You order something and if they don’t have it usually they phone you to let you know. A few times my order has turned up and there’s something else in my order in replacement of my original order! A bit annoying! Especially if they haven’t called to let you know this! Portions are small considering what you pay for it. Nice food but maybe all meals should come with rice and peas and then a choice of salad or coleslaw instead of just dry food! And if an item is out of stock always let customer know

I can tell the chef knows how to cook but the chef needs to be a alot more generous with their seasoning the curry chicken it does the job but that isnt the curry chicken id be eating at home or at another shop especially for 10£ i dont know weather its because yall need to cater to”others” why the curry aint currying but pls SEASON THE CURRY CHICKEN A LIKKLE MORE and add carrots and potatoes for the 5 stars i wanted to give you

Do not order the curry goat unless you want a tub of rice and peas and 3 pieces of dry goat on the top. Don’t expect any customer service either, I called the restaurant to resolve the issue with my order and they just argued that there was nothing wrong with the order.

Wow what a disappointment, you food is frozen with just rice. Where is the curry goatits full of just bones and fat, look at the festival burnt. I requested salt fish fritter and you gave me stale sock solid dumplings. You should be shamed of yourself for serving poor quality food, I won’t be surprised if you close down soon. The food is normally great but I get annoyed when I order one thing and they deliver something else without even a phone call to ask if that would be ok and to deliver a main meal of bones and sauce is upsetting to say the least especially when your expecting steak it’s a really great way to lose a customer but if that’s your thing maybe you could put it on the menu and call it pot luck and discount the price very disappointed

This was absolutely disgusting, serving raw uncooked chicken to customers, serving cold rock hard plantain of which tastes days old, as well as not receiving the drinks and a part of my order. This was disgusting, absolutely foul. As a jamaican myself i was a bit apprehensive about ordering from here and i was right to think so. Save your money and do not eat from here. I will be filing a complaint as well as a refund, this should not be served to customers.

Cold over cooked so much rice no meat

I ordered stew chicken rice and peas it was lovely and just what I needed. Taste authentic. The festivals was a bit stale and hard to bite in to! But overall nice meal and good portion sizes I had some left over to eat for the next day. Will order again from here. Thanks guys.

Thought it was under new management with the rebrand but doesn't seem like it. Nothing seemed fresh and the carrot cake looks like it's from Costco

The delivery time was good, and food was hot but it’s just a shame the food wasn’t tasty. The mac&cheese was a solid cube clearly reheated (which would have been fine if the edges hadn’t gone really hard), the coleslaw portion is really really small, and the rice was super bland. Jerky chicken was okay but more spice than flavour, I love spice but it shouldn’t be a substitute for flavour, would have loved it to have been more tasty. Wont be ordering again, there are definitely better alternatives

Food was good tasting but I ordered a large curry goat and this was nowhere near a large (I’ve eaten from here before) this was barely a regular size.

Chicken was pink in the middle, rice was overcooked. There was orders missing as well. Not happy and a waste of money. Lesson learned to not order here again.

I waited 1.5 hours for the meal. When it arrived the rice and peas were a little dry and very small portions, the ackee and saltfish was swimming in oil and again very small portions. I had to throw it away. The only positive thing was the friendly driver.

Just had a fantastic meal here. Oxtails at so tender but could do with more butter beans. A couple of dishes were missing from the menu and the card machine wasn't working. Other than that, lovely.

I'm not really one to leave comments and reviews but I feel offended that I was given this as jerk chicken because it is categorically not. The colour is questionable and for some reason they drowned it in enormous amounts of gravy which tastes like black pepper. I didn't even try the chicken because the colour doesn't resemble being cooked on a jerk grill.

Wrong drinks delivered, refund for difference in price was not offered. Food was clearly old and very dry, the fish looked like tough beef, the flavour did not resemble brown stew at all. I am hard pressed to believe the patty had cheese in it. The curry goat did not actually taste of curry, more pepper, the flavour of the brown stew and the curry tasted fairly similar... Disappointed does not even cover this meal, a waste of money.

First time ordering from here and I am so pleased with the food can tell it was made with love and not just made really injoyed the food and the gentleman that delivered my food he was very pleasant will definitely be ordering from them again and will recommend them to all my friends and family

Just ordered take away for lunch. 2 beef patties was fantastic. Made fresh on point. However Jerk Chicken was Turkey. Clearly roasted far too long however many days ago as it was leg meat chopped up to look like Chicken, re-heated with weak jerk sauce added before being microwaved out back. Turkey leg meat was hard so clearly been in the fridge after being cooked for sometime. Rice & Pea was ok no coconut had been used again cooked a while ago and kept in fridge. Great tasting freshly made food that always tastes great

I expected the order to arrive at 17:55 which gone past 1 hour lrom the time late unfortunately and tried calling this restaurant but she said that they don’t deliver to the address I live at despite delivered for the couple of times before at my house.

Did not receive my order. They said there is no delivery driver till after 5 but it doesn't say that on the website. Food was showing delivered

Ordered quite a lot of food, very polite driver, very nice food. Only downfall was we ordered 2 chocolate cakes and 1 red velvet and received 3 red velvet which was very sweet and good sized portions. Enjoyed the food too much to complain. Would still recommend

Honestly the most rudest woman serving. Gave me a really spicy dish when I trusted her and asked for something with no spice because I can't handle it. Took my money anyway and refused a refund. Would never recommend. The fact that I would recommend Pizza hot 4 you over this is appalling but true.

Ordered food with soft drink. No drink included. Kept calling to say they didn’t have certain things and only had minimal exchanges which I didn’t even like. Saucy tone with customer service. Oxtail sauce was basically oil and more bones than the meat. Half full rice and oxtail. Will not order again!

My fiancé made a first visit today as I'm holed up with the flu. He expressed surprise when he asked for pea soup to be told it does not contain meat!!! I grew up on this and its one of my all time favourites 😔. I'm just sorry he didn't call me first because I would have told him not to buy it! When he arrived home he opened the containers which was a little over half full. He took a photo but can't upload here . Not worth the price. Its so annoying when you want to patronise a business and first impressions last!

Two of us went today for lunch - superb and will go back. We both had the large jerk chicken with rice and peas - chicken superb, spicy and smoky from the BBQ, and really well cooked. The patties and the saltfish fritters were really tasty as well. There was a good amount of food there, very full now. Really friendly service as well. Very good value for the money.

Great Carribean food, I absolutely Love the Jerk Chicken, always so tasty and I cant wait to get some more soon! It can be a little bit slow service sometimes, but that could just be my impatience for such delicious food! I cannot wait to order again soon now the restrictions are lifting!

I ordered curry goat and ackee and salt fish with rice and peas. The portions of food are tiny for £7. Literally 4 small lumps of goat meat and that was mostly bone....and sharp shards of bone too. Maybe one spoonful of ackee and salt fish which didn’t even taste authentic. The server had no mask on and the customer he was serving before me had no mask on. They don’t take cards. I think the food was microwaved but it took ages! I was asked about 8 times what I had ordered. Such a waste of money and the place looked grubby. I won’t be going back ever. I love Jamaican food but was seriously shocked at what they served for so much money. Absolute robbers.

Ordered food today. I have to say it was the worst take away I have ever had!! Tasteless..mostly bones.. chicken over cooked and dry and tasted nothing like 'jerk' chicken!!. Dumplings were hard and dry. Absolutely fuming and will never order from here again thats for sure. What a waste of money!!.
