i bought their grilled chicken with rice. when i came home with the food the rice smelled so bad and moisture on the rice. still it was warm and they just offered to change the rice again. even they accept rice was not good. that's the first and last time i went there. i m done. highly not recommended.

I had a terrible experience at Griller Shop. We waited a long time for our order, and when it finally arrived, the wings were cold, and the burgers were dry and cold. The staff was unprofessional, even fighting with each other in front of customers. It's definitely not a place I would recommend.

As salam alaikum.. I did not order anything due to the fact that Griller menu says one thing whilst the lady on the phone says something completely different.. I wanted to order Fried Style Family Fayre, the lady, said that the cost would be around £20. However, on the menu, there is no mention that the £17.99 is at a collection price.. What a total waste of time to make an order that is falsely advertised. Please see screenshots taken.. Zulfikar

very bad experience I had already come to eat with my family today when I came I ordered a chicken and it came out bad I told the staff and they told me it was because of the herbs one is not stupid if the purple horned chicken looked to others that had already come to eat before and know the taste very well

Horrible experience waited 40 mins for a 7 inch pizza that’s a joke to be told it’s not made yet we are busy and they was only 2 people in the shop who’s food was made before mine although they came After.

Very good atmosphere, great food. Will be visit again. The food here is absolutely delicious! Every dish we tried was bursting with flavor and cooked to perfection. Highly recommend the Oreo milkshake and Vegetarian hot pizza.

Delicious Taste and good quality

Wanted to share my honest feedback to one of the staff working there, her name is Pooja I believe. I've been there 4 to 5 times now and she has been the person serving me all the time and she is such a great human being and a great person. Every time I visit grillerz she talks in the most generous way possible and always smiling and open to have a conversation and makes me feel I'm at home. The quality of food is also really great but what makes the place even better are staff like Pooja.

Disgusting. Waited 20 mins for 3 burgers. Not worth the wait at all. For somewhere that claims to not fry their chicken, everything was dripping in fat. Chicken piece pink in the middle and also drowing in oil. Even the chips had been fried to within an inch of their life. Complete waste of money. Safe to say we will not be going again.
