Abit of a complicated menu for a first visit if you want a quick bite. But if you have time it's.great as the burgers are fully customisable. I usually like a standard double cheese burger (boring I know lol) but the patties were small even for me. So, I recommend a tripple, if not a double. The chips. Ohhhh the CHIP! Excellent and they set such a high standard that I don't like chips anywhere else lol. Terrible because I am nowhere near bham! From the north 😭 so I will be back iA. I thought the fresh popcorn was a cute touch whilst waiting for the meal as well! I forgot the name of the waitress who served us, but she is in town to study to be a nurse. She clocked I was from the North immediately lol and is such a lovely girl! She really went out of her way and was very polite. She totally made my day just as we left to set off back home. I hope they treat her just as well! 💞

What a wonderful eatery. On a stretch of road where there are several halal burger restaurants, it can ve difficult to decide where to eat. On a recent visit to Birmingham, I'm glad we chose Flamin' Patties. The service was great. The chef was clearly passionate about the quality of ingredients and items on the menu when you speak to him and the restaurant was super clean. Lovely food. Would definitely recommend.

Today I visited with a group of 10 cousins for a long-awaited catch-up, and Sammy and the team went above and beyond to accommodate us. From start to finish, the staff were exceptionally friendly, and our host Safia was both thoughtful and attentive throughout the evening. The burgers, as always, were absolutely delicious and perfectly hit the spot! Whether it’s a group gathering or a solo meal, this place never disappoints 😋

This is my first time going to flamin patties and I'm gonna make a very honest review about it. First off the service was amazing thank you Safia for being really helpful and caring towards us by explaining the menu to us in depth and being very polite to us aswell. The food was good I'd just say the chicken burgers are thin and the chicken wings are a bit tough but the mac and cheese and the flamin fries were amazing. Would I return? Maybe if I ever was to try the beef from here. Honestly would need a really good reason to return but definitely for a first time it wasn't bad at all.

Had the opportunity to visit this eatery a couple of nights ago...was quite late so was quite after the evening rush. I have to say I have rarely been to a place so welcoming (even the Chef came out and asked how the food was). Really good food, very high quality and cooked to perfection. Looking forward to a visit back soon.

Amazing burgers, best I've had as far as I can remember ! Great service from Hasana and Chef YG who both took time to come to our table and ask if we enjoyed food and required anything else. We live 60 miles away but know where to stop when in Birmingham!

My go to on ladypool road, food is always fresh and you can really tell. When the food comes you can tell it's cooked with care and being displayed with appearance in mind. Good portion at a great price. Definitely recommend to anyone that hasn't been already!

Have been coming here for around 1 year. I come very regularly and every time the food has been on point. All the food is prepared fresh and put together with care which really shows when presented. Deffo recommend this place.

I have given a five because there is no six. The food is amazing and the customer service is the best in the city. You must try this place. Atmosphere, food and service all amazing … what else can I say.

We recently visited this fantastic restaurant for my son’s 21st birthday, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The chicken burgers were absolutely delicious—succulent, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The sauces were phenomenal, adding a unique twist to every bite. The ambience was just right, with a lovely vibe and great music that made the meal even more enjoyable. The service struck a perfect balance between self-service and attentive waiters who were friendly and responsive without being overbearing. I’ve tried almost everything on the menu and I so purchased my family of five, their evening meal and they were overwhelmly impressed with the quality of the food. Flammin Patties are the best patties (burgers) I’ve ever tasted. They are full flavoured and lusicious - absolutley gorgeous. We had the chicken strips, they tasted wonderful and the crispy chips which were delicious - and all freshly fried. Everything was properly cooked and juicy. I love the garnishes and the melting cheese - and my meal was completely filling. I love the Mac and cheese and the crispy chicken wings especially garlic ones. The sauces are all superb. I’ll go no where else, Thank you Jon and Jonathan!!!

I don't normally do reviews but I had to do this one. I was really disappointed that I had to wait an hour for a 1 smash burger meal. Don't get me wrong the food was great but it still does not warrant a 1 hour wait for 1 meal. Not Happy about this

Warm place amazing food and service especially from the man jay he took care in serving me 14/10

