Flamin Tucker in East Hampshire

I first came to and reviewed this burger van back in 2016 and was very impressed. It’s been a while but today I had to work in Borden and told my work colleague that we had to go here hoping it was still as good. I was not disappointed at all. Feeling adventurous I went for the volcano burger with my colleague opting for a bacon roll. The burger was fresh and delicious with the heat of fresh jalapeño and hot sauce. It was very hot but this did not detract from the taste at all. The owners were really friendly and the portions were generous for both the burger and bacon roll. I left extremely satisfied and I hope it won,t be as long until I return.

The guy that runs it, is a gem, friendly, chatty and gives you what you want. Cooks everything fresh, sometimes slips in a little treat at no extra cost.

We were over the moon with the delicious burgers we got served for my friend’s leaving for lunch at AMK. The service was brilliant & the quality of the burgers, buns & ingredients were spot on. Highly recommend. Thank you so so much.

Had my covid jab on Friday woke up on Saturday morning feeling like totally C@%P decided i would take a walk out with my family to try and feel a bit better. No word of a lie after about half a burger i felt amazingly better. It was not only delicious, tasty and huge but miracle working. The guy was a absolute diamond. Top top man will be visiting again. P.S This is a genuine review i am not trying to be funny i literally felt like death warmed up and the burger really did make me fell 100% better

Carefully prepared with quality ingredients this is the best burger in the area. The staff are friendly and nice to talk to, we often drop in on the way to the shooting range, it’s part of our day out. Go try one you won’t regret it.

Gorgeous burger, premium ingredients beautifully cooked. The buns are light, the lean steak burgers are tasty and the bacon thick with just the right amount of fat to let it crisp. Thick hot chips. All freshly cooked. Lovely owners and well worth a visit.

Absolutely loved our burgers. Excellent flavour and a good variety to chose from. Chips were amazing too. Very friendly service from a great couple, who clearly take pride in their service. Highly recommend Flamin Tucker to all. Well worth a trip out.

Fantastic Burger Van which was the food for my friends Wedding (Matt & Tash) at Groomes. The food was prepared fresh and was out of this world with taste! The owners were well presented and well spoken too, very professional and not robots (full of humour!) Highly recommended for any event if you want great value tasty food!

If you are super hungry look no further. These 1/2 pounders are amazing especially washed down with a coffee. I'm a regular customer and have tried a good few burgers. If you like it hot try the volcano.😋😋

I wouldn't say we are "regular,regulars" but we do enjoy the odd "burger thursday" in our office! Ian and Charlie are always friendly and in my opinion the burgers are second to none. You get what you pay for and I wouldn't say these are overpriced as others have said, as the burgers are a million times better than your standard burger van. I'm pretty fussy about meat but my burgers have always been well cooked. I would definitely recommend and am proud to support a local business. Keep up the good work guys!

Had a lovely bbq burger, the owner has a great and very interesting selections to offer, with very nice ingredients made right in front of you, you can see what he’s cooking in front of you and you can see the pride he takes in his meals/burgers.

Top quality food and good value for money. OK may not be the cheapest but well worth the extra pennies for the quality steak burgers! Ian's very friendly and his van is immaculately hygienic. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Only wished he was open 7 days a week.

Moved into the Area recently, walking the dog and wondered onto the Flamin Tucker. The Husband & Wife team that run it are extremely friendly & the Burgers are Amazing! I’m working my way through the menu, loved each different Burger so far. Very much looking forward to the next.

My wife and i regularly get breakfast/lunch from the Flamin Tucker van and are never dissapointed. Always freshly prepared in front of you, cooked exactly how We like and we very rarely finish a full portion due to their size.

Ian and his friendly crew pulled out the stops to help us when the previous caters for our agility show let us down. I'm not a burger person and was a bit dubious but these were fantastic. I would highly recommend Flamin Tucker to anyone needing a food van at their event.

I’m a hgv driver and a burger connoisseur, I’ve traveled the length of the uk and stopped in many road side establishments. I can safely say this is the best burger I have ever had not only from a road side cafe but it’s even better than most restaurants.

Ian and Charlie bought their van to a charity event I organised yesterday in Haslemere, Surrey. I had heard great things about the business and food so when I contacted Ian to see if he could provide the catering he was happy to do so and very helpful right up to the day. He came even though the weather was awful. The event turned out to be a huge success and Ian and Charlie stayed the day and provided fantastic food to so many people. Everyone of them were very complimentary on the food and service provided by them both. Will be using the Flamin Tucker again for future events- fantastic food and set up, I couldn’t recommend more.

