Fizzy Izzys in Hartlepool

Visited today with a friend for coffee. Staff not really helpful. I asked if they sold teacakes and was told to look at the menu, in an off handed way. Coffee was nice as was the teacake too. Offered jam and butter which was good. Biscuit provided with the coffee also Msic was too loud hard to chat with each other. Mentioned it to staff but no difference. A pleasant attitude would have been better.

Had been looking forward to coming here but wasn’t worth the wait. Long long wait for two crepes and a single scoop ice cream, over 35 mins wait. Could see others who ordered after us received their food before us, even two families that had main meals, so no idea what happened. Staff were all stood about talking, not very approachable or friendly, none of them cracked a smile. Toilets stink. Way overpriced for what you get.

The crepe was very disappointing and I felt really sick after eating a little bit. I didn’t get my change back and after i complained I got spoke down on and said they “couldn’t do anything”.

Visited the shop while out with my children. We had tea and Ice cream. Food very poor and expensive. Children's hot dog finger bun literally cut in half with cheap small hot dog in it which wasn't eaten horrible. Chips were also horrible and cheap. Potato skins very greasy. Would not go back over priced p cheap quality food.

Was very disappointed to find this is NOT dog friendly. We sat outside on pavement seating at our own initiative, staff did not mention this option - just a blank 'no' when asked about being dog friendly. Pavement seating is a bit tight due to raod works, but guess this will be temporary. Good range of food available but best known for ice cream / desserts which are just delightful. Kids sizes available too.

Lovely lunch Reasonable priced Track and trace in place and table service You pay up front, which was ok. But no one checked in on you and we wanted extra drinks and had to wait till someone cleared a nearby table. This is why they didn’t get 5/5

called in for an ice cream with my wife christine on Friday 11th , both opted for the Eaton mess, food was nice but service not the best, no please thank yous or curtesy at all, all seemed bored and uninterested.

We visited 4th October 2020! We were really impressed with food and portion size, the staff are quick and efficient. The cleanliness of the place was great, track and trace was done quickly before you even sit. So overall loved it. I had chilli Nachos absolutely delicious! Kids had hotdog and chips.

We were greeted with the track and trace element which was swiftly done and then we were shown to our seats which we watched them clean thoroughly before we sat down, we took advantage of the eat out to help out and ordered a black and blue burger, Scampi and chips, a fully loaded mint choc chip waffle, a chocolate milkshake, large cappuccino and a coke, not too shabby at £16 for everything and the food did not disappoint, the presentation was spot on and all the food was delicious, the black and blue burger had just the right amount of blue cheese and some fries and homemake coleslaw, my scampi was well cooked with chunky chips and coleslaw, all well Seasoned and tasty, the little one fully enjoyed her waffle and milkshake and when they say fully loaded they meant it, worth every penny and well done on the team for keeping the place operating so swiftly given the current social distancing rules, the only slight criticism would be that they need someone on the door constantly as the general public kept on coming in to use the facilities which sent the distancing rules astray as they brushed past people to get to the loo, not sure how you fix this though

Arrived at 7.20pm, 40mims before closing. The place had an overpowering chemical smell, which we assume was the cleaning products they were using. On entering we were told they were only doing takeaway ice cream. Why shut things down so early if you close at 8pm?

Saturday lunch time treat. Great diner for something just that little bit different. Staff were lovely, really friendly and helpful. Food was great - it's not "fancy", but it's very tasty and the portions are amazing. Lots of American sodas to choose from too. And now that the building opposite has been demolished, you can see the sea and watch the ships going by as you eat. Thumbs up.

This place used to be my favourite in Hartlepool. I came in not too long ago and ordered my food as usual. The order came to me 3 times wrong as I asked for plain and they had given me all the toppings that I am allergic to. The woman then proceeded to tell me “that’s what you ordered, you didn’t want it plain” trying to tell me that what I ordered was wrong? Why would I order all the toppings that am I allergic to? Delusional staff just wanting an excuse so they don’t get in trouble these days, why can’t they just do their job right in the first place?

We had waffles which were delicious. As were the milkshake and cappuccino. Lovely atmosphere, really clean - and really friendly staff. Would definitely ckme again next time in the area

Only stopped for coffee. Ok but not brilliant. Service was prompt but tables and menus were sticky and decor dated. Toilets were ok but an unpleasant smell in the corridor leading to them. But good sea views from the restaurant.