I first visited here in January this year. It took me 9 months to get back and dine again to write this review. For a place called Flamin' Patties - I'm gonna talk all about the chicken strips. These are the bestest chicken strips in all of Birmingham. They are not marinated in chilli so you can taste the chicken. This is crucial for me. I dont want to have numb lips by the end of the meal and unable to taste anything but heat. They are prepared in the morning and fried to perfection at night. Oh they are so so nice. Next on the menu is their fries. Not your average frozen fries here, no. The fries are made in store from potatoes. They are different class. Delicious and plentiful. I have had a burger from here. It was nice but not outstanding. They have since added smashburgers to the menu, but its gonna be hard to displace the chicken. Really hard. Next I want to talk about the staff. The staff are excellent. They are friendly, attentive and go the extra mile and stand out over other burger joint servers. On my last visit, i took my housemate who was over for the summer out for his birthday. He's daft about chicken and had his mind blown by the chicken here. On hearing it was his birthday they presented him with a beautiful chocolate brownie and ice cream for me. What a fantastic gesture by fantastic staff. There is good reason that this place gets 4.7/5 as I write this (that is really high for a Brum burger joint and its deserved) - the food and the staff are excellent. Keep up the good work. Cant wait to get back.

Food is great, probably one of the better burger spots in Birmingham. Plenty of comfortable seating too. Service provided is really the icing on the cake - Jay was very very accommodating and so helpful so big thank you to him.

I recently visited Flamin Patties for the first time, and I had the pleasure of being served by Saffiyah. From the moment I walked in, she was incredibly hospitable, going above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable. As it was my first time trying the menu, she kindly read through the options, explained everything in detail, and even suggested a few dishes that fit what I was looking for. Thanks to her patience and willingness to help, I decided to try the food, and I’m so glad I did! I didn’t expect to enjoy it as much as I did, but the flavors were excellent and exceeded my expectations. Saffiyah checked in with me several times throughout my meal to make sure I was happy, and her attention to detail made the experience even more enjoyable. Overall, the combination of her friendly service and the delicious food made for a fantastic first visit. I’ll definitely be back! Keep doing what you’re doing Saffiyah, you’re a lovely person.

Nice burger but I probably wouldn't go for the slaw fries next time. Ability to choose burger toppings is a great idea. Music was loud, one clown said he cldn't turn it down while the really helpful girl did just that.

I had the Flamin’ Burger, and it was absolutely incredible! The perfect balance of flavors with just the right amount of heat. The service was exceptional, thanks to Jesica and Johnathan, who were attentive and friendly throughout the meal. Highly recommend this place for both the food and the top-notch service!

Firstly, the food is excellent. One of the best smashed burgers we've had. The wings and the kids meals were also outstanding. There are many burger restaurants in the nearby vicinity but NONE come close to Flaming patties for the quality of the food and the service. Furthermore, the each member of staff we spoke to was incredibly friendly and hospitable and willing to go the extra mile for us. Special thanks to all staff including Jessica. This was the first time we've been but we'll be back very soon!

A review very long overdue but my family and I have always been treated like family at Flamin’ Patties! We’ve been coming here for years and always impressed with the burgers available and the service being sublime. Mikhail and the rest of the team are always welcoming and the food is always top notch! I came here today and from the moment i walked in, the staff were so lovely ans caring! And the food was beyond amazing!!🍔🍹 Everyone was so nice😫🤗❤️

Overall Needs improving! We ordered variety of burgers and sides. Table of 6 although service from staff was attentive food took over 40 mins to start arriving. The first issue being not all together. The chips where all Luke warm at best! The beef burgers again warm to hot like you would expect. The cheese inside wasn’t even melted due to the temperature of the beef patties. They should wrap the burgers in some type of insulation wrapping as we didn’t enjoy them. The chips again served just on the tray need to be served to hold their temperature. The fried chicken was served hotter but I would avoid the bbq glaze just had a sickly after taste. Nothing really stood out for me or our table for anyone to return again! I am leaving a honest review and hope they make these improvements especially with temperature control as no one wants cold food.

First time trying the flamin patties we went as a family lovely staff welcomed us in and seated us. Food was amazing best burger I’ve had and the waffle chips were lovely, kids loved there food too also gave colouring and pencils to keep them busy and free popcorn very nice people and always asking if we needed anything will defo be back again. Honestly this burger was fantastic. It was late in the was hungry and came across this gem in brum. Got the smash burger with algerian sauce and lemon pepper strips. Highlight of my weekend, burger was succulent. 10/10 highly recommend

Great food the flamin chicken burger was amazing and the slaw fries out of the world. Jay the man of the house on the front desk was ever so amazing I cannot put it into words but this man is a true definition of great customer service and making a customer feel welcomed. Thank you so much Jay.

The restaurant is totally Shut The food has no taste They don't care of cleaning my food was dirty. The Uber driver told me that there staff is totally ill behaved having no respect For customers and uber drivers . Highly not recommended 👍
