food is fine when they get it correct, customer service is awful

Got some of their fries delivered, had them before and were really good so decided to try them again. After having our first order cancelled ( at loco loco, not here, rang us a hour and a half after we ordered to say they had no ingredients and couldn’t make our food, however i’ve gone off topic) we were excited to have these fries again. Came on time very excited to open to box and realised they had sent us plain fries with a plain cheese sauce. Nothing like what we ordered ! Complained and they gave me a £2 refund. £2!?? on two lots of fries i paid , in total, £8 for ! Safe to say will not eat here again.

wings not received with meal and burger and chips cold. it's a shame specially because we order from flame's since they opened but these last orders or they come late or something missing in bag.

Constantly hit and miss, mostly incompetent staff. Be sure to use this establishment when the owners are on site

Have to say, was super fast delivery (we only live around the corner. Just being lazy) and the chips were piping hot. But the chicken was almost tepid. It’s weird as this place can be hit and miss. But seems to be more misses than hits recently and the reason for the review. We pretty much left all the chicken as it didn’t seem that fresh and the coating wasn’t that nice.

Quality is as good as always, my only gripe with this place is the portion size of the gravy is very small for the price. Other places that do gravy portions is at least double the size. They really need to think about the portion sizes for sauces.

Incredibly kind and thoughtful team. They witnessed an elderly lady collapse just before Xmas outside the shop, helped her inside, gave her water & looked after her.

Burger was drenched in Mayo chicken fair enough but not beef burger

The food smelled of fish, and the chicken meat has a strange taste, it must have been old meat, but the fries were ok, the rest of the menu had a horrible taste. I hope I don't throw up

Ordered Veggie burger + sides for myself and chicken for my partner but unfortunately the sides came mixed in with the chicken- chicken was a meal deal and the sides were completely separate so I was unable to eat them 😭 burger was nice though. Hopefully they will send out the sides in separate boxes as they are separate on the menu so that vegetarians can enjoy those food too

Never had an issue before. Always been great service before u til today... Missing 3 items off my order, rang to sort it out was told it would be 15 mins and never sorted missing items.

Poor communication and the food was barely cooked. No dangerous, but the batter was soggy and not the normal crispy, tasty food we area used to from this company

Normally have no issues with orders, however on this occasion they completely forgot the Peri Peri Wrap from the order. Everything else was okay, but shame that effectively one person in the family didn’t get their item.

I used to love ordering from this takeaway, I love their spicy fillet burger meals, but my order has been wrong so many times, its not worth the effort anymore! I ordered spicy fillet burger meal with only lettuce and chilli sauce, no cheese, I hate cheese with salt and vinegar on the chips. I placed an online order and specifically rang when I placed the order to check it was correct and that they had seen my special instruction, which they confirmed they had. When the order arrived the chips were plain and there was cheese on my burger, the total opposite to what I had asked for, even though I called and confirmed it before it was sent out. I called to tell them and they said they had done it correctly, I replied telling him he hadn't, I also offered to send the food back as proof as I wouldn't eat it anyway as it was and he tried to imply I was making it up! I gave the driver the food to take back as proof, he then said he wouldn't be coming back again, they would have to give me a refund. Honestly I was a loyal customer up until this point but this situation was ridiculous, all I wanted was what I asked and paid for, I honestly don't think it was that hard and I'm aware the restaurant probably has awkward customers that make things up for refunds but I sent the incorrect food back! They actually ended up sending the new burger and chips, but it shouldn't have been so hard to sort it out and in my opinion that's really bad customer service!!!

Spicy wings greasy and looked very pink although possibly could be the marinade they use , tower burger was tough and clearly cooked and stood for ages ,chips crispy and fresh , onion rings cooked crispy and fresh .

Delivery was 30 mins late and Food was luke- warm/cold. Chicken strips were disappointly soft, not crispy, as you would expect & Fries were floppy/soft and cold

Great taste, just like KFC but not so expensive.

One of the best places to get some takeaway, food is brilliant, the staff is friendly, especially the two young lads working there. Once you start going there for a while, you get to know them on a personal level and vice versa. Once again, best place to get some takeaway.