Fine. That’s the best we could say about Fizzy Izzy’s. The surroundings were fine although the tables were perhaps a little close together in places. Food was fine. The portions were on the large side but the meals was lacking in flavour. Service could have been better as our order was delivered to the wrong table.

I visited with my niece , they forgot the drink which accompanied the children’s meal , which I only realised at the end of a awful visit I ordered salad as a healthy option which basically was inedible as the cook had poured raw chilli/ cayenne pepper to excess which mean the meal was appalling plus the chicken was deep fried....My sister tried it and agreed the meal was awful I asked for meal to be changed and was made to feel terrible , so much for customer service was not offered a refund or replacement I was told I could have a coffee or cake ( if which both I don’t eat)So I basically I told her not to bother waste of 10.00Unhelpful rude staff we just won’t visit again

Nice bright restaurant along sea front. Ice creams - nice flavours. Hot food also. We enjoyed the churros with chocolate dips. The children enjoyed the ice cream selection. One unisex toilet downstairs and ladies toilet upstairs. Decorated similar to a 1950s diner.

Went as a treat for my Grandaughters 5 Birthday after we had been shopping. Thought we were in for a well deserved treat. How wrong we were. My son had red velvet crepe, which said it was strawberry cheesecake inside the crepe. When it arrived it looked very appetising. When he tasted it he said it was awful and tasted sour and like salad cream. I thought it can’t be, so tasted it. He was right. We sent it back as was told that’s how it was supposed to taste as it’s sour cream and strawberry sauce mixed together. Staff member wasn’t very helpful and only agreed to change it for something different after we asked them. We had waffles and when eventually came they were soggy and all you could taste was egg. The only thing that was edible was the ice cream. My granddaughter had a sundae. Asked for a child’s sundae was charged for an adults one. Got the difference refunded eventually but had to wait nearly 30 minutes for it. When sundae arrived that too was disappointing as it was nothing like the picture and also wasn’t even the one we had ordered. Very disappointed granddaughter would rather of had an ice cream from the shop than this.

Decided to drop in for a light bite to eat with my husband during our visit to the arcades! I ordered the olives and bread and my hubby ordered bbq chicken wings. The chef kindly walked over to our table to let us know he’d ran out of olive oil but was willing to add a side of salad and a dip so I agreed. The olives actually tasted lovely with the toasted bread, side salad and chutney, really enjoyed them and filled me up nicely. My husband loved the bbq chicken wings, everything looked presentable, tasted lovely and to top it all off the staff are lovely. Looking forward to returning.

Overall good.... onion rings lovely, pulled pork burger nice and huge... chunky chips bit soggy and did not mention had skins on, chicken nuggets ok

Went here with my friends, a group of five. I ordered first, yet half an hour later everyone else's orders had arrived but my banoffee waffle (the easiest thing to make out of my groups orders) wasn't there. Luckily the girl on the counter turned straight around to make it for me, and it ended up being delicious.

Went here with the family as it was such a lovely day, never again though.

We recently took our 7 year old twins here as a birthday treat. They chose hot dogs and fries from the children’s menu. My hubby and I both had the classic burger and fries.

After an evening trip to seaton and checking the website for fizzy Izzy’s and seeing that it is open till 9pm we decided to call for ice cream as this is one of our favourite places. We walked in at 8.05 to be told that it was closed and they weren’t serving. As we walked out a young boy walked in and was served by a member of staff!! We won’t be returning

Had a beautiful red berry crepe. Lovely atmosphere and cheery staff. Visited with sister for day out at coast

Firstly, the servers were very miserable and not polite, it doesn’t hurt to smile!! Secondly, we ordered 4 waffles and 2 out of the 4 came to the table wrong, ice creams were the wrong flavours. We sent one back to change and the waffle came out cold and over cooked!! Definitely gone way down hill, presentation is poor and lack of toppings shows it’s now all for the money. Will not be back!!

Called in on Wednesday for a coffee and a snack. We were pleasantly surprised by the choice of food, from breakfast items, paninis, baguettes, burgers, and fries. In addition ice cream, waffles, and milk shakes, as well as coffees and cold drinks.

Popped in here immediately before a session of bowling. It seemed to be well prepared and well presented 'normal' food with a leaning towards 'fast food'.

