This is an absolute gem of a place you have to come here easy to choose what u want to eat, seating great for family’s and big groups Food quality was amazing everything was spot on 10/10 from the complimentary popcorn for the short wait (5-10min) to the amazing unbeatable customer service, had me thinking about my when my next visit would be! Absolutely smashed it, big shout out to Rajvi and her amazing service which greatly enhanced our dine in experience, she was very welcoming and attentive, honestly she really is the best service staff I’ve seen in any shop I got the Flamin’ Pattie Burger it was literally was begging me to devour it. Ever bite was juicy and tender it just melts in my mouth as soon as I take a bite

Wow! What wonderful service & delicious food. Badur made us feel so comfortable and at home even though we’d never been here before. He was helpful and patient as he bought the menu over & explained it to us. When it came to ordering, he made suggestions for toppings of my flamin’ burger - initially I doubted the number of sauces but boy I’m so glad I took his recommendation as the meal was delicious. The slaw chips were so tasty and so glad we ate a full meal after stumbling in just looking for some loaded fries. The flamin’ burger meal with slaw fries was so much better. Also the presentation and care that went into the burger was noted and made our experience that much better! Thank you once again Badur for your excellent service!

Just had an absolutely fantastic experience at Flamiin’ Patties! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and clean, making it a really pleasant place to be. The menu had a wide variety of options, which was great to see. But the real highlight was the burger – hands down the best I've had in a very long time. Perfectly cooked, juicy, and packed with flavor. Compliments to the chef! And I must give a special shout-out to our server, Badur. Their hospitality was truly excellent. Badur was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. It's servers like Badur who really elevate a dining experience. If you're looking for a delicious burger served with outstanding hospitality in a clean and friendly environment, look no further than Flamin’ Patties. I highly recommend it and will definitely be returning!

One of the best burger places in Bham. The only place where I've seen the beef patties being prepared from scratch in front of you. They even peel the potatoes for the fries, no frozen stuff. Everything is fresh and good quality. Only negative is that they sell a drinks brand that is complicit in war crimes, otherwise would give 5 stars.

Really impressed with this place have never been before first time. Came with my son they gave him colouring page and pencils. My son dropped his milk they was so good in helping. Added popcorn excellent customer service. Especially to Muhannad very polite young man food was also incredible. One of the best burgers I’ve had in a while. They don’t skimp out on the fries either

The waffle fries were so good! Nice and crispy on the outside but soft and fluffy on the inside. The Nutella churros were also delicious! Really crispy and the chocolate sauce on it was heavenly. Highly recommend. I ordered the chicken burger recently and it has to be one of the best burgers I have had in Birmingham. Delicious.

Muhanad gave great advice and was really polite!!!! Would defo come back again

I didn’t like the experience this time. We waited for an hour to get our order, and after all that time, they came to tell us, “Sorry, we ran out of beef.” That is completely unacceptable after making us wait for so long. They offered to change our orders to chicken and said they would give us 8 chicken wings and strips for free. Unfortunately, the chicken wasn’t good. The fried chicken was mostly coating I felt like I was eating just the coating. My grilled chicken was burnt, and I don’t know how they even decided to serve it like that. The only good thing was that the staff were welcoming, and that’s the only reason I’m giving them two stars. Otherwise, one star would’ve been more than enough.

Went here a couple of weeks ago and my experience was extremely extraordinary. Never expected this quality of food especially on ladypool road The seating inside is hospitable and made me feel very comfortable. I would 100% recommend this place to any one who is in the area definitely will be coming back soon

All amazing. Food was outstanding, service was excellent. I ordered a smash burger and wings. Wings were perfectly crispy, the flamin flavour is a mix of hot and BBQ which was perfect, the smash burger tasted amazing! They have unlimited free toppings option which made the burger even better with your favourite toppings, including sauces. I was so full but had to finish it because of the taste alone. The mocktails were also very good 👍 a good experience. The guys kept checking on us to make sure everything was okay. Will return and definitely recommend. One thing I could recommend for the restaurant is to make sure they tell people to order at the till just in case they wait

I came here yesterday. Can I just say this is an amazing munch spot!!! We ordered the Flamin Patty, Grilled Chicken Burger and the Flamin Fried Chicken Burger. They were all phenomenal😍😍 We also ordered the Mac and Cheese as a side which is one of the best Mac and cheese I’ve ever had! Thoroughly impressed. We also got the chicken strips which were pretty well seasoned. I would like to thank Hasna for her service althroughout our visit! She was amazing, and very kind. Her customer service was on point. Thank you Hasna! ❤️

Nahon always is amazing, I've been three times and each time I've went I've seen he deeply cares about customer service. His friend mohanad ain't too bad too. Very attentive. Food was great prepared very well, very tasty, very messy which is what you want from a burger, probably the best burger place on ladypool road. The brother with the dreads is cooking soul burgers bro. Amazing cooking. Fries 10/10, cooked in peanut oil, soft and crispy. But bro, the wings, make you fly. Straight past Dubai. As a Muslim parent, it can sometimes be tricky to find the space and time to pray, but Hasna kindly allowed me to pray in the shop, which meant so much to me. She also showed so much care for my daughters—offering different food options when she noticed my 2-year-old wasn’t eating. I have been here a number of times and it's by far the best burger spot on Ladypool Road by a mile and fantastic customer service too.

