Flames in Wiltshire

They are always prompt, always call if they need any aid finding me, and the delivery guys are always very friendly. They've just changed the cheese they use which has levelled up their cheesy chips. The kebab is really lovely with consistent juicy meat and the chilli sauce is really good. Properly traditional.

First time using these guys since moving to Trowbrige and this will now be our go to for kebabs

I recently went to flames and got cheesy chips with mixed doner it was amazing. Staff was really friendly I definitely recommend in going here.

Hit or miss, more often than not recently it's been a miss. I like their pizzas but it's a gamble, sometimes it's tasty, sometimes it's inedible, make sure you don't get any pizza with ham because they use the cheapest ham that I wouldn't even give to an animal and it just ruins the whole pizza, I didn't have ham today because I've learnt my lesson ordering here before, I went with the chicken special and it's doesn't taste much of anything today, needs more tomato sauce because all I can taste is the dough, looking at the pizza I'm actually struggling to see any tomato sauce and I definitely can't taste any. I'll update this next time I get a kebab but when it comes to Trowbridge they're more or less all the same unfortunately.

Kebab is very greasy too much fat. Inconsistency in quality as well, some time good sometime not eatable at all.

Problem with this kebab place is that one day you get good kebab. Another day you get completely regrettable kebab, I mean completely dry and stone hard. Consistency and accuracy is everything.

Great friendly welcome awaits, I needed some of my order to be adjusted to accommodate different tastes this was done n problems. Well done lads.

I live in Warminster if I wana kebab I drive all the way to flames , it’s worth it, ordered few times through work over 5 different meals always turn up on time , great customer service and absolutely brilliant foods , please try they chicken doner taste better than kebab you get in London or midlands

We love it! My family have ordered from here for years, and now as I live with my girlfriend we order on a regular basis. The food is great, the service is great, and the menu has a fair amount of different options for either a eat-in or takeout. If you can’t be bothered to do a late-night cook after work or an activity, go for it!

I ordered through just eat, they sent me the wrong order. After waiting a while for my food I didn’t want to wait again for my correct items to come so I ordered a refund. I then ordered again today and they cancelled my order after waiting 40 minutes. I called up and received the worst customer service. They got angry at me and shouted telling me I shouldn’t have ordered a refund. Don’t order if you don’t want to be shouted at.

Foods fantastic would have given 5 stars but order the same thing never the same price it might go up it might go down me think someone need to buy a calculator 4

Easily the best chips in Trowbridge, chicken is insanely good, these guys know what they're doing. Lovely dudes as well, sense of humour and customer service on point! I think I've found my new spot for quality, easy food. Great job lads!

Absolutely terrible. The cheese cake arrived completely frozen, pizza was cold and the chips were cold. Also has taken 30+ mins to deliver a refund after expecting me to go in store to get a refund. Ever get the chance go stavs kebabs, he is usually parked outside dorothy house in town.

Freaking disgusting behind the counters is so un sanitary, I will never order from here again the food they served made me and many others very sick this place needs to be shut down!!

As contractors we rely on these places to feed us , I was close to ringing an ambulance after eating from this place old food knocked me for 6 violently sick head ache stomach in sheer pain I’d rather eat from a bin than ear here again keep clear for your own health

These guys used to make their own dough in La Capricciosa in trowbridge. Was great (though not authen) pizza. Now it's frozen pizza bases. You can literally taste the plastic wrapping in the dough. It's sad to see two capible people try to make it on their own, but just downgrade. Lovely people, just really bad food. Do yourself a favour and just have cheese on toast. Saves money and tastes a hell of a lot better.

Asked for salad on my kebab meat n chips n got literally maybe a tea spoon full of lettuces n asked for chilli sauce n got literally got none so the meat is dry n gritty as hell ... won’t be coming back ... absolutely horrid food 🤢🤢

Lush kebabs and pizzas. Every time i ask for crispy chips though their always soft n pale.

Great kebab shop, masses of choice, good value, friendly staff, delivery service available as well as tables to eat inside if you prefer. Well established for a reason, loads of sauces, salad, meats, pizzas, nuggets etc and enough for vegetarians to choose too. Soft drinks.

The food was awful. I had to throw it away in the bin. The high rating probably was given by the owners.

Cheap lamb meat hence why you get big portion, usually soggy chips, and bad service don't bother trust me!

Good food, staff are not so friendly and get really quite creepy towards the women, also do not read just eat notes, and don't expect a correction if your home delivery is wrong!