The adult meals are fab, pos fish finger sandwich well dressed and appealing panini well dressed and really nice, kids meals made the kids happy but the plastic baskets and plastic cups let the side down for the price could use a carton of juice or a much nicer plastic glass and the baskets simply awful (not ketchup friendly) and made a perfectly nice meal look cheap and tacky.

Really let yourselves down. We walked in on Friday and went straight to a table. The restaurant is very clean and the food is good value and tasty however after spending £25.00 on lunch we decided to have a game of bowling before we ordered our waffles. Bowling cost another £14 than a round of drinks cost us £9. We returned back to our table and I ordered a waffle for my daughter. On handing over my card in was told there was a £5 min spend. I told the server I had all ready spent nearly £50 with them but was just told it has to be £5 or over. Out of princalble we left and got our pudding elsewhere. We will not be returning.

We visit Fizzy's on a regular basis - the staff are always friendly and the place is kept clean (tables, floor, doors etc). Good attention to detail.Great choice of Sundaes for kids and adults alike.Paninis are tasty and good value for money I had Tuna which had lots of filling Overall this place is far better than many of the mainstream franchise chains and much better value for money ⭐️Wether you're out for a quick walk, an afternoon stroll or at the beach with the kids I would recommend Fizzy Izzy's for coffee, cakes, sundaes and sandwiches.

I recently ate here with my girlfriend and her family. I was slightly disappointed by my chickenburger, it was just the usual processed crap. However my milky bar milkshake was very nice.

i had an enormous knickerbocker glory full of fresh fruit ,jelly. cream and ice cream .MY husband ordered a hot dog and couldn't believe the size of it along with salad and chips we will definitely be back there soon

We called in here for a coffee & ice cream after our annual walk along the beach, followed by fish & chips.It was clean, light & fresh and very much decorated in 'ice cream parlour ' colours. The ice cream was quite good in texture as it was ice crystal free - stay away from the funky banana though - very artificial flavour.

Had lunch with a friend recently, delicious peach ice cream sundae as expected but their slightly hidden gems are the delicious Panini's, I had the tuna and cheese one that was packed with both, with a small potion of fresh crisp salad, good value and very filling

Attached is a picture of our "Ten Inch" Pizza. We realised there was an issue when we felt it slide around (significantly) inside the box on the way home. For comparison a small plastic spoon measuring 6 inches (maximum) !

We went in today after a day at the beach and arcade and left very happy. I order a Black Forest sundae and my wife a Nutella waffle as well as a ice cream cone for each of my 2 boys and a hot chocolate a cherry Pepsi and 2 fruit shoots. I was pleasantly supprised at the price it came to around 15 pounds which I think is cheap compared to several ice cream parlours I have been in most places charge close to 25 for a similar order. The staff were friendly and polite and the place is very clean. The sundae was very nice and the wife was very happy with her waffle and my 2 boys both loved the ice cream. A very nice place we will return to when we go back to seaton Carew

Thing is im a local, i love the staff , the venue, etc, but i am honest and my reviews must be so, the last two meals we had were so poor i have to re- review my last high rating. Staff still awesome, venue clean, but food.. Omg just icecream is great, but the reheated dry tosh i was served as a chicken salad was pitiful, the time before we had burgers that resembled pedigree chum! They told us the burger was because the butcher sent the wrong meat, but u served it!!!! U charged for the reheated bio hazzard on my salad once again served dry as toast next excuse, because its healthier? Yet the tuna and prawn are soaked i mayo!? Sorry mr fizzy but you seriously need to try harder

Visited Fizzy Izzy’s as I had heard great things and fancied a change from Surfside and Gelato’s but wish I hadn’t bothered. I ordered a waffle and diet coke and my Mam ordered a toasted teacake and an Americano. Everything came out separately by one of the drippy waitresses. My Mam’s teacake came out first, then my drink, then my Mam’s drink then the waffle I ordered. I was expecting something amazing after waiting almost 20 minutes even though it was quiet but was served a soggy, luke-warm waffle with cold chocolate sauce, a lump of Nutella (which wasn’t melted as the waffle was cold) and a scoop of ice cream with some chopped nuts. Was a complete rip off and I won’t be returning!

