Me and my partner came here for a meal and were greeted straight away by really friendly staff. We then had the Turkish sausage starter followed by the chef cooked steak which was cooked perfectly. This was followed by with the Baklava for dessert which was also excellent. It's safe to say Flames has become our favourite restaurant. Don't hesitate to try this place, it's definitely worth it!

I went to "Flames" for a meal and a "Freddie Mercury" tribute act. The three course meal was excellent and the entertainment was too. Staff were very attentive. I cannot complain about anything. Great night!!

It was OK, Pizza is cooked on a kebab house base. Okay if you're paying for cheap food but when you're paying for Italian style food- not great. Pasta was nice enough just would really not recommend the pizza or garlic bread. Its not authentic at all.

Stone cold not stone baked!The pizza didn’t have chillies on it that I paid for. It was freezing not just cold! Rang them up and they offered a discount next time. Leaving me with a stone cold pizza that was wrong anyway, they then said they would send another but I would have to pay the delivery!! That is NOT how you care for customers. They said they will send another but I think that was to just get me off the phone. Absolutely terrible for the £20 margarita bland cold plain pizza. BIG NO NO

Juicy steak with excellent service

Sunday roast was delicious, definitely recommend!

Ordered food for delivery and was sent the completely wrong order which included wrong food and completely wrong drinks (you sent a pregnant woman an alcoholic drink when we ordered cola?). This was after we waited over an hour. They did eventually send some items from our original order but this took over 45 minutes. They still missed some items off on re-delivery! When the food did arrive it was only semi warm and had to re-heat. The pasta was the only redeeming food that came warm and tasted nice. I was so disappointed as I had heard really good things about this place :(

Food and service was excellent, no complaints from a party of 9, and the place was packed. Pity we had to go and miss Elvis himself.

Went for the first time on Saturday night. The place is nicely decorated but not too fancy that you have to really dress up. Starters and steaks all fantastic. I was quite surprised by the quality. If this was in the middle of Manchester, it would still do well. Great choice of dishes and really pleasant staff serving as well. On top of that, it’s really reasonably priced. We will definitely be returning and recommending to people!

Nice place steak on a stone always a good option. But don’t order the T-Bone. They cut into strips and the strips were too thin to cook it rare. Was a shame.

Had a meal in here for the first time last night for a double birthday celebration. Wow…the food, atmosphere and staff were superb. We absolutely loved it and will be back again. Can’t thank you all enough for making it a special night. The steak I had was cooked to absolute perfection as was my wife’s who opted for the cook yourself steak which again was just superb. The staff are incredibly attentive and kind and make you feel so welcome. Thank you. X

In the area for work, we tried here and it really hit the spot. Steak was cooked perfectly and was a great quality. Service was fantastic too. If we were here longer we would be back for sure.

Horrendous service, menus thrown at us with no welcome. Will never be returning

The food we received tasted good, however the Cannelloni is marked as vegetarian on the menu and it came with beef mince in it. The pizza had no rocket on it.

Had a meal with the parents. First visit and definitely won't be the last. The food was out of this world! I had the King prawns in chilli and garlic. Parents had King prawn sizzler and chicken sizzler and we also had spare ribs. The owner/ chef came out and asked us about our food. I think he liked out response!! Fabulous food, atmosphere, wine. A great night.

Waitress was extremely rude, food wasn't great, probably wouldn't go there again to be honest. Expensive to be fair, £171 for 6 of us and son wanted a takeaway on the way home Cos he was starving.

What an amazing experience, you have to visit this place! Didn't get here until almost 9pm, seated straight away, shown the menu which is amazing and advised about the daily specials. I noticed there was a set menu on the back of the menu and a colleague brought the menu over. Looking over the menu it looked like we were just over the finishing time for the set menu and I asked a colleague if were we too late.. without any fuss she said it would be fine.. so we ordered. The tomato soup of the day was a credit to the chef along with the pate. Served and presented so well but the taste was superb. The mains arrived beef burger and chicken burger both loaded with crispy salad, gherkins, burger sauce both very moist and tasty. Well presented with steak cut chips in a basket. Lastly Eton mess and banoffee mess... Wow... Amazing. Full of flavour. Well presented.. cream and ice cream were of decent quality you could taste this. Was a very enjoyable experience and they deserved a nice tip for attitudes atmosphere, attentiveness and amazing food quality. I was only visiting here for a wedding but I will definitely come back here again in the not so distant future and worth drive here. This place is fab.

We had a 50th at the weekend here and had a great time. The food was really nice. They did mess the final bill up a little bit and overcharged us for the meal deals a few of us had but to their credit they did sort it out in the end so just be aware of this.