The burgers here are the best I have ever tasted. Not only is the meat good, but the salad also (especially the coleslaw). Very reasonably priced considering the quality, and pleasant service too, from a guy who aims to be the best.

I stopped here this morning on my way home to selsey, and am i glad i did.... the guy was very friendly and clearly took great pride in his food. I had a half pounder with cheese and was so nice not to have the usual plastic burgers you get at other burger vans... well worth the 5 pounds price tag, and i will be back.

Probably the worst burger I have ever eaten in my life. Portions are really small and overpriced. The burger came out slightly raw and I would not be returning. Your better off saving your money and going to a cafe or restaurant down the road.

As roadside food goes, this is very good. Good quality food always cooked to order. My only criticism is the buns used, they are the best that bookers sell but I'm not convinced they compliment what's inside them on the finished article. A standard flour bap would promote the meats better. The story about the burgers coming from the Queens butcher is also sitting with my thoughts about the buns, yet that aside they are very good as is his menu. No doubt about it this guy is really trying and it is almost excellent. Be prepared to wait while it's cooked for it is worth it.

Perfect for refuelling, post Saturday morning football match. Well worth a detour of a few miles!Was about to close when we arrived. More than happy to stay open and serve us - and the queue of folks that arrived after us.

Visited a couple of times recently and will now try to include this on my route if in the area. Tasty food with some jovial banter. Always accommodating & any extras required are no problem. They do a monster man v's burger option at £25 - which I've not tried! Liked the 'Bordon Ramsey' tagline. One of the best pit stops I've encountered for a while. No toilets.

I was out of my usual stomping ground today and happened on Flamin Tucker just by chance. Immediately you notice the van with its striking livery as you drive down the road, so that's a good start. Once at the counter my friend and I were greeted by a friendly, cheerful and helpful proprietor, Ian. We ordered two burger, that were awesome. I have been to other burger joints and paid a lot more for them but Flamin Tucker knocks spots off most of them. This place is worth driving out of your way for, I kid you not.This place is a hidden gem and a real lucky find! I sincerely hope these guys expand the business and open an outlet nearer to Southampton soon! (Pleeeeaase!!)If you like burgers you owe it to yourself to visit Flamin Tucker before you die!!

A proper burger van serving tender excellent quality burgers with real cheese and a great selection of toppings. Even the sauses are good. I had a cheese burger with mushrooms and onions. The boy had a cheese and bacon burger all cooked fresh to order. Next visit will be a Chilli burger with fresh chillies...can't wait. This blows away all the other food offerings for this type of food...shame he's not around in the evenings there are rumours that there might be a kebab on offer soon in the style of a famous kebab shop just over Putney bridge...that will save me a big trek lol. 10 out of 10....happy days.

We booked the Flamin Tucker for our teenage son's birthday party. The guests loved it, we loved it! The food was fantastic and incredibly reasonable. Having the burger van arrive doesn't just solve the problem of catering, it's a great attraction for your guests. Ian and Charlie kindly prepared some burgers that we were able to serve much later in the evening too. They were also able to cater for vegetarians (great bean burgers). Their bacon butties the following morning are were the best. We'll be heading to their site in Bordon for some lunch time burgers at the weekend!!

Having not had a burger of any sort for around 15 years,yes the last one was when my son was young and that was a trip to MacDonald's I think that is why I have resisted for so long (bad memory) I happened to be out today with that same son and he wanted one from Flamin Tucker he said they are gorgeous I said 'No not for me' however I looked at the menu saw other peoples and said ''ok I will give it a try'' well all I can say is this guy's burgers are of the scale couldn't stop telling people about them all day just amazing cannot wait to bump into Flamin Tucker again and as the business is here in Bordon where I live will definitely be calling by.Great couple too with excellent people skills,I hope your business flourishes you both so deserve it.Thank you for making my day yesterday x

I have eaten food here on several occasions and its always consistently good. Nice guy to have a chat with. I do not generally stop at catering vans on the side of the road but I was intrigued to try one of the home made burgers on offer. The experience was a happy one thus me returning again and again. Now the car boot up the road is due to start I will be popping in again all the best Darren.

Without any shadow of a doubt, the best burger I have ever eaten. Quality, quantity and excellent service. Finest meats lovingly assembled in a perfectly textured brioche bun. A choice of excellent accompaniments from creamy blue cheese to bacon and maple syrup. Solid 10/10Wish I lived closer!!!

