Five Star Pizza in Sandwell

They are rubbish I order pizza two regular size they send me two small size pizza contacted them and they were not good really bad service

Hi, don't go here the people. Working are very rude, no customer service skills at all, the food wasn't cooked propley, the food is not halal it's haram, not hmc approved please let ur family an friends know asp, please tell the sikh punjab. Community's to keep away from here, please tell everbody,,, there was mice mice an rats playing outside the shop. Looking for food,, an report to health an safety issues here,

We ordered a delivery, the meal deal and the pizza size said regular 6 slices. When it came it was a pizza that should have been 4 slices but were cut into 6, you can see by the pictures the sizes of the slices forced into 6! A shame as we thought the pizza tasted nice but don’t like being ripped off. Chips weren’t that great either. Will stick to the takeaway across the road

If you want a good Pizza give these guys a ring, they'll look after you plus all the deals and offers they have online won't break the bank, great speedy service highly recommend I've been coming here for years and I don't even live in the area anymore

This place is great man , it’s such good prices for the food and the amount is perfect the staff always make sure they ask how I am when I go in and they’re quick only taking like 5-10 minutes to have my food ready for me . Highly recommend them 🍕

When I walked in the atmosphere was terrible after I made my order I waited long enough for about half an hour and when I got my food I ordered 2 16 inches of pizza but one was 16 inches but the other was 12 inches in a 16 inch box.

The worst pizza ever no cheese and instead of chicken they put this dice chicken in Indian spices horrible flavour, I would rate this 0*. All this good reviews are from their own friends and family.

The issue I have is check the price u pay as iv been overcharged 3 times for food ......seems like the staff charge what they like and dnt know the prices I confronted manager/owner he says he didn't know ...but it was put threw till so either staff or robbing his buisness an he not aware till now or he is in on it ....so over charging people seems to happen often as when he asked the member of staff that served he said what did u do again ...so again means this happens often ...or they all in on it ...shame as pizzas are always good from here ...charge the correct prices dnt Rob people 3 times now iv been overcharged today by 4 pound an times befor 6 pound so if they do this an get away with it to many people each day that's alot of robbing without people questioning it ... Nice try but I'm not letting this go on ....so people check prices an charges b4 leaving and always confront them

Terrible Called an order in for collection, initially told large pizza is £9, then meat feast was £10 an was charged £11 at the premises. For a meat feast it had 2 recognisable meats. Terrible pizza. First and last visit ! Not a patch on Amigos !!!!!

Don't usually use this place. I love a garlic pizza with mushrooms and as I have always said I'm very fussy! Staff very friendly and had no issues with my order. Made to a good standard and very very nice. Others have moaned about the pizza being quite sloppy but I have not had any issues and would recommend it. It's good value for money

Love this place. Clean kitchen where you can see the prep and cooking. Prices are brilliant for what you get and the choice is very wide. Only downside is it does get VERY busy. You'll probably have to wait half an hour if you go in person and usually well over an hour if you order delivery. Parking is ok too.

The chicken supreme is brilliant! Get the large fries if sharing 😋 really nice fries 🍟 kids love the garlic bread with cheese so you may need to get extra, staff will accommodate pizza to how you would like it half and half topping if needed, highly recommended

Great place for food and value for money

Called at 18.00 Ordered food to be delivered at 20.00 the food did not arrive till 20.46 kept calling them as kids were waiting and starving and kept asking for there food. The guy on the other end gave 12mins then 3 mins and on and on finally the food arrived at 20.46. The manager was at the shop all the time but didn't come on the phone and he's staff gave me he's number. When i asked the delivery driver Richard who came in a sky blue citroen mpv he said the boss is in the shop!? Will not order from these guys ever again And i wudnt recommend them to any one if they having a delivery

The staff asked me to wait outside in the freezing cold for 10 minutes while they prepared my food, despite the fact that the shop was empty; all because of this coronavirus nonsense. When I got the food home it hadn't been cooked properly. I will never go there again!

Went past this pizza shop the other night mid week before 10 pm the chip shop next was empty and there was about 8 customers waiting in the queue outside, At the weekend fancied a pizza so went to see what the fuss was about, Met the guy before locally treated me like family from the get go ordered a 14 inch pizza was very hungry couldn;t finish it gave some to the homeless man in wednesbury when he ask for some change, Price was cheap as chips excuse the pun by far the best pizza for a long time in terms of price size and taste, will add to my to do list as often as possible from now on

We went for the large vegi pizza and a large potato wedges, what can I say, the first bite I took was so tasty, they just got everything perfect, tomato pure was bang in, toppings were generous and potato wedges were freshly fried and a generous portion too, bbq sauce was also very tasty, best pizza I have had in a long time, better than pizza hut!

Big let down, in future if some one asks for chicken dont automatically put on tandoori chicken as I don't eat it at all. Was looking forward to my pizza and then get home to find its tandoori not normal chicken. Cheesy chips ok and cheesy garlic bread ok. Not going there again. Big let down.

Absolutely appalling, ordered my food. It has been over 1 and half hours!! I have called them "5 minutes" I call them after 12 minutes... Another 10 minutes he said. I told the guy..if the food isn't here in 10 mins... cancel it.. he didn't care... shows lack of customer skills.. blaming the delivery driver.. using that poor person as a escape goat.. 10 minutes has passed. You have sir indeed lost me as a customer today.

Rarely open when they say they're going to be open. Why say open at 12 then put the shutters up at 1. Waste of time. Unreliable at best.

Just rang to place order and pay by card over phone. They kept me on hold 20 mins and never came back on the line. I cut it off and ordered elsewhere. I order off these all the time but ill take my money elsewhere in future. Not good

I have buying Pizza from 5star for a few years and can honestly say that they are the best. I live in Walsall and come to Hilltop at least once a week to get my veggie delux spicy Pizza. At £4.50 for decent pizza - you can not go wrong. Affordble and tasty. Well done 5 Star - ignore the bad revies and try for yourself.

Placed a order supposed to be here around 20:30 ordered came just after 21:15, Ordered a triple cheese burger meal opened the tray only had 2 burgers on it no cheese and lettuce was a funny colour and a wet bun didn't enjoy the meal left loads waste of money

Five Star Pizza is a small takeaway which is close to a small supermarket and is about two minute walk from a co-op located in Hilltop so it is quite easy to access. The prices are a bit pricey compared to other takeaways that I have visited but the food is worth it. It is freshly made to order and the selection of pizzas are quite high so it will make it easier to pick what you want without having the hassle. Even though there is a large selection of pizzas, they lack with other foods based on their religion like pork for example. Overall I would say that it is a cosy and easy to access takeaway and I would recommend it to anyone who fancies a quick bite while on the go.

Can't fault this place. Fantastic value for money.

Bought a £5 meal deal pizza and garlic bread from here took it home and started eating it to find that the bottom was completely mouldy! I cannot believe it first time trying this restaurant after I was told it was good to find out it was absolutely horrible. This is most definitely my last time I will order from there! Yuck.

We normally have pizza from here its beautifull good value for money .... we had it delivered and it took 1hr n 45 mins to come had to call 2 times then the man dropped the food on the floor and it was freezing cold. Called five star to tell them and he said all we can say is sorry ....... £21 on cold food not to be eaten so no thankyou we will take our custom somwhere else ...... poorest delievery servise everr !!!!
