Great place. Thoroughly recommendable

Another excellent Sunday carvery with good friends. Food is amazing.

I meet other people there who have suffered a head injury as I did in 1997 when I had a major fractured skull.

Went here for our wedding venue a few days ago, had a lovely night. The food went down a treat with all our guests, which wasn't easy considering all the different dietary requirements our guests had. Ian and his team did an amazing job and made our night more memorable. Would definitely recommend this venue. Ian offers Catering with this venue so there is no need to book a separate caterer. Depending on what menu you go for, you can have a buffet menu for between £10-£13.50 per head. The higher end of the price range will get you a hot buffet. Alternatively you can have a 3 course hot meal for £25 per head, with multiple menus to choose from. You can also have a prosecco reception at £3 per head which we felt was a great price and elected to have.

Dreadful place! I wouldn't recommend that you book it for a celebration. Bar downstairs, hall upstairs, grubby place. Yuk 🤢

I was asked to sing at this celebration, we were fed splendidly, the people were friendly and informative and a great time was had by all! Interesting old building too!

Superb Masonic Hall. Dining Excellent.

There are two bar areas where you can sit and drink, if you are at a function then dinning is upstairs in the main hall which holds approx 100 people, the food is cooked very well and enjoyable.

Having eaten here many times it never ceases to amaze me the quality of the served here as well as the service

It's a lovely building with friendly people and a nice bar at reasonable prices. I would recommend this lodge to visit if you are in the area.

Superb food , freshly prepared and excellently served . The center is big enough for large parties but cater for families as well . Will be going again .