Called in here with my girl friends (after we walked out of the A19 OK Diner in disgust at scruffy horrible staff offered NO service) we were totally thrilled that we did. The service here is fantastic, girls clean, happy and polite. Loads of choices of delicious Ice cream dishes. The surroundings are well decorated, clean and well looked after. Will deffo be back :)

Visited here for the first time on Sunday withmy son and grandson, first impressions? Very nice clean place and noticed some guests wee leaving and their table was cleaned down immediately ready for next user. The counter was clean and I was served very quickly and order taken, however for the child's meal I was not offered the option of brown bread which would have nice but that is no big deal. Our order arrived with an acceptable waiting time but I had to go ask for my coffee again which then arrived promptly after reminding staff. Looking around I saw here were some nice family seating areas with sofa's and all areas appeared clean which is a must for me esp when visiting with a child. All in all a nice visit and it is a place I would go to again.

Female toilets 'bleached' and advised unuseable at 5.00pm, didn't close until 6pm, and disabled toilet locked by staff. Had to demand they let us, as paying customers, use the bathroom.Food was ok, didn't have the drink I asked for. Some of the staff were lovely but some clearly didn't want to be there.Went into the adjoining arcades, female toilets locked??!!!! Had to send my daughter into the men's with my son keeping watch whilst I guarded the outer door.Won't be going back.

Visited this lovely restaurant was quick service from the waitress and quick service for the food and coffee enjoyed my visit here food was lovely no fault at all will be visiting again

Been here today and had a delicious peach surprise sundae it was delicious and my partner had hazelnut nuttella sundae which he enjoyed well worth the money and lovely clean place with friendly staff definitely will be returning soon thank you all x

Visited there this afternoon and overall was disappointed with the food, kids hot dogs looked like they came out of a tin you buy 10 for a £1 and the 2 burgers where just OK pretty dry and not juicy burgers like expected, the venue it self was quite nice and the staff where ok polite enough but didn't make any other conversation or ask if the food was OK, it was pretty below standard to be honest it wasn't terrible thou it wasn't nice either.. will take my £30 quid else where next time.

An affordable place to take the kids (or big kids) for something a little different. The waffles are huge with a large choice of ice-cream flavours and toppings leaving it hard to decide what to have.

Had a fantastic sundae full of nuts and delicious ice-cream, lovely pot off tea to accompany service was very efficient!

Visit fizzy izzys frequently and never seemed to of wrote a review so here it goes... I had a 12inch cheese pizza which was dead tasty and was made from scratch nice and fresh!! My nan had a grilled chicken sandwich all though she enjoyed it she didnt like how much bread there is i also had a cake shake which is my favourite! Can never fault fizzy izzys - perfect!

5 meals with icecream sundaes afterwards. Meals were very good. Bacon buns and kids meals. Icecream sundaes brilliant. Kids turned down the amusements to eat sundaes. Unheard of!

Absolutely amazing homemade waffle went over to gelato jojo food was ok but waffles weren't homemade so went to fizzy izzys for desert amazing

I visited here one weekday for a spot of food and I was not disappointed! Had a pulled pork baguette which was beautifully presented and tasted incredible. Staff were very helpful and polite and the atmosphere was fantastic! Will definately be back again!

Popped in here with my two little cousins, was very busy and no tables and not one of the staff spoke or let us know whether we had to wait. However when we finally found a table we ordered ice creams and the boys were happy picking their sweets to go on them! Lovely and will be back!

We visited Fizzy Izzys as a surprise for my little girls 9 th birthday. We blindfolded her on the short walk from our home! We entered the cafe and it was just about empty. A family just finishing their meal in the window offered us their table - a member if staff came across and told us - u can sit there its reserved - other tables to the left of the door had reserved signs on. I said it has no sign on and people had just been sat there! She said they had run out of signs! She didn't offer to find us another table, just walked away. We looked to the right of the door - maybe only 2/3 tables in use. We has to push tables and chairs together ourselves as there was 6 of us and a baby. When we went to order the member of staff was filling the fridge behind the counter and said she wouldnt be long and continued to fill the fridge! 2 members of the staff served us without speaking at all and didn't clear the table next to us. Overall a very disappointing visit. My daughter wasn't that impressed with her birthday treat out at all.

This is a nice place to visit for a treat or meal. There ice cream milkshakes are lovely and fresh there food is well presented andntaaty. This place is a nice place lovely and comfortable!

