My family and I had the most incredible dinner experience today at in Eastearn Paradise . From the moment we walked in the owner welcomed us with the warmest smile and took such exceptional care of us throughout the entire meal. went above and beyond to help us choose the perfect dishes, offering insightful recommendations that absolutely hit the mark. professionalism was matched genuine kindness and friendly demeanor, making us feel completely at home. The food was outstanding, attention to detail and personal touch really stood out. We asked for a surprise dish, and totally delivered with a creative, delicious option that blew us away! ability to balance impeccable service with warmth and humor is something great! We left feeling not only satisfied but truly grateful for and we’ll definitely be returning — not just for the food, but for the amazing service. Highly recommend!

I always order from this place for takeaway when i call the waiter syed is brilliant and the portion size are great and food is lovely and cant complain for the price as well they also give you free side dish when you spend £15 or more i always go there form my take away orders and to mention driver Really friendly

I really love this place. The atmosphere and all staff are very friendly, excellent food and restaurant is very clean and spotless; lovely to go for a nice family meal. I will recommend all my friends and family to go there and try this place out.

Food is brilliant good for money and staff are friendly and they really look after you the staff and the driver is always polite and has a lovely smile on his face

Not as nice as usual! Sorry! Very little tarka dahl and very oily and some items just didn’t taste right… normally really good

Awful, must have been a bag of salt in the chicken tikka masala, couldn’t get rid of the taste for over an hour. Wouldn’t bother with the chicken wings/bones. The mint sauce is also dreadful.

Always good food, portions seemed a little smaller than normal although it was still plenty.

place is *definitely* for you—if by "twist" you mean a total identity crisis. butter chicken was a bold reimagining, where only two ingredients—chicken and butter—survived the original recipe. arrived glowing like a highlighter with surprise additions like sugar, coconut, random nuts, and chicken kebab-shaped chunks (because why not?). Korma powder made a guest appearance, because apparently, why stick to one dish when you can blend two? The chicken tikka masala didn’t seem to reali the chicken was supposed to be *tikka*. Instead, we got something vaguely boiled, as if trying to outshine its neon butter chicken cousin. There were faint traces of actual flavor, so props for the effort, I guess? Now, the paratha—thick enough to double as a mattress and chewy enough to confuse you with beef jerky—was surprisingly the highlight of the meal. The chapati? Mercifully normal. Memo to the chef: If it ain’t broke, please don’t “fix” it. Because right now, these recipes are not just broken—they’re absolutely demolished.

Used to love this place, but ordered a chicken korma through Just Eat and thew up when i found a cockroach in my food.

Driver refused to hand over food and was rude and disrespectful

Perfect delivery timing.Such scrumptious mixed kebab and spicy wings.All items were hot , fresh and tasty.The keema rice, dahl soup,& naan too.Even the dip for the meats was lovely too.Thank you.🙏🏽

This is our go to spot for casual ‘can’t be bothered to cook’ weeknights (special weeknight menu offer) or our weekend date nights, also good for get togethers with family freinds & coworker’s alike. The relaxed atmosphere caters for all, providing excellent customer service, most requests are considered & they do the upmost to accommodate accordingly, including the recent addition to install Cobra beer on draught / if u know u know /. As a vegetarian I have found most restaurants restrictive with menu choices & often make meals from side dishes, but here I can find a dish & the chef will adapt it to your taste - fussy eaters included lol . Recently experienced a watered down lacklustre meal out of the area & it was a waste of money to be honest, so why would you go elsewhere’

I ordered chicken tikka masala and got a curry with ground coconut. It tasted nithing like tikka masala. Threw it out because it was late night and the restaurant had already closed.

Some of the food had to be heated up in microwave it was so cold , I also rang the restaurant. To complain how long it’s taken

The main courses were great and we were given extra saga aloo, another potato dish and an extra naan which was a nice touch! Will defo order again. The only gripe was the mango chutney had too much vinegar in it

First time ordering, wasn't expecting much for take out but it was surprisingly not bad. Only thing is they don't give you any mint sauce or salad or anything but I have all that so it's ok. Id recommend, if you can't be assed to cook, like I couldn't tonight 😄

The food was bland , normally order from this place but today's food quality was tasteless The potion or small Ordered extra poppadoms didn't get no sauces I paid extra for the poppadoms I will not order from this place again , it's very shame we would like to support our local businesses the quality of the food it's not there

Food was great. Customer service was great. Delivery was awesome. Definitely will order Paneer tikka, king prawn butterfly, kebab and tandoori garlic chilli chicken tikka again and again. Thank you for this wonderful food and experience.

Rubbish food !! this restaurant is either underpaid or hates his job !! fish curry the onions not even cooked properly and crunchy !! the pilau was like leftovers, no long grains of rice at all, the korma was runny and tastless !! the okra undercooked and the chkn in korma was not fully cooked my 45.00 order was a nightmare !

I placed my order at 5.30 it arrived at 7.07 the guy that delivered I’m sure weren’t from just eat he was from the restaurant, rice was barely warm bhajis were cold and the was more oil than flavour my partner had to put salt on his food

Delivery was late - 1 hour 20 mins. Prawn dish was horrible. The food was slightly spicy which is okay but it tasted as if spices weren’t mixed properly. Not edible at all - pepper or whatever it is was hitting my throat, I couldn’t even talk. Weird experience. Good absolutely ruined.

Every thing was watery just without taste, i did not expected this had a great hope seeing the review and tried it but has to throw away. Only biryani veg was fine not great which i could still eat. Wont try again or recommend this.

Order was placed at 17:20 food delivered at 19:15. Apparently my order was delayed due to the restaurant not receiving my order until after 18:00. Will not be ordering here again via Just Eat. The food was ok but was only warm when received. Not an enjoyable experience at all.

Never got popperdoms. Ordered the pickle selection had nothing to dip in them wastes about £5 on that starters could of been hotter couldn't taste the garlic in the potato peshawar naan could not taste the nut the rest was ok