Being a food delivery driver when I got an order when I ask that order is ready or no one of the waitress told me it will take 5 minutes maximum to be ready and I waited there till 15-20minutes there when I ask again she replied me in rude behaviour that cancel this order. We are all same we have to respect each other.

Have ordered a few times recently via uber. Food is nothing short of delicious. A bit on the pricier side but well worth the money and the portions are generous. Fave item is the slaw fries.... shame u don't offer the slaw separately to buy as a side as would buy more than needed so I can put it in the fridge!!! And finally the little handwritten notes on the bag... are a lovely personal touch which is appreciated. Looking forward to the next time

This time, I had a fried chicken burger with Flamin' fries, and my mum had a grilled chicken burger with coleslaw. We received our food within 10 minutes, and everything was piping hot and fresh. The restaurant wasn’t too loud, which made for a comfortable dining experience. Overall, I’m really happy with everything. It’s a great place to eat with loved ones or colleagues, and I highly recommend it!

We had a lovely girl naked Siham serve us, very kind and helpful, I was feeling unwell so she served me popcorn on the house. The food was amazing! I had the Flamin Pattie special with Cajun chips and Mac and cheese and honestly it was one of the best burgers I've had in a long time! Thank you to Chef Milan and Server Siham! I visited Flamin Patties on a weekday around midday and had such a great experience! Hasna served us, and her service was truly outstanding—some of the best I’ve had in a long time. She took the time to explain everything so thoroughly, which made the visit even more enjoyable. The burgers were nice, and I’d definitely visit again if I’m ever back in Birmingham!

From the choice of songs to dinning experience to customer service was unrateable. Everything was good. Soon we entered greeted by the woman at the front to our table complimentary pop-corn was given. 10/10 The burger was banging, was very tasty. 10/10. I did have to remind the staff about the drink which i ordered that they forgot about to make it for me (not in the picture because of that). I was honestly disappointed with the chicken they just had the sauces dribbled on it. i think that could be slightly improved. It was not to our taste (personally, i will give it 6/10) I would have gave 5* otherwise.

Dipped fillet burgers were massive in portion. The spicy dipped burger hits differently with unique blends of spices. Try it out everyone's experience is different. Would recommend it. Enjoyed the spicy dipped wings too they were 10/10 can't go wrong.

My siblings and I got the flamin' burgers and we really enjoyed them. We tried out the Cajun fries, the slaw fries and the flamin' fries, and they were really good too. The flamin' fries had a little too much cheese, so might be worth specifying how much cheese you want. We were welcomed to the store by Hasanah (sorry if I've spelt your name wrong!) and she was incredibly friendly and helpful, and really made the experience more enjoyable.

Okay where to start: Firstly the place is lovely inside, the one man seated us quickly and explained the menu and then handed myself and friend popcorn which was a lovely touch. Price for the food wasn’t bad either, we ordered 2x chicken burgers and a bottomless drink totalled £14 each max. The food: okay, I am a professional chef so my review is from being in the industry. The brioche bun was lovely, the salad and mayo (you can pick as much as you like” was fresh. The mayo was your generic mayonnaise, the garlic sauce we were given was again standard. What let it down was the chicken burger itself, couldn’t taste any of the seasoning, far too much batter, fried to perfection but seriously lacking flavour. You can see there is some seasoning on the chicken when the batter comes off but seriously tasted like a fried chicken piece in plain flour. More seasoning and possibly brine the chicken. The fries were lovely, very fresh and they tasted like they had been fried in peanut oil. We also ordered garlic parmesan chicken bites too. They were honestly not very good. Far too much garlic, it would help if the chicken was tossed in a light sauce first to balance the garlic and cheese ratio. Something like Lemon Butter, honey Glaze or Ranch. That would balance out the flavours wonderfully. Food 4.2/10 Atmosphere 8/10 Staff 10/10 Cleanliness 8.9/10.

Visited today with 2 friends and food and service were both 100/10. Hassanat our waitress was absolutely lovely and so helpful. She went above and beyond to cater to our needs and help with everything, her mocktails were also 10/10. Chef was also so lovely when he spoke to us and the burgers were amazing so fresh and tasted delish. Will definitely be back x
