First time for us at Five guys, staff friendly and helpful, explained the menu and process. Food was fresh, hot, tasty and filling, free drinks were a bonus too, definitely be back!

Just wanted to say a huge thanks to all the staff ! Excellent customer service! My son was super happy with his food and milkshake.

Underwhelmed with the food. This was our first time eating here as we couldn’t get a table anywhere else. Service was very rushed making it difficult to choose the fillings. Tables weren’t very clean. Burger was tasteless and greasy.

Doesn’t do justice to price, over priced and food quality is poor then McDonald’s. Doesn’t worth half the price they charge. Complete disappointment

This was my first visit to a Five Guys, and in all honesty probably my last. While the burgers were well filled, they were nowhere near the quality I would expect for the cost of purchasing one. This alongside the 20 minute wait to get it in the first place. I have never paid almost £20 for a cold, slightly greasy burger wrapped in foil and a bag of even colder chips. I did not buy a drink. It was not the cleanest establishment, the tables could do with a wipe down, it looks worn and tired and I would not expect crates of cooking oil to be left in the middle of the restaurant. While I cannot paint all of the chain with the same brush, if this is anything to go by I was sadly disappointed. There are other restaurants in the centre, I suggest using them, I wish I had. Awful value for money.

Five Guys are one of the better burger chains and if you've not tried them, you should go here. If you know what Five Guys are, this is an entirely normal Five Guys. Well, it's smaller than most I've seen with only a dozen tables. Don't know what the other reviews are complaining about cleanliness - seemed fine to me.

Order via Deliveroo. Wrong order sent for second time. Ordered a plain bacon burger but delivered a cheeseburger. I cannot eat dairy. Called restaurant who accepted the error but could do nothing. Told me to “take it up with Deliveroo if I wanted a refund” or contact ahead Iffice to get a voucher. Locally would do nothing. Felt it was very poor customer service. Made an error that did not fix it. Will not use again,

The whole place was filthy, the tables, the floors. Absolute disgrace. Slow service and attitude from the staff when complaining.

Had a burger and shake from here and was as good as any store in the States and the staff were friendly and nice so if your in for a burger these do the job

Lovely milkshakes, but at £5 per milkshake it's an expensive treat. My son was delighted though, as he could have bacon as one of his ingredients.

I dont normally eat beef burgers but im addicted to five guys burgers and fries. Love the choice of refillable soda. Thanks to jay who served us today ,a real friendly guy.

Took my son and his friend on an inset day. Staff super friendly and took the time to chat with the boys. Thank you, we are really enjoyed our visit.

Ordered at the counter, Food was cooked fresh and was surprised how many fries you get for a small portion. great value for money. clean and tidy restaurant.

Chose this eatery as it was ideal for a quick bite the night before an early morning flight staying in a nearby hotel. Basically what you got was expensive - 2 burgers and 2 cheesedogs, with fries and drinks for nearly £50 - and that was take-out. That's more than 4 main meals and drinks in a restaurant in Zante! The burger I had was really tastless, and the fries looked unappetizing (greasy and salty, and just plopped into the containers haphazardly). Certainly not worth the money paid. Once ResortWorld has more eatery option reopened look into one of them instead and avoid this place.

Been to Five Guys at Resorts World several times as it’s in convenient location. The food always taste nice, staff are friendly and the service is quite quick.

The wait for the food was a little long, however the food made it worth it. Very good burgers and incredible chips!

Welcome treat after busy day, portions are generously sized and drinks are refill, only downside is fries are not included as a meal so must be bought separately which can get expensive.

Besides serving better burgers than McDonald's, nothing else can be considered outstanding about this place. As a bonus you get unrestricted free peanuts. Sitting places are too few for the number of customers, so you may end up standing with your meal on the tray.
