The food was peng (very nice) and thay are very perlite people that served me

You can't go wrong with a good dixy. Always slaps and food always served fast. My only complaint is that they only take cash which is extremely annoying

They charge you for sauces, with free sauces on the tables. And the recipients with sauces are diluted with water. Sad.

Hygiene is zero no respect and they don’t take card payments must be because of tax.

food was lovely always. I order from here about 2-3 times a month. unfortunately the delivery drivers refuse to bring the food to me front door. I live in a flat on the 3rd floor. I have a a 2 year old and a 5 week old baby. I had to leave them alone in the flat tonight to go down and get the food. I may have to stop ordering from here until I can have the grantee that the food will be brought to my front door.

Usually nice but this time the beans were frothy and sour like something toxic had been mixed in them and the lettuce brown and soggy like it was old.

Chips were soggy and cold. Bag was soaked like my order has been sat there for ages with condensation. Won’t order from here again I’m afraid

My order was missing a portion of fries for one of the meals and the other cheesy fries were cold, the beans were cold and tasted of vinegar, the chicken strips were spicy and not stated that they were spicy as would not have ordered due to not be able to eat spicy food because of stomach issues. The mini burgers were just a chicken strip in a hotdog bun. I will definitely NOT be ordering from here again !!!!

If you have a complaint and go back to the shop they don't like it what they do is over charge you next time you buy something this should not be the case customers do complain that's part of working round the public I'm sure if any of these staff went into a shop and weren't happy with the product they would complain this is not personal just human nature.

Tristemente, el mal servicio al cliente de dixy les ha hecho perder un cliente fiel. La comida llegó 1. 5 horas después de ordenar. El conductor golpeó la puerta una vez que dejó la comida en el piso y se fue. Después de recoger la comida nos dimos cuenta de que la comida estaba fría. Al llamar al restaurante hablamos con Adnan que pasó los primeros 5 minutos de la llamada diciéndonos que la comida que envió estaba caliente, después de dar vueltas en círculos preguntó cómo queríamos resolverlo. Pedimos un reembolso que dijo que no sabía cómo reembolsar! Le preguntamos si podía conseguir que alguien en el negocio reembolsara, dijo que no podía reembolsar. Le expliqué que somos un regular y leal Cliente y nunca llamar para quejarse, pero hoy la comida era genuinamente rancio y frío. Dijo que estaba feliz de perder un cliente leal, pero no podía reembolsar. Lamentablemente, han perdido un cliente habitual, ya que Adnan me dijo que tenía que creer a su conductor que dijo que la comida estaba caliente.

Disappointing way to spend 38 quid. Pizza was forgotten on delivery so had to wait 40 mins for it to come so my son sat starving watching us eat. I understand these things happen and would forgive it, but the quality of the food we did receive was poor. Chips were cold, hard and tasted like cardboard. The lettuce inside the wrap was browning, clearly old too. Won't be ordering again.

So the shop has been renovated but food quality went down the hill. It used to be our go to takeaway but never visiting again. You are charging £8 for a Peri Peri burger meal which was ready in less than a minute after ordering? How?? Had to throw away peri burger as it was pre-cooked with no sauce/marination. No wonder shop is empty all the time now, used to super busy at lunch and dinner times. Sort out your food!!!

Actually, I am not happy because this is the third time I told you please my drink is hot please I wanna cold one but every time you send me the hot so warm on every time I order for example for eight 8 o’clock sometime 10 or 15 minutes before before my time, call me your orders ready sometime after 10 minutes or 15 minutes , actually I’m not happy

As always so after 5 minutes of placing the order guys click it's ready to collect but when you get there they starting to prepare it so idk what's the point of ordering it through the app the only difference is a service fee

Absolutely horrible chicken spiced burgers. Dixy had a standard these guys fry the pre cooked burgers tastes like boiled chicken Weres the spicy burger. This is a oily boiled burger Waste of money Fries were nice

I am not happy the food arrived with battered fish with battered chicken pieces this is not what i ordered the person eating this is allergic to fish

told me they delivered the food but clearly went to the wrong address. Then I had to wait again for more food to be made and delivered all over again. so in total it took 1 hour and 45 mins to finally get my food.

Have ordered from here lots via just eat and never had a problem. Loved the bucket deals and great price for them. I've reviewed via the app numerous times to say how good it is but the last few times I have ordered, including last nights, it has been poor. Chicken was undercooked, both the pieces and the fillets. The wings tasted of old oil and the fries were anaemic. Dunno whether it's new staff or something but wasn't pleasant and threw it in the bin after a few bites

The food was early which is good but just wasn’t expecting it so early as on the app it said will be delivered between 7:55/8:15 but e was delivered at 7:30. 1 drink can was missing as we ordered 4 meals so instead of 4 cans of drinks we got 3,we also ordered 3 sizzler burgers and 1 classic but all of the burgers was classic, was not happy with the food as the food was not tasty.

Worse food ever please avoid this restaurant i had seen the guy scratching his back side and dealing with food without gloves, so unhygienic!!! Yuck !! I left the store straight away. He is a fan of Boris johnson lol loves quoting his name saying complain to him. I should have learnt the first time when i found hair in my food . Avoid at all cost honestly go elsewhere, they are rude and disgusting. Unless you like food thats been touch while scratching the sweat lol then carry on by all means

After being a regular customer and ordering every week and sometimes twice a week, the way your manager spoke to me today was out of order, today was the last time I ordered, food was cold, dry and disgusting and when I called to talk about why there are no lemon and herb sauce on their as per my request he started shouting at me and saying you have to pay extra, my order total was around £75 if I was told from the start I am sure I wouldn’t mind paying for extra lemon and herb sauce, disgusting manager, if someone is willing to pay £75 to you for their food £5-6 extra for sauce is definitely NOT AN ISSUE for them so make sure you know how you talk to your customers and who you are talking to, such low life staff!!!!!!

My food was delivered on time which most places take the mick. One thing I didn’t like was, I wrote on the instructions not to knock my front door, but the delivery driver rang the doorbell instead. He didn’t even ring it, he pressed it down for ages & this was at 12:00 am.

Over an hour late. Waiting up past midnight is not ideal and we are very unimpressed.
