Flamin Mangal ltd in Southwark

The restaurant looks very classy and the food was chef’s kiss. The meat was cooked to perfection and had a great taste. Finally, the staff and waiters were friendly and provided quick service. :)))

Ordered two chicken shish but that wasn’t what we got despite the wait. McCain chips, doner meat. Awful service.

I’ve been here a few times to eat in and I’ve enjoyed the food every time, it always tastes great and is good value for money. I ordered a takeaway mixed platter today and couldn’t believe how much food came with it! This place is a gem in the middle of Peckham where most of the other restaurants are stupidly overpriced

A group of 10 of us ate here in early July and it was excellent. The food was plentiful, very well presented and priced, the staff were polite, and the overall experience was superb.

I ordered 13 lahmacun wraps and specifically asked for them to put salad and sauces separate as I know by the time they arrive the salad and sauces will make to wraps cold. Guess what, upon delivery they arrived wrapped with salad and sauces. Called restaurant, was offered a replacement of order but only if I picked it up, which I wasn't going to do. If I wanted to pick up my food I wouldn't have asked for it to be delivered in the first place. Just came back from holiday with three hungry kids we all had to eat cold wraps with soggy salad. 😔

First time in Peckham and found this place not too far from my Hotel, service was nice and the food did not take too long to arrive. The food was nice although i would prefer a variety of sauces to go with it, may be there was but I didn't see it. The atmosphere was nice and the place was clean. The price I thought was ok for what i got but some of the items on the menu were expensive. Not bad for Peckham and the food was nice but nothing special.

Went here with my family ordered various starters the lahmacum was crisp with minimal topping that had zero flavour.Ordered platter for the main.Doesn't tell you whats on tje platter its just lots of sloppy doner with old tasting meat again no flavour.Considering the owners are aaian could have spiced up a bit.Mrs ordered a mocktail never received it . On Sunday myself and my family attended this restaurant to celebrate several members of our groups birthdays, We were a group of 21 adults and 5 children. Everyone in our party thoroughly enjoyed there evening. The staff were friendly and professional, the ambiance was very relaxing. There was another group in the back room having a party however this did not spoil our experience. The service was time was good in between dishes and the waiting staff were very alert and tended to our needs both timely and effectively. The food was well prepared and the portion sizes were quite generous. I as well of some in my party were unable to finish our meal and took the remainder with us. The cocktails were nice and the fact that we could bring our own alcohol helped to make it a great birthday celebration for our Gemini Crew. Thank you Zak and all the team for making this a great family outing.

I’ve been going here for almost 6 years now. I love this family run restaurant as not only can you bring your own booze (there’s a large ASDA next door too) but the portion sizes are large enough for you take a doggy bag home! The prices are fantastic too, meaning a family date night doesn’t cost the earth; try the mixed grill sharing plates.

We came here on a night out for dinner,the staff welcomed us in and took us to our table. We was pleased so far as the staff was very polite and humorous. We ordered our food and shortly after they served us some hot bread and dips which was nice. The mains came hot off the grill could still hear it sizzle. Taste was bang on meat was soft and juicy. Definitely making this place a regular.

Booked this BYOB for an 18 people party, they failed to tell us on the phone we would be sat at separate tables instead of on one. so we realised this when we arrived on the night much to our dissapointement. however the whole rest of the restraurant apart from the back room was free so we asked if we could be moved to a different table that was spare where all of us could fit. they told us this was not allowed due to prior bookings from other people. in the time we were there no other groups arrived. Then we move on to the food which was over priced, greasy and bland. then we were told to leave, given the bill and kicked out after only an hour and a half. THERE WAS NO ONE ELSE IN THE RESTAURANT. if its meant to be a byob you cannot kick people out that early. we had to bin our opened alcohol as we had to go to a nearby pub instead. they were rude, food was awful and the atmosphere was dead.

Huge ratings for this place - accommodated upto 25 of us with no issues and timely service. BYOB so you can wash that peng kebab down with your own tinny. What more could you want? Thank you guys. 🙏🏻
