Donner meat was very dry and chips had started to go cold.

The food was delicious with good price in very good amount, looked great as well. The delivery was quick with very good service, thanks so much.

Always come back to this place, staff are nice and the food is always great! Really recommend the donner calzone! Will definitely be back! :)

The food was actually really tasty. Salad was very fresh and chicken cooked well. I was extremely shocked at the size. I didn’t know they did Pitta bread that small. I ordered a medium because I don’t really eat large meals anyway. This wasn’t medium, it was XS. It’s a shame as I would have ordered again if it wasn’t that tiny.

This used to be our favourite place to order kebabs from in Cambs but our last few orders have been very poor. Portion sizes have shrunk dramatically and they seem to frequently be missing items now too. Not sure if there has been a change in staff or management or something that can explain such a rapid decline?

Derlivered on time and food was great however online menu needs a serious update compared to in store menu! No meal deals and everything listed individually rather disappointed as cost me more than should done for food ordered.

I feel like a place is good to order from for a while then they start slacking! because i used to love and highly recommend this place now im like noo i wouldn’t order again unfortunately, also the take away boxes are ridiculous it makes food cold and have an awful taste, also ordered large kabab, i would hate to see small, such a shame because again as a great place to order from!

Food delivered one hour late and not our order. Had to call and get the driver to return with the correct one. Needless to say ot was clod.

Chicken was dry and stale, salad consisted of just onion and cabbage and the garlic sauce was yoghurt and mint. Chips were decent.

Chicken was dry and tasted like it was cooked in old oil. Chips were standard but no lettuce with the kebab, just onion and the garlic sauce was mint yoghurt. Fast delivery

Humus tasted like Dog food and Potatoes missing from order. This is not good considering we called and added a large chips to the order and paid £5.00 cash at the door. Never mind once bitten and all that!!

Usually really nice here and order a fair bit but was over cooked tonight, the burgers were kind of burned and the spicy potatoes were so over cooked and dry

This has become our go-to place for kebabs now. The food is always good quality and well packaged. Great portion sizes. Their chilli sauce is delicious and we always order extra pots of the stuff. 100% recommend.

Medium rare lamb wrap wow cooked by the boss I walked to taste that and it was worth it

Really good acksherloi. I paid for, and got, a large Doner. The poly box also had the (fresh) salad seperately, I prefer this rather than hot salad under the meat. Shame though - NO SAUCE! I definitely clicked on 'chilli sauce' - wrists SHOULD be slapped! 8/10 though.

Food quality was very good and I was impressed with the packaging as they kept the salad seperate to avoid it going all soggy inside the kebabs. Good portion sizes and delivered on time and hot. Will defo order from here again.

I ordered one large Shish kebab and one large Chicken kebab and got 2 Chicken kebabs one large and the other medium at best! it arrived stone cold as well, Shocking service!

The amount off meat was just to much for me, myself and my son, we had mixed kebabs, so big, in fact just one is enough for two people. 10/10 very good

Worst Kebab shop in Cambridge terrible food and service.

Service from.the restaurant was good, despite the fact they accepted an order for food they couldn't deliver. They called and told me they accidentally accepted the order, ok I accept mistakes happen. They offered an alternative, I accepted and the food was delivered quickly. However the food was barely edible and they also didn't deliver the drink I had ordered, so iw as left without both the food I wanted and the drink I wanted as well

The delivery driver was very late after several calls from the driver promising he was 5minutes away. This happened more than 5 times. When he arrived, he told it was a busy Friday night and not to do with the fact that he went to the wrong hotel. The food was cold. I ordered pizza and a kebab with chips. The kebab had no cutlery and the chips were soggy and cold. The pizza was lukewarm at this point and almost dried up. It tasted pretty abysmal and inedible. I’m not one to leave a review but this service was very unsatisfactory. A refund wouldn’t be a far fetched option right now.

Small kebab, salad is separate with largely chopped tomatoes and cucumber, but fresh meat. Chips were a let down, no salt included(I’m in a hotel room so no salt) , but tasteless. If this is the best kebab like some reviews say, Cambridge isn’t a great place for kebabs. Acceptable but not great.

Best the food has been in ages!

The kebab comes in a box that keeps the salad fresh. The £0.60 sauces are generous. The mixed kebab was good. Lamb shish always fresh. The donner was more thinly sliced, nice. Joy when you order two fried chicken on a Tuesday deal and both pieces were breasts (meat).

Absolutely brilliant, been looking for a good kebab house in Cambridge and Flames delivered… shhh a lil secret these also have to be the best spicy potatoes I’ve tried so far and trust me I’ve had a lot of them before.. 5 star all the way

Asked for chilli and garlic on my kebab but he refused my request and just put garlic. Disappointing.

Website said it would be ready at 1830, it wasn't. I had to wait another 10 mins. I asked for sweet chilli sauce on the kebab but he didn't put it on. Kebab was okay and baclava was nice. Chips were cheap, skinny fries.

Half pounder was really nice, chips mostly overcooked and hard. Diner neat and chips nice a lot of salad though

The fried chicken was tasteless, in thick, very hard to chew and equally tasteless batter. The spicy potatoes we managed to eat, which is good, since we had to throw the chicken away. I should have ordered from KFC, and from now on I will. Definitely lesson learned.

Taste is okay. Not super good. We have ordered chicken and donor kebab. I feel taste is better in other places.

Food delivered to wrong house by mistake, (neighbours should never have taken it) But when my food actually arrived it was very nice no complaints fresh hot and tasty also restaurant was very helpful and friendly would definitely recommend.
