Flame 'N' Fry in South Kesteven

Constantly hit and miss, mostly incompetent staff. Be sure to use this establishment when the owners are on site EDIT- Change of rating. Food is good, but staff are absolutely diabolical. Will not return.

They said the driver is on the way, im waiting 1+hour, food is nowhere and it says it has been delivered..

Deliver before time good dealing and taste

i am cutting two star just because they didn’t deliver a can of coke with my meal

it was ok, not upto the normal standard because one piece of chicken was very cold and we got an extra bag with rubbish in it and( Sarah )written on the box, not impressed

food is fine when they get it correct, customer service is awful

Got some of their fries delivered, had them before and were really good so decided to try them again. After having our first order cancelled ( at loco loco, not here, rang us a hour and a half after we ordered to say they had no ingredients and couldn’t make our food, however i’ve gone off topic) we were excited to have these fries again. Came on time very excited to open to box and realised they had sent us plain fries with a plain cheese sauce. Nothing like what we ordered ! Complained and they gave me a £2 refund. £2!?? on two lots of fries i paid , in total, £8 for ! Safe to say will not eat here again.

thanks for the order but you forgot the Fries with this particular next time include it much appreciated.

wings not received with meal and burger and chips cold. it's a shame specially because we order from flame's since they opened but these last orders or they come late or something missing in bag.

Lovely family business very happy and delicious food

was eating the fudge cake and a hard plastic thing was in the middle of the cake! nearly chocked!

Have to say, was super fast delivery (we only live around the corner. Just being lazy) and the chips were piping hot. But the chicken was almost tepid. It’s weird as this place can be hit and miss. But seems to be more misses than hits recently and the reason for the review. We pretty much left all the chicken as it didn’t seem that fresh and the coating wasn’t that nice.

Good food the chicken is so juicy pri pri chicken was very spicy but all round amazing

Order the rice box and peri chips, received a generous portion of that. Very nice 👌

Quality is as good as always, my only gripe with this place is the portion size of the gravy is very small for the price. Other places that do gravy portions is at least double the size. They really need to think about the portion sizes for sauces.

Incredibly kind and thoughtful team. They witnessed an elderly lady collapse just before Xmas outside the shop, helped her inside, gave her water & looked after her.

Burger was drenched in Mayo chicken fair enough but not beef burger

The food smelled of fish, and the chicken meat has a strange taste, it must have been old meat, but the fries were ok, the rest of the menu had a horrible taste. I hope I don't throw up

Ordered Veggie burger + sides for myself and chicken for my partner but unfortunately the sides came mixed in with the chicken- chicken was a meal deal and the sides were completely separate so I was unable to eat them 😭 burger was nice though. Hopefully they will send out the sides in separate boxes as they are separate on the menu so that vegetarians can enjoy those food too

Never had an issue before. Always been great service before u til today... Missing 3 items off my order, rang to sort it out was told it would be 15 mins and never sorted missing items.

Never ordering from here again

Normally have no issues with orders, however on this occasion they completely forgot the Peri Peri Wrap from the order. Everything else was okay, but shame that effectively one person in the family didn’t get their item.

Gone down hill recently…chips were undercooked and smelt and tasted weird,chicken is so greasy and floppy not crispy at all wet and not nice