This is an appeal to the owner to sort out it's staff. This diner could take a lot more money if they sorted their staff out. Staff wear gloves to serve food which isn't a food hygiene requirement. We waited a long time for food and when we were served there was a complete lack of customer service. They brought our food after quite a long wait (and was not of a hot temp) with no cutlery. I asked for cutlery and she pointed next to us and said to help ourselves. As a retail area manager in the food and service trade, i can honestly say that any member of staff who showed this low grade of customer service would be disciplined. They wore the same pair of gloves for everything - serving, clearing away, preparing food. Not only could this cause allergy cross contamination, it prevents staff from actually washing their hands. If the owner spent more time here or employed an experienced and well trained supervisor or manager, these issues would be solved.

Lovely way to finish our day . Good value sundaes, clean and bright , pleasant staff. After a nice walk with the kids , fish and chips then an hour putting 2ps into various machines , this was a lovely way to end our visit to Seaton Carew. See you soon .

I was quite suprised to read other people review about staff here. I am a regular with my little girl, we pop in every couple of weeks for tea and the staff are fab! Always remember you and are really lovely to my daughter- yes ive seen the chatting and laughing but isn't that good... If they get on they're a good team :) foods actually alright! Kids grub plain as kids like it adult menu is nice, especially the salads.

Went for an ice cream sundae with the family and it was lovely! place is lovely the menu looks fabulous, only downfall was the dukebox. After spending a few quid on the jukebox a couple of people didn't appreciate our music choice and complained and asked for the music to be turned down, so far down that you couldn't hear the songs that we'd payed to listen too but the glorious sound of screaming children.Cant fault the food, should probably have a set playlist instead of a dukebox that could potentially wind people up, even though I wouldn't mind any song anyone put on!

I attended with my two children aged 5 and 3 as a treat. The restaurant was clean and tidy, although there were people in and out there were plenty of tables to pick from. There were 3 waitresses stood chatting behind the counter, they all looked at me wanting to place my order and continued chatting before finally deciding to serve me. The food was served and we began to eat our meal, my eldest needed the toilet so I went with him and his brother, I obviously took my valuables with me although I did leave my packet of cigarettes on the table. When we returned to our table the table had been cleared and another family were sat there (my son hadn't even eaten half of his meal), I complained and was told they could offer ONLY the children a free ice cream, I was not offered a replacement meal for my son or my money back. Nice place to eat shame about the staff and lack of customer service.

We attend here about once a month and I thought I had wrote a review but I haven't so here goes. We have never had a bad experience here. The food is fantastic everything from milkshakes to waffles and salads to jacket potatoes, everything is goo. Pizza is amazing, always freshly made and the kids love it. You can see all of the food and drinks being prepared in front of you too. The desserts are amazing, everything is delicious. Whenever I go to Fizzy Izzys its a family affair, Mum, Sisters and children. We all love the atmosphere too, being right on the front you can watch the world go by whilst having a nice coffee and a chat. Easy access for the children into the arcades. We always take the children if its a birthday as they allow you to bring a birthday cake in, which is not allowed in many places now. The place is also spotless, toilets are extremely clean too, which to me is a huge bonus. Staff are always friendly and welcoming. Would recommend anyone to go and try it, you will not be disappointed.

Called in after some chips on the sea front. Great selection of ice creams an sundaes. Staff were very polite an helpful. Well priced.

A family oriented venue that is a must to visit at Seaton Carew, Especially if you are looking for a variety of food and drink's.

Nice to have somewhere pleasant to sit with yummy deserts on a cold bank holiday. The cafe is adjoined to two amusement arcades but much more pleasant surrounds. It's serves a mixture of snacks and calorific deserts plus drinks. We had a wide range of waffles/ice creams/sundaes and smoothies which were enjoyed by all. The coffee was good also.

The kids loved this place, it is like what you see on American TV shows like Happy Days ect. The choices of ice cream are phenomenal and they are all really enjoyable to eat. The staff are friendly and service is very good, it was really busy when we went but we got served quickly. It's not that cheap but well worth that bit extra just to take in the atmosphere. Kids keep asking when are we going again.

I love this place, it's rather expensive when taking all the children but certainly worth it. The choice of ice cream is amazing and the interior look of the place is fantastic. All in all its a lovely treat for the kids they love fizzy izzys

We have visited this place every now and then over the last couple of years. In recent months it has gone way down hill. That said, I wouldn't leave a bad review on the basis of an isolated experience. We went a few weeks ago and waited 40 minutes for a waffle during which time people came in after us, ate their food and left. Clearly we'd been forgotten. Last time we went in staff turned a blind eye while a customer changed a dirty smelly nappy in the dining area. Not what you want when you're eating food! Today our table was cleared from last customer and we then waited five minutes for it to be wiped down. Food came and I asked about knives and forks. Was told it was self service. No forks in the cutlery boxes. Asked a member of staff who stood drying forks, slower than I believed humanly possible, and I had to go and ask again. Three strikes and it's out - we won't be going back. Prime example of how staff can make or break a business.

