Flavours Gelato in Barking and Dagenham

I just tried it yesterday and it tastes so good. Peri peri chicken was so well cooked the taste was amazing definitely 10/10. The service is quick as well definitely going to get again and would recommend to everyone 👍

Personally, I love the atmosphere of the shop, it is a beautiful place to dine in and decorated greatly. The workers are very friendly and polite to the customers.As for food, I find it delicious made with love and tastes lovely, especially the waffles, for me they are the best. This place is overpriced more than Kaspas and Creams. I asked for a mixed fruit waffle, instead I got pancakes so I put a complaint in and had to wait again. The waffle came which was quite hard and it was not mixed fruit it was only strawberries the most, four blueberries and four raspberries, that is not a mixed fruit variety and the maple syrup was watered down. The service was very long. Put your prices down you are not a chain company such as Creams or Kaspas. Avoid!

Service is rubbish, like you have gone to a funeral place, takes ages for milkshakes to be made, worse thing is you come home and the milkshakes have the chocolate wrapper this inside them. Worse place and service ever.

Strawberries and cream gelato tasted more like a sorbet. Didn't like the brownie in sundae at all. Was really disappointed with this order.

The cookie dough was really over cooked, not soft at all which is a bummer as was so looking forward to it! … expected more too! the portion size wasn’t the worst but the cookie dough was just so thin! - cannot complain about the cake !!

It was my first time visiting the place today, and I ordered mango and Lychee fruit tea. First, I was disappointed to notice the staff lady was busy talking on the phone to some relatives in India, and then after an approx 20 minutes of wait, I was handed my tea. There was no other person or orders before mine, but it took her long to prep tea. I was already disappointed in the services and to top it up she handed over tea with the usual straws and not the special ones for bobas. She advised that these were new types and I will not have any issues, but guess what, no bobas came out in any sip, drinks were too sweet so I had to bin.. £8.50 wasted. I highly advise to avoid this place.

Delivery was fine but but the dessert was absolutely disgusting

Sad to leave this review as I wanted to leave a positive comment. The waffles were undercooked that we could taste the uncooked bits in the middle. I would say it was 60% cooked. We ordered 3 and we all felt it was not edible so sadly that was close to £30 wasted. The staff were friendly but the food was so bad that I would not go there again.

Went here today. I have allergies. The lady who I approached first kept saying how the deserts have traces of the allergen. I asked for the allergen menu and I was told they DO NOT have one. I told her that I need to know what is actually made with the allergen...she could not say just said that they have traces but not the allergen. I then asked for the ingredients which she could not provide. She asked her colleague or manager to take over. He then said to me everything on the menu has the allergen except sorbet. My friends then went up and asked for the allergen menu....a partial allergen menu was magically provided to them (I thought they didn't have one?) And this actually said some I've creams were ok for me to have. They also advised that if anyone has allergies they just would not serve them....disgusting service. The food was terrible, not a single person on our table enjoyed their food. Most of it was left for the bin. Overall bad food and bad service. Never again.

Very vey bad, I ordered cookie dough it came without ice cream and overcooked dough. They charged full and gave the worst dessert.

Me and my family did a takeaway for 2 cookie dough and a Ferrero milkshake and the experience terrible as it was not prepared well and did not taste good. We have gone to this shop a few times and every time, it was not a good experience. I do not recommend to go here.

Good spot for a ice cream with family..

The cookie dough was nice but the milk cake was disappointing. They had poured the milk on the cake instead of serving it separately so upon arrival, it was a gloopy mess - no cake, just liquid :/ wouldn’t recommend. To improve, please allow your customer to serve their own milk on the cake.

Delivered the wrong item . Kulfi falooda doesn't contain fruits, but the label it is as kukfi falooda. Which is a mislead 😕.....had to return the order by hand back to the restaurant. They should clearly state the ingredients or change the name of the product

Nice staff, good food, and the prices are expected for such delicious desserts. If you're around pop in and get a milkshake or something, definitely recommend it.

I tired their cookie dough today it was delicious and crunchy as cookies…it was as expected and their caramel tart was really good ….service was good and excellent ….it’s worth the price . They are also giving 15% discount.

Unfortunately I was very disappointed with my caramel tart. I was abit skeptical waiting 15 mins for just a caramel tart and custard to takeaway, when at most places it’s cut out from a freshly baked tray and quick to serve. Anyway I remained optimistic and was looking forward to it. When I got home this was not what I was expecting, it looks like cheap ready made pastry and the lady has just filled it with caramel sauce like for ice cream, it has given me a very bad heartburn. I had ordered 2 but struggled to eat the one. Still have the second as shown in the picture, going in the bin. Not worth a penny!

Honest review** Very disappointed as we ordered Madagascan vanilla cheesecake and white chocolate cookie dough which was superr hard and crusty. They left it in the oven far too long. It was very crunchy. Cheesecake was very mousses. Not very happy. Pls guys don't follow their reviews- very obvious that their friends n family have left great reviews like a rash all over. Customer service is great. Its a Shane desserts can't be done right these days

They are generous with chocolate and the cookie dough is cheap (relatively) and of very good quality!

Ordered via Uber Eats…the waffle was good quality and the presentation was equally on point. The vanilla gelato was delicious. I also had their strawberry mojito slushy(highly recommended) very refreshing. Looking forward to trying other items on the menu.

Was very disappointed with first order. The food was cold. The Nutella waffle was not Nutella. It was not even a chocolate hazelnut flavoured spread, just some chocolate sauce. I paid extra for extra Nutella as well which was a waste of money. If you can't put real Nutella then don't claim that it is. In addition the waffle was cold. The cookie dough was burnt and hard and also not cold. Not edible And the hot brownie sundae, the brownie was not hot as it is sold to. The whole point of the sundae as stated in the description is hot brownie with cold ice cream. Will not be ordering from here again

Being a pastry chef for last 15 years i've never given 5 stars but Flavours Gelato & waffles are best in quality & Taste. Staffs are friendly and excellent customer service. Will be back.
