Flames Grill in Coventry

Never paid that amount of money for 3 pieces of meat,chicken vings look like someone already eat them, so like all of the rest piece of nan bread and 2 pieces of poor slice of lamb, i think it was lamb, didnt really looked,.Order pizzas all the time from them very good, but this time with this order disappointed, It all went to bin.Timing was excellent, but so sad for horrible food.

The combination was not a combination

Orders lately have gone downhill. Paid £1.75 for chilli peppers and got 6 tiny ones just added into the salads (2 per salad) rather than a separate portion I’d paid for. Naan was burnt and crispy so not worth paying £0.90 extra for (x2) when over half was inedible. The garlic chicken part of the kebab was delicious. Lots of garlic sauce on it and really tasty. Shame the rest of the meal was a let down and I think we’ll try somewhere else next time after eating here for years

They charged me £12 ad the portion was nit enough for a kid

im ashamed my food took over a hour and half to come and wen it arrived we were left with dry meat which was also cold i would also like to say i got more salad then i did meat on my food

Order never arrived. I was partially refunded. That's the reality of just Eat. Never gonna use this horrible app again.

Was missing chips from meal, and large chips!

Not many places tend to deliver this far out, but had a leaflet. Ordered a chicken combo meal and a couple of pizzas. Order was correct, plenty hot enough and was really well cooked and presented. Delivery guy was also very friendly. Will definitely order from them again.

Can’t rate this app yet as ordered food bout two hours maybe longer ago. Money gone out my bank account and no one has came with my food. I’ve been waiting outside. Somebody done the same to my partner earlier with his kfc. Not received any of our orders. Tried ringin the restaurant and just rings n rings no answer

Had delivery lamb kebab in a pitta bread fullof grease and a portion of chips that were raw never again I will use the place it cost me £12:70 including delivery they sent another box of chips and I sent them back kebab went in the bin stay clear

Ordered a steak burger expecting a premium burger but got a piece of minute steak on a batch rang the shop explained I was expecting a burger as it states at the top of burger menu all beef burgers unless you order chicken or veggie but got zero help from member of staff I spoke to very very disappointed

Extremely poor the pitta was sliced but the chicken that was supposed to be inside was thrown in box, paid a lot for extra chips. Half a dozen, cold and frozen chips. Salad was OK. First time customer... and last

I bought the 'giant' mixed kebab, food was decent, delivered quickly. However I did not get the extra chips i ordered and the portion size was very lacking for the price.

Chicken was overcooked and pitta breads were stale. Chips/salad and dips were good as was delivery. Very easy food to make and prepare and not the cheapest so should be decent every time

I will never be ordering from here again I ordered a chicken burger and chips and I've been non stop vomiting absolutely disgraceful weather it's cost of living or whatever no excuse to give customers food poisoning

the food came early,but it was cold. kebab supposed to be giant but it was medium, burger was dry,smoked like i ate pure charcoal. barely get any veggies. first and last time when we order from here.

Can’t fault quality or taste only thing I would say negative was I ordered a large chicken kebab but when arrived I’d have described it as regular found myself still hungry after eating it whereas ordinarily I’d struggle to finish a large never mind be left wanting more other than that can’t be faulted was very tasty

driver pulled up, I could see on door cam arriving, so went down to answer the door. I came out he drove off and come back 5 minutes later. I said..I just seen you drive off I come down for you. he had attitude and said I should of waved or called to him. I said sorry, but you drove off. I couldn't see the number he said. and made out was my fault and just had an attitude on him like he was annoyed. I said well im sorry pal. im the customer and im not rowing with you over a delivery. that is your job not mine. food was half cold. manky chips. tasteless burger. rock hard chicken wings. wont be using again

This used to be my go to place for a takeaway, id never had bad food or experience from here. However, our recent order was horrendous.....got the order completely wrong, was stone cold and missing items, waited over the time that we were told. Was terrible! one shish had 4 tiny pieces of meat in a dry pitta!!!! When we called to get it resolved, they were so rude to us and refused a refund or to sort out the matter. Disgusting customer service :-(

Glad to see Flames is back on track! The last couple of times were a bit disappointing so I gave it a miss for a few months. But last night’s kebab was bang on. Keep up the good work.

I have been coming here for years and have been ordering the same item also but the last few times its not been the same the lamb is not medium size and seasoned and the garlic chicken was dry it's usually swimming in the garlic sauce which was appallingly missing, the best bit because I can use the pitta bread to mop it up.Not satisfied and unfortunately this is my last time.

Ordered a large chicken kebab meat and chips, I was literally sent a few chips and a bit of chicken on the side for the price I was charged, DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE EVER, disgraceful

I’m a regular here every week but not for much longer the price of mix kebab £14.99 to expensive that’s without drink or chips in last 3 years price as gone up about 40% food always good just at that price now you can get restaurant quality kebab

Please don't waste your money ordering from here! We got 3 slices of chicken meat for a "large" portion - absolutely ridiculous for the price! The burger bun was soaked soggy and inedible. Absolute rank! And salad boxes that looked like they'd been sat in the fridge for a week already!

Have absolutely no faults regarding the quality of the food from this place. Absolutely slept on in Coventry. BUT they need to remember that chips in a pitta bread are on their menu 🤣

Didn’t taste great, but everything came early and everything ordered arrived together.

Paid for a large lamb shish which was tasty but the portion size was terrible. Barely passed as a small portion.

Ive been ordering from flames past 12 years…sadly this was my last order. Food was just dry, ordered large portions received regular. Breaks my heart that they have dropped the ball so much.

Wrong order. Man on phone wouldn’t give refund then started arguing with me so had to go down to the shop to get manager. Will never be going back. Been going 15 years to these.

Ordered x2 2 pieces of fried chicken and only received 2 pieces of chicken so was missing 2 from my order. Ordered a regular cheesy chips and a regular portion of chips, wrote a note to the restaurant asking for the single portion of chips to be wrapped up instead of in a container to stop them from being soggy. When my food arrived noticed I was missing 2 pieces of fried chicken and that they also decided to wrap the cheesy chips in paper, which lead the cheesy chips to be inedible as the paper stuck to all of them. My partner rang the store to tell them that we were missing items from our order and that the cheesy chips were inedible but the person on the other line kept interrupting my partner telling him he was wrong even tho we had the order up in front of us and with the note to the restaurant. He continued to argue with my partner and when my partner went on to tell him what the order said, they put the phone down on him. I have never experienced such bad customer service. Which is a real shame as we have ordered from here numerous of times. We definitely won’t be ordering from here again.

My veggie burger was plain with no salad no sauce inside. I specifically asked for salad and sauce too and even mentioned in the notes.

Spent £10 on a kebab and it was small for a tenner I expect a big fat kebab and they couldn't be bothered to put saled and mayo on and just coated in grease now I am I'll because I have IBS and it have messed me up I hope flames is happy with them self's

The kebab meat was beef and not lamb like asked for, restaurant would not listen and refused to accept my complaint, the meat so chewy and was inedible, i would even give it to my dog, and £10 for the size of what i got was a rip off, shame cuz have enjoyed food from here before