I was in a foul mood as I had to travel an hour to Bordon to recover a car. I was starving so stopped here for breakfast. If you read my reviews you would know how much I love burgers. Well these rank right up there with the best. All fresh and prepared careingly in front of you. The proprietors were obviously proud of what they were serving and when I complimented them once I had devoured they reacted like they had heard it many times before not surprisingly. Yes it seems strange that a burger van ranks so highly but believe me it is justified. I am going to take my partner there, an hours drive, it was that good.

Stopped here a couple of time, good variety, good service and good value. Would definately go again if in area.

It doesn't add up that a burger van is so high up on The trip advisor ratings, Always strange when there are so many reviews from people with just one review to their name, a little TA foul play I would suspect. My burger was ok, I wouldn't rush back but equally it wasn't unpleasant in any way. Bordon is not blessed with a huge amount of eateries but there are better around than this one.

Found this recently and now a must stop location. Great food. All cooked fresh to order. Great burgers. Lots of variety and fantastic bacon baguettes.

Have now visited Flamin Tucker several times , the food is amazing the service is brilliant and prices are very good. Small seating area delightful . Sto off when ever we are passing or sometimes detour just to go to our fav place.

Happen to mention to Ian Friday is the day I eat fish and low & behold fish burgers appeared on the menu. Mouth watering succulent flakes of white fish, garnished with homemade coleslaw, salad and topped with sliced gherkins. A complete nutritious meal in a proper bread bun. Now every day is a Friday! We popped by Flamin Tucker and on the spur of the moment ordered a couple of Burgers. Theres a really impressive and varied menu and not overly expensive. We ordered a couple of "Volcano Burgers". These were cooked to order and Ian offered us a range of temperatures.....we went for standard heat (wooses I know). The Burgers were well cooked and very tasty - definitely not your usual run of the mill takeaway burger!To be honest we were amazed. The food was really good, the buns were fresh and lightly toasted, the salad fresh and crisp. All in all one of the best burgers I've ever had - and that includes the ones I've had in the states.We'll definitely be back - I can see us becoming regular visitors at Flamin Tucker!

The Flamin Tucker van was at an event I attended. The queue was long but they kept burgers on the go to try and keep things moving. The man behind the counter was very friendly. The burgers were of a good quality - much better than your average mobile van type outlet - and reasonably priced. I went for a 1/2lb double bacon cheeseburger and it was very filling. The only downside was the top of the bun had a sort of fancy pattern on it which caused the top half of the bun to break along three sort of 'seams' in the bread. If you were sat down this would have been fine, but when you are taking the burgers away it can be a bit of an inconvenience. It's a shame because the bread itself was also of a high quality and complemented the meat nicely. A nice touch was the inclusion of a sachet containing a lemon-scented hand wipe. The burgers weren't too greasy, but a useful and practical thing I've not had from a van before! A selection of various sauces - some common, some not so - were also lined up for your use.

Iv been here a few times great service iv herd people say it's expensive but what you get for your money is second to none better than any fast food chain or cafe just wish they had a restaurant. Five star from me please visit if ur nearby Enjoy

WOW,!! Stopped off today for my lunch and the whole menu sounded amazing, went for a black and blue burger. OMG best burger I've ever had and I eat from burger vans every day. Top quality burger medium rare not a cheap thin burger overcooked, These need to be all over the south of england and SOON !!! I'm taking the long way round now if I'm ever down that way to try the whole menu. TIP: wash it down with greatfruit San pellagrino

Booked Ian and Charlotte for our American themed Mess Party in May they were absolutely fantastic. I was out of the country prior to the party so with the one face to face and one phone call it was all placed into Ian's hands. There were never safer hands to leave it in. They turned up on time, set up and served burgers for two hours to the waiting masses.Would definitely use them again if the theme aloud it, and will always stop in on the way passed for a chat and an over the pond burger.

We invited these guys to cater for our friends and family on the morning after our wedding. They are smart and polite and were setting up nice and early. The food was just amazing. Fresh meat and lots of quality ingredients which you can taste in every mouthful. Highly recommend for either venue catering or just stopping in Bordon when you see their van for wholesome value for money food.

Stopped past on way back home. Ordered a half pound Black and Blue medium rare. Really nice authentic burger and really good value for money. I am now stuffed so won't be eating for hours. Owner really nice as well.

A decent burger van with a mouth watering menu ! The burger when served was made with good quality meat not supermarket pap and you could taste it . that with the proper cheese , sauces and jalapeños made this lunch stop one to be repeated whenever I'm passing ! A real pleasure to find we still have quality available in surprising places and the banter was fun too !!!
