Floria fried chicken in Manchester

Went yesterday for the 1st time and WOW it was up there with one of thee best it’s in my top 5 now it was freshly made and the batter was very crispy the service the guy provided was really good too we kept going for extra sauces and he didn’t charge us so appriciate that and il definitely be back il definitely recommend you guys thanks

Tried Floria twice in the last month, first time the burger tasted exactly like Miamis and the second time it tasted exactly like Floridas but, spicier, bit confused but, overall enjoyed both experiences, fresh tasty burgers, great chips and portion size and the wings were fresh, spicy and chunky! Finally, a shop that allows phone call orders before hand so you can just be in and out not travelling 10-15 minutes and waiting in massive queues like Miamis!!! So far, quick efficient service, my go to spicy burger place now!

Floria chicken burgers are really juicier and full of flours. I have been in Manchester for three days and eat Floria Chicken burger three time. Must try I promise you are going to love their chicken burgers.

Discusting. Bought a meal and the man dolloped mayo on it. Soggy bread. Cold stale chips. Asked for a sauce and he missed it. Called him and he said he didn't make it. Never buying from them. Shakespeare or Maiami guys rather than this shop

Good burger but shocking customer service…i am a regular customer, bought 2 burgers today and asked for a mayo and the guy who served rudely said that is free only with meal when i was ready pay … please be polite to customers 😊

They never heard of the word customer service in my opinion. They have no etiquettes of saying thank you, please and never welcome you with smile. Food is awful too, don't eat their cheap pizzas and food tastes isn't good either.

We went to this burger joint on a friend's recommendation which didn't disappoint so far as the food was concerned 😋 Firstly I'll start with the bad points and finish with the good. There was three of us and we all noticed that the shop floor, tables and seating were all dirty. The whole shop can do with a deep clean. Now to the good part which was the main reason we went. We ordered three rounds of Spicy Chicken Burger Meals and boy were we surprised with the amazing taste and portion sizes. The Spicy sauce had a real deep texture which definitely hit the spot, the chicken Fillet was huge and piping hot, and the chips were nice and crispy with a sprinkle of red salt 😋 We would go as far as saying that the Spicy Chicken Burger was one of the best thus far and had a Miami's Burnage feel to it (btw a previous employee of Miami's Burnage is also working at Floria's as I recognised him, he's a good kid 😉 which may explain the taste similarity) All in all an amazing food tasting experience which we would recommend to all Chicken Burger lovers out there. No hand washing facilities onsite although hand wipes are available only on request according to our experience. Plenty of seating available (you may wanna give it a wipe before you park your backside on it)

Service is unreal, hot piping food in less than 2mins. The dipped spicy burger was dreamy, next time I think I'll go for half spiced as felt the kick after a bit lol.

Heard mix good reviews of this place allegedly supposed to be on par with Miamis, Phillys etc. Gave it a go my experience was far from it, the spicy sauce tasted very different, more tomatoey no kick and the chicken didnt taste fresh felt sickly due to this. The one thing i do give them though is their portions are huge. Very disappointed.

I ordered chicken burger with little bit spicy souce in it but they just gave me plan burger with lots of lettuce and also there's a lady asking for a extra souce they just give her when I asked for a extra souce shop man was so rude and he asked me for 50p extra but 50p wasn't problem the way he's talking to me was soo rude

I ordered a meal for £20 and my order was never received and I still haven’t been refunded and they refused to refund after they did not deliver my order

Been a few times to this place. Spicy burger is a bit hit and miss. A couple of times you could tell that it wasn’t fresh and the chips for reason are never hot just lukewarm. A word of advice to anyone thinking of buying a pizza, especially chicken one ,from here, DON’T!! The chicken they put on there is absolutely rank and definitely days old. Vomit inducing is the phrase I would use! Went straight into the bin and £6 wasted! I’ll just stick with Miami or go to the original Florida’s from now on!

It was ok, the burger was big and the price was good, wasn't fresh chicken tasted like it had been frozen. Spicy sauce was hot but tasted old. Shop wasn't the best, ok if you were passing and really hungry

I ordered this by mistake thinking it was a spelling error of a different shop. I got a spicy chicken burger meal and wings was extremely surprised. Chicken burger was fresh and extremely spicy I was nearly in tear trying to finish it. Wings were good only thing I would ask for is some flats. Only drummers but still great.

Top Notch Burger I can’t believe how big it actually was. it’s how Miami was when it first opened, Chips were luke warm, but that’s the only negative.