This is a fast food diner which is reasonably priced, clean with pleasant staff, great value food and drink.

On a very hot day we kind of stumbled across this place and decided to pop on. What a treat we had the boys had "kinder" milkshakes I had a purple cow and the Mrs had a smoothie, we all enjoyed our orders. The prices aren't too bad either. The girls who worked here were great too. Next hot day we are in Seaton we will be back.

Popped in late one Saturday after we had been for a walk along the beach, it was still busy, we looked over the menu and chose a sharing sundae, IT WAS HUGE. Popped to the loo too, lovely and clean, well stocked and well signed too. Will definitely return

Went for a birthday treat and the staff and food were great. Very reasonably priced. We had the burgers and a kids pizza meal and we're not disappointed. A great place to spend time together as a family. My little boy loved it. Thank you.

I've visited Fizzy Izzys quite a few times and the food and service have always been to a high standard. I would definitely recommend a visit!

Nice place to come for tea with the kids, plenty to choose from for main meals and a very good selection of desserts!! We all enjoyed. Just one thing I noticed was that nobody asked if everything was okay, but the waitresses were all lovely!

Came here with my friends over the Easter holidays and really enjoyed our visit the ice creams were delicious! Will definitely be coming back.

We visited here on Easter Sunday and between 2 adults and a child, we spent over £20 on 3x drinks, 2 sundaes and an ice cream tub. Lots of choice on the menu but expensive for a family to eat here. Will be somewhere for a treat only for us.

With my grandparents they had cheese cake and said it was ok but needs more work plenty of choice though altogether ok

After being on the beach all afternoon we were in need of drinks, hot and cold, 4 pots of tea, delicious chocolate cake cheese cake rainbow cake were all moist, the cuppas were good quality tea, the service great happy helpful staff, the restaurant spotless no dirty tables despite being ultra busy.

Nice decor and impressive menu. Overall we did enjoy our experience and was reasonably priced but felt that it would've taken a few tiny changes to make it exceptional. Mostly some of the ingredients seemed 'cheap' and we waited 25 mins for our ice creams! On the whole great family dining.

Waited at least 20 mins for our drinks which they got wrong. Staff there are very unpolite.. Slamming everything down and it does not cost much to smile or for manners for that matter. heard so many good things about this place only to be let down. Food was nice though only good point

I came here on mothers day with my daughter (1years old) the ice creams were lovely as were the burger and chips.

Myself,daughter and 2 grandsons visited here on Mother's Day. I placed my order at 12.20 and was still waiting for our food at 1.05pm.By the time the food was served our drinks were finished as they brought them a few minutes after placing the order. I complained to the girl that took my order and she said they always bring the drinks out first. I asked if that was because the food took so long they wanted you to buy more drinks. She and another girl laughed at this. I did not find it amusing. The prices are rather high and I was surprised to see on the receipt that a charge of 40pence was added to each of the milkshakes for a tiny squish of aerosol cream. If we weren't pushed for time( my daughter having to be at work at 2pm) we would have gone elsewhere. I won't be visiting here again any time soon.

I have visited this place twice. Its clean & fitted out lovely. Food was of a high standard. Its not cheap but you get what you pay for. I think its obvious from previous reviews who has worked in service & who hasn't. As the owner of a similar venture I completely understand why it is not possible to break down a service line to wash up one sundae glass when busy. Staff were friendly and accommodating. I'll definitely be back soon. Only criticism i have (if any) is all kids meals come with heavily salted chips. I didn't have chips on my first visit to realise but my one year old did & its not something i would usually add to her food.

If I go to seaton I always go here for a cuppa the staff are always friendly & happy to serve. The only food ive had is tea & toast & its always nice.would recommend this diner

First time visit to Fuzzy Izzy's in Seaton Carew. After all the work done on the promenade, this fun and colourful coffee shop, ice cream parlour and restaurant compliments the resort.The ice cream selection was innovative with many new flavours. The staff were very helpful and polite and offered a good level of customer service.Great place for all fun at heart ages.