Fantastic food. Baklava was homemade and amazing, so much pistachio in it. Owner and staff were lovely. Out of the way for us to visit unfortunately, but if we're up that way again we will be revisiting.

The food, service and atmosphere here is absolutely wonderful, the lava rock steak is EASILY the best thing you can get in this pace and the chocolate crepes are a total delight - best place for date night or any event you have in mind - and the people are so friendly it's a complete breathe of fresh air ❤️ 1000% recommend!

We decided on a new place for steak, this looked good with pictures but we all know some of the pictures aren't always the best .. but.. my gosh... The food was amazing the steak was amazing .. really reasonably priced .. the staff where so friendly and happy didn't come over and check ever 2 mins like some places.. even had desert that was Also amazing. I would highly recommend this place to couples or families . It's a Cosy place too. You would not be disappointed..

Lovely food which can't be faulted ... Shame that we weren't made aware of price increase.. Menus not updated and small A4 sign on a wall, not obviously advertised, waitresses didn't inform us of increase which manager said they should have done.. Not their fault when it's busy. When bill arrived it was £60 more that the menu stated. Would be an idea to put a note clipped to the menu instead of small notice on a wall to let people know in future

Fantastic food and service was second to none!

Nice srrounding inside. Shame about the English female who served us last night. Her mannerism was appalling. If you like cold potatoes vegetables and steak then this is the place for you. If you want other people's young children climbing up on your chair in your absence then this is the place for you. All in all the food is bland. This place has got to be the worse that I have been to in a very long time.

Absolutely perfect if you don’t mind cold lobster and raw steak !food came out cold lobster🤢 and the steak was still alive.so we sent both of them back and asked for fresh ones to be sent back 🤯and gess what Same freakin’ food came back ..the manager was there but didn’t want to come and look me in the face (so rude.lat time for me)p.s if you do want to go to get really good food then go to essence 👍or Mac Donald

Good fillet, chose to have it cooked not cook yourself on the stone and it was really tasty. Best meal I've had here and I'll keep to having my meal cooked for me from now on.👍

We had a cancel our Christmas Day table with friends a few weeks before Christmas, as I had to shield due to my high risk pregnancy. Our friends still went, but we asked Sergio if it was possible for us to have our Christmas Day meal as a take away instead, Sergio’s reply - not a problem! My hubby collected our food, and it was delicious, large portions and quality food for a great price. I just wanted to say a huge thank you for being so accommodating, and we’ll be back once baby has arrived! Thanks again 😊

We have been on a number of occasions and have had a few family birthday meals here too and all the staff are so amazing and friendly.

Really nice restaurant but the drinks took far too long to the point our meal was served before them. Food was alright but nothing spectacular unfortunately.

This place is amazing ,the food is so tasty and fresh . We took the kids with us for our wedding anniversary, we was made to feel so welcome . The atmosphere is perfect ,relaxed clean . We would highly recommend this place for either a family meal or romantic meal for 2 . Definitely will be visiting again thank you

The staff are some if the friendliest here. They are so welcoming and the chat seems so genuine and not forced. So kind to my little one and even gave him a little activity to do whilst we waited for our food. The place is well looked after and clean. The food was good we had the hot Stone steak and the experience of that itself is very unique and fun.

Never thought I'd like 'cook your own stake' on a hot stone ... but I do. Great atmosphere, great staff & no I don't work there.

I came tonight for a birthday meal for one of my friends and I arrived late unfortunately however, the staff were more than accommodating and I was able to place my order in good time to catch up with the rest of the group. The food was absolutely amazing. I don't eat meat, so I was a bit apprehensive about attending as I wasn't sure I would be able to eat anything but I had the stuffed pepper and the veg burger and if was so good. Thank you for an amazing evening. I will definitely be back for sure.

The service is excellent but my fillet steak was the worst fillet I’ve ever had. It was fatty, chewy and basically awful, I’m sure it wasn’t even fillet, more like rump, full of fat, hard to cut and even harder to eat. I can not fault the staff and service but I will most definitely Not be eating there again.

Poor service, steaks came out at different times. We sent 2 back as they weren't cooked properly and then when they returned the chips were replaced with cheap fries. Overall a bad meal!

We always have a great time at Flames - great food, great drinks, great atmosphere. We've been tonight during the easing lockdown with outdoor eating and drinking and still left satisfied and happy.

The best burgers in town! Taste amazing! No grease at all and the portions are huge! The staff are always so lovely too. Highly recommend
