pizza undercoocked , made a complaint about it , got another one delivered for free but unfortunately undercoocked as well.

Well what can I say! Giving a 5 star as the food is bloody amazing!!! Probably the best takeaway food I’ve had! Even just the peri peri chicken strips were tender, and full of flavour! Honestly best food I’ve had! However now for the shame parts. Ordered for collection, was told 25mins. Got there to be told another 15 mins however at least we knew food was freshly cooked. On both pizzas we ordered extra like 4 toppings each and 1 with stuffed crust all of which wasn’t added, that was a big let down. However the quality still has me giving 5 stars. Excellent work

Visited the flaming hut late on Friday Friday night as we were staying at the Travelodge across the carriageway. Just about made last orders at 8:45 pm but the staff were very good in assisting us to ensure food and drinks were served quickly. Well presented good sizeportions and well priced. Will definitely visit again if in the area.

Just got a chicken shawarma with chips, passing through for work and limited time for Friday prayers. Brother served me and out within 10 mins. Food is also spot on not to mention the sauce. Will be back when in area again. Found a nice Halal spot.

Food was hot and delivered on time. I ordered a lamb kebab and the meat was spicy which I wasn’t aware of. Unfortunately as I can’t eat spice I was unable to eat the meat. The food was nice though.

We ordered at food at 8:15pm and the delivery said it would be delivered from 21:30-21:50 but there were some problems with communication as the driver never called us to tell us the food had arrived we were in the house and listening out for a knock but never heard it. We called the restaurant and politely asked to refund it, they declined which was understandable but then they proceeded to verbally assault me and rudely and abruptly hang up the phone we tried calling back but went straight to voicemail from the restaurant. For this poor behaviour I demand a full refund for lack of communication and verbally abusing me and my friend.

I am a very fussy person when it comes to chicken, the chicken is always cooked perfectly and no horrible bits. Everyone loves it.

The person on phone doesn’t have a clue what he is doing, shocking service put the phone down on me twice!

Hard to rate atmosphere in a takeaway. The service and food however, is on the money. Really friendly people, who are obviously proud of what they do. Superb chicken tikka, wrapped in a freshly baked naan, with fresh crunchy salad. Banging!!

Very rude staff and very bad customer service. Chicken was OK but the chips smell bad oil.

Delivered the wrong pizza. Chips were cold by the time it arrived as it was 20 minutes late. And the standard doner wrap had chilli’s in despite not mentioning any, which left my pregnant partner with no dinner.
