packed. If you like meat, don't hesitate!

Great food and drinks, I was well served

Avoid this restaurant, stay away from this place, don’t even step in. I had my lunch there yesterday 27/10/2024, I really regret it, the food itself was horrible, they charged me for a service it doesn’t really exist, horrendous service, the adverts outside is a joke they will overcharge you like they did to me yesterday. NO MEAT was available with buffet, when I asked the waiter he just said sometimes you can be lucky enough and get it… Totally overpriced. If you are in London and close to Chinatown just avoid this place. They charged me £32,60 for a simple buffet with salad WITHOUT meat and a bottle of water. I am giving one star because I can’t give none. Please don’t go in.

Please definitely avoid this place. It's overcooked and the meat is so chewy that it's as if it's salty. Everything you eat here is so salty and covered in spices :) If you want to shell out money, come here!! The clerk tried to pay by adding something I didn't order. When I pointed it out, he didn't even apologize, but just corrected it and brought it back to me. When I asked him why he wasn't apologizing when it was his fault, he apologized roughly. It made me feel so bad. Worst food, worst service, no sprouts

It was a skyrocketing favorite, now it has plummeted absurdly to a basic carvery with poor and inattentive service with an unwillingness to work, tasteless raw meat, they don't serve any cup cake for the birthday boy of the night £550 pounds me and the family and we were disappointed as It's different from before, I was like the manager giving orders so that my family wouldn't lose their patience, which was running out.

Pretty disappointing experience. We ordered the prime package with filet mignon and lamb. Lamb never came after asking 4 times and being there for over two hours. Filet mignon was roasted on a plan he and had a tiny bite sized piece. Service is not attentive at all a d the management doesn’t really care. After complaining to the manger they decided to reduce the selling price to the normal package. Desserts that were included in the prime package are also below quality.

The Brazilian servers, especially a blonde one, and the guy who was at the door presenting the menu were super kind, but the experience in general was not satisfactory, I noticed a certain disdain on the part of the waiter who served the barbecue while he was serving me and he went to get the meat. and commented laughing with the other Brazilians... Little variety of meat and they are not good, the beans and rice and pure garlic, I like seasoning, but I thought there was too much garlic. I believe that because they are Brazilians and have Brazilian food, they need to come back here to update themselves. When paying, their machine wasn't reading the Wize card, so a guy preparing the drinks made an unpleasant joke saying that we would have to wash the dishes. In short... I don't recommend it, I wouldn't go back and I don't think it's worth it.

The food seems to have some standout elements, especially the beef, Ham and dessert, with the fried banana being a highlight. However, the saltiness could be toned down for a more balanced flavour profile. While the savory elements are good, perhaps adding more variety in seasoning and cutting back on salt would enhance the overall experience. Given the critique, an 8/10 seems like a fair rating, but improving the balance of flavors could push it even higher.

The premier price for weekend has just gone up to £54 pp. The Soho branch seems to tailor for lots of tourists (as expected). There are definitely plenty of salad and meat going around. Quality was ok but with that price tag, i probably won't go back again. Would rather go to a steak restaurant. However service was good.

They offer 3 types of All U can eat. Buffet only, Buffet + Meat basic and Buffet premium. The Meat quality seams to be OK but everything is far too salty. I understand the point of it to get the customers order more Drinks, but here it is a kind of extreme in my opinion. The frequency of serving the Meat is high. That's good. The Desserts (some sort of cheesecake and a chocolate cream with sprinkles) were terrible. A small sort of Cookie crumble topped with a fatty cream with not taste and some berry's on top. All in all nothing to recommend. There are so many restaurants in the vicinity to choose from, that it is not necessary to waste time and money here.

Very good food! Delicious meats and a varied buffet with plenty of options. We opted for the Rodízio Lunch for £28.90 and it was more than enough to enjoy good meat! I recommend this option for those who, like me, cannot eat so much meat. It's so worth it!

Have been here a few times now and always great quality. They bring the meats round super fast and all amazing. I would say their desserts that come with the premium need improvement

Wagoner welcomed me and was a friendly hostess. Smith was my server and provided friendly service. I compare this restaurant to the one I am a frequent regular Monday customer in Plano, Texas. This Market table is small, requires more variety, hardly any fruits selection, it’s casual and not fancy at all for a high price.

Today I was very disappointed with the service. I arrived for lunch and opted for the normal buffet but there was no meat option (like: chicken or boiled beef, steak...) I chose not to eat. The price of a can of coca cola or guarana is £3.95 and I was like, hi? The attendant was so scared by my reaction that she did it for £3.00.

Entering at Chinatown and when I look to my left I saw a brasilian restaurant serving like all can eat buffet and was fantastic, especially for me brasilian person. The only thing that I didn't like that they charge a service fee, that no other place in London so far charge me.so beware about that.

I have tried many Brazilian rodizio restaurants (including few Fogo de Chao locations) and this is by far the worst meat I ever had. It is both bad quality of meat and badly cooked. All cuts are dry and incredibly chewy. Some cuts more than others but ultimately I could not enjoy any single piece of it. The caipirina was decent and the service was reasonably good. The salad bar is very small but good.

Great place to eat, extensive food choice.

I recently visited the restaurant, we were walking and got waved over and enticed with a better price. After going in we noticed that the buffet had barely any options and everything had gluten in except the hash browns which were ridiculously cold! The meats started coming and the waiter didn’t even know what meat it was, so we couldn’t check allergens, it was very salty most of it and some even inedible.
