The pizza was OK but I can't believe how expensive it is! £25 for a large pizza and a portion of chips. I argued and they dropped it down to £18. The price has gone up so steeply over the last year.

Inedible, please don't waste you money! Rude staff and coughing constantly whist serving me, handled money without washing his hands then turned round and made my pizza. The food was disgusting, pizza was sloppy, greasy and rubbery it's quite an art to make something so tasteless. We literally threw the hot wings away as they smelt rancid and the rest of the order was just as bad. £34 straight in the bin. I don't know what has happened because it used to be good, such a shame but I won't be returning.

Chicken nuggets were tasteless and rubbery, chips were bland and the pizza was horrible and greasy (waste of money all together £30 down the drain.

This company only take cash!!! The food is only mediocre and mostly cold and very expensive, price has almost doubled in a year!! Assuming paid the builder who just titivated the shop also got paid in cash and the products used probably all get paid in cash, otherwise what do they do with all that cash? Never will I buy there again!!!

the food was amazing and has improved so much , the shop was very clean and hygienic. The food i actually really enjoyed it was amazing and the staff was also very friendly and helpful and i got served my food very quickly

Food was dry I wouldn’t give it my dog and there was lots of people waiting and I waited over 30 minutes for my food to be done

The staff are really rude and always got there earphones in talking on there phone and not paying attention to the people in the takeaway

This has to be the worst takeaway I have ever been to, the chicken must of been cooked x3 times. I wouldn't give this food away never mind sell it. AVOID !!!!!!

We drove a long way to get this take away. Rang the telephone over 20 times to confirm our order and no answer!!! This was all before 10.30pm. The website states they are open until 11pm. We arrive at the shop to find it all closed and lights out!! We were a family of 5 and and all really hungry this was 10.45pm. Obviously cannot comment on the food as we DIDNT GET ANY!!!! I expect somewhere that states they are open until 11pm stays open until 11pm!! Will not be returning! The Indian just round the corner will get our custom next time.

I have always enjoyed this takeaway until recently. I ordered a couple of weeks ago at the till with two young girls who were plain rude and were more concerned about how their paper hats looked on their heads than serving me. Simple customer service was none existant. Too top it off they missed off items I had ordered. Tonight I returned to collect another order including the items missed off from the last visit. Again... Items missing.... Called up again to tell them and was greeted by a lovely girl who apologised even though she hadn't took the order. She arranged for us to come back and collect what was missing.. And was lovely. We arrived to collect the items owed and the owner couldn't of been more rude. I'd understand if we had demanded free food but it was items we had already paid for.. Won't be returning and it's a shame, we will make a further trip out in future!!!

I'm not joking either. Food was terrible. Had more potato in a carrot than the rubbish fries we were served up. Burger was tasteless. Avoid at all costs

This was last night. We have had to ring back so often about food being wrong but everything being burnt is a joke. Why would you send it out 😕😒

I've been coming here every month or two since I moved to Endmoor a few years ago and can't fault it. The staff are always friendly, the food very tasty and as for the portion size, well, when i visit my mate in London I order twice as much as I do when at Flames as their sizes just don't compare!

No denying its popularity as it's always busy here, but there is very limited eat-in space.The pizza is great (although a little greasy) and nothing beats the french fries and chilli sauce, although the menu is pretty diverse for a pizza place. Everything is reasonably priced with a quick turn-around, and you can see your food being made with fresh ingredients just behind the counter.

Best kebabs and pizzas around, all pizza cooked fresh and kebabs with lots of fresh salad all at a reasonable price

Excellent takeaway with limited eat in. Good value and choice of pizza, plus kebabs and burgers. It seemed very popular and the pizza we had was excellent (BBQ Chicken).

My step daughter recommended Flames so thought we’d give it a try. Our young girls loved their pizzas but we weren’t overly impressed with the Diavola or the Tomato Garlic bread. Sad to say I won’t be rushing back which is a shame.

I ordered 2 pizzas, very clean and all cooked and as the chicken kebabs looked so good, I ordered one and it was delicious. great to find placed like this in the area!

First visit tonight. Food was good portions very large but to save queuing it's worth phoning your order through in advance.

Since my first visit here two and a half years ago, I have been back at least a dozen times. Most recently we got a large margarita pizza and two Donner kebabs. The pizza was delicious as usual, and the Donner kebabs were huge, had loads of super fresh salad, and the sauces ( mint on one, garlic and chilli on the other) were lovely. The service was friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend you visit Flames!

I had a lamb kebab and my wife had a kofte kebab. Both were superb and full of fresh flavour and very tender. The salad was fresh and plentiful.Very friendly staff too.We are a few miles from Milnethorpe but well worth the drive. We'll definitely be back.

Only ever have one type of pizza which is the Kebab special. Garlic bread base covered with all the different type of kebab they serve. Also grilled vegetables.Really good every time. Word of warning though, this is a very large and very filling pizza. Don't need any sides.9

we bought four pizzas - good variety of toppings and styles. A free garlic bread. Very rapid service. Good variety of other takeaway food - kebab, burgers, wraps. Would recommend if your in the area or on the way back from The Lakes.

After an evening in Milnthorpe we made a last minute decision to get pizza and burgers but I thought we hadn't actually left enough time as our taxi was due very soon. Fortunatley Flames are very quick even though some of our order was bespoke and not on the standard menu.

Family regularly buy pizzas from Flames we all like diffrent ones ,No complaints from any familymember about them .Really tasty.

Best place in Milnthorpe to get a take away. Kebabs fresh with nice salad. Always a smile and prices are good to

Amazing kebabs and allowed us to order a long time before so we could get a large order on time! and it was perfect! :) Very generous portions and we got some treats for free :)

well we have has pizzas from there quite a few times but all have been the same different i ordered a pizza last night and i specifically asked for a Italia pizza but guess what i got a weird meat which smelt and a stuffed crust with loads of different toppings the Italia pizza included feta, tomato, and other things which that pizza did not have but especially it has meat on and the Italia pizza has no meat so i would recommend never coming here only if you want lucky dip pizza and also the funny thing is that the guy who was serving me specially said it was an Italia pizza

I got to thank the chef so much for the delious chicken kebab. I have never ate a chicken kebab this juicy and tastey, been to windermer branch too great keep it up guys

Tried a takeaway pizza from there for the first time ever and it was super.It was near closing time so we weren't expecting miracles as it was so late but it was delicious

Good service and you get plenty of food for your money, phone order and ready in 10 mins, would go again.

This Flames is even better than the one in Windermere, which is very good. We had A Small Diavola and a huge Greek Style, and a doner kebab. The doner tasted like every donner you have ever tried but the pizza is superb. it represents great value for money, and I would definitely recommend.

Even though it's not something I normally eat, I decided to try it. Food was nice, but I would not go again. For everyone who likes kebab, might be exactly what you are looking for!