To be honest, It’s hit and miss sometimes but when it’s good, ITS REALLY GOOD. Plus the owner is really really nice and he is always so helpful on the phone

I asked for the non spicy burger cause I quit smoking and my tastebuds are all over the place at the moment! got home and thought they had covered my burger in tomato ketchup (which would have been gross too).. turns out it was Hellfire sauce delivered straight from the devils cellar! Im a ginger so if I had a soul it sure as hell would have left my body! If they got the order right it probably would have been fine to be honest!

The service was abit slow but the spicy chicken burger was nicely done with just the right amount of spice and the gravy was decent.

I'd highly recommend the Burgers and chicken. I Do NOT recommend the pizzas unfortunately, brought the spicy chicken pizza, the chicken had so much fat on it and was very slimy,pizza was undercooked! It was a total mess

Awesome spicy chicken burger addition to the scene. Prices are the cheapest around. Staff very friendly and the spicy chicken burger is super hot and huge. The first time I couldn’t manage to finish it so the second time I asked for it to be half dipped which they did. Much more manageable. Staff were polite and food was served incredibly quickly. Forget Miami, travel the extra 5 mins and visit this place

Surpassed all expectation. Burgers very juicy, absolutely massive and tasted out of this world. I went for the dipped burger whilst it was spicy itbwaent over bearing and tasted just right. Chips were hot and crisp and sauces were top quality, wings were juicy and properly seasoned. Customer service was A+++++++. Overall excellent experience.

Ordered the 15 piece family bucket which should come with 15 piece chicken 4 chips beans and a drink. Received 13 piece chicken no chips beans and a drink. Called to let them know about the error, the man on the phone was not helpful at all. refused to re deliver the missing items, blamed it on the delivery driver said it was packed but the driver forgot to give us the chips. Surely if it was packed it would have been in the same bag as the chicken as there was plenty of space in the bag I don't see why they would pack it in a separate bag?? We was left to eat just chicken n beans which isn't the same without the fries. The man didn't even apologise. The Food was average at best, under seasoned bland chicken.

Their spicy burger is one of the best, ticks all the boxes and was delivered fresh. However, the Margherita was rather bland. The pizza dough was good though. Recommended!

I started coming here regularly for six months but on the last few occasions it was very disappointing both the food and service. Normally I’m severed by the manager I believe? and I wait around the fresh chicken to come out. However on my last two visits and most recently on the February 26 I was served by this younger guy who served me chicken that was already there for god knows how long?? but the worst part was that he gave me chips which were already fried (scandalous) he also tried to convince me to take meal deal with a drink, which I didn’t want as I’m very specific about I drink with certain food and with fried chicken it’s always Jamaican purple grape soda that they don’t sell. I remember previously telling this younger dude before that I need to have my food fresh and the chips should not be refried as I reheat my food after a night out. I don’t think I’ll be coming back here again. Unfortunately it’s another failed fried chicken place in south Manchester.

This is a copy of another place which is well known and always on point This place can not keep up Been here twice and the order was wrong both times! Orderd 2 burger meals 1 burger was hot and 1 was cold The next time i went in i told them the last order was wrong and the guy was not interested and just ignored me, so i told him again and he just shrugged his shoulders Seems like the staff dont want to work or have any care on quality of service or food. This place is a perfect example oh "oh i can do that myself" but simply dont have the skill or knowledge on how to be a a good burger joint Ill stick to the original floridas...

I dont normally do this but...this place was the worst food I have ever had. I ordered a chicken burger meal and 3 wings. The bun was stale, the chicken fillet smelt bad the wings were dry and salty. First time and last time for sure.

Got a spicy double chicken burger. First time tried this place. Burger was hot and fresh. If u love spicyness then get the spicy sauce separate. £5 for burger and 2 x spicy sauces came to £6. Not like Miami who charge like £9 for the same.

Actually pretty decent better than I expected it to be for some reason burger was really spicy and fresh, wings were nice and fries were fresh. Good gaff if your local definitely give it a try.

I'm not a wings guy but the bloke running the shop was a really great guy and gave me and my mate a taster and no complaints from either of us, fresh, tasty and spicy wings. I went for a spicy chicken burger and it was really, really good. Too much lettuce and mayo for my liking which meant it wasn't spicy enough for me, will get it to my liking next time though.

Tried this place after seeing a yourube review and it was excellent 5 stars the burger was fresh and spicy, chips perfectly cooked and wings were nice and spicy and ice cold drink, second tike I go burger wasn't fresh , chips were half cooked and wings were hard. I cannot blame tge main owner because he was serving me the first time and it was good ,the bad experience was from another worker that was running it that day Such a shame as I am put off travelling from so far away
