ordered 2 meals and they arrived with no.chips or drinks with either meal! what good is this???

One small portion of fries is enough for two people. The small burger is massive and will fill you 😋 their milkshakes are amazing too. Staff a friendly and all food is made fresh while you wait.

Food and service terrible. Missing parts of our order and the place was filthy. One chef was wiping his nose on his arm whilst cooking. Floor looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for weeks. Staff couldn’t give a damn.

Was on holiday in Leicester. This was our first time trying five guys. It didn't disappoint. The food was amazing and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The food portions were very big. Highly recommend.

Expensive waste of money tbh. Grilled cheese tasted of nothing. Burger was average I've had better from McDonald's and I thought 5 guys was supposed to be amazing save your money don't bother, delivery driver moaned about how far I was too lol

As a coeliac, it's great to be able to enjoy a proper burger (lettuce wrap 😋)! All staff are allergy trained and take every measure to avoid exposure.

Payed over £40 for ubereats order last night and only received 2 milkshakes, not the first time its happened, they wont answer the phone also I called yesterday to ask but no answer

I visited this Five Guys when it was doing a halal meat trial. I had some questions to make sure the food met my personal requirements to eat. The cashier Alexandra who served us answered all my questions and was incredibly helpful as we initially had a bit of confusion over what food was included in the trial. She went beyond our expectations for friendliness and helpfulness in customer service. We both enjoyed the food. The burgers were lovely and juicy, and tasted amazing. Parking is plentiful and free here. It can be quite difficult to access the other Five Guys in Leicester (Cheapside) if you're travelling by car. However, it's easy to park here.

They really need to calm down when salting the fries. Second time in a row that they've been almost inedible!

Five guys is five guys 2 proper burgers for a tenner. Cajun Fries Vanilla shake BOOM...!!!!! If you've never been, you don't know what you're missing.

Thank goodness we got 40% discount!! For an expensive burger, to be delivered squashed and wrapped in silver foil is not right. Should be delivered in a box. Even McDonald’s do this at half the price. Won’t be using again.

Best burger I have had since my trip to New Orleans. Food arrived on time, still hit. Generous portions. Everything was delicious. The quality is definitely reflected in the price, worth every penny. This is going to be my treat meal.

The customer service is to the highest level. The food was amazing. As it was my first time at Five Guys I was really impressed by the whole experience.

Going downhill very quickly, visited last night, bins full and overflowing, ketchup & mayo empty, drinks machine out of most options. Toilets very dirty with no toilet roll. Menu has also been reduced, they no longer sell hot dogs (not Halal apparently), fries are no longer freshly cooked and portions are getting smaller.

Gone downhill. Chips used to be cooked fresh on arrival when ordering for pickup. Now they're prepared at some point and placed in the bag to go cold. Edit: Changed to a one star review based on their response claiming I'm wrong. My order was already bagged on the top shelf of their serving station and had been for some time.

Absolutely disgusting veggie sandwich. No veggie patty, just onions lettuce tomatoes and tomato kectup. Won't be coming back here again. Taken one bite and left it . Horrible.

Look it's 5 guys so if you want quality you will get it.... but expect to pay as while food is top notch I think they are starting to push a bit top heavy on cost , as now your competing with a steak and chips in a nice pub. But then again it's 5 guys and where else do you get unlimited monkey nuts

The driver had our food for over 20 minutes and waited for another order somewhere else and delivered that before our food. Our food was cold when it arrived.

Ordered a hamburger, paying £9 for it, and I got the blandest piece of meat this side of the hemisphere. In total, I payed £17.15 and got some half-decent fries, a coke, and an appalling piece of meat between 2 buns.

When you get told that they are under staffed and it’s just eats fault that the food is cold and milkshake is missing and she the tell you to she has to get back to work and the get told to F U is this acceptable for a staff to speak to a customer! Does she realise I pay her salary? I am still is shock to be spoken to like that. Head office next as I want something done about her and an apology. This will be going to social media as well because now I am annoyed!! 😡

Exceptional burgers! Best burger I have had in a long time.

Always clean. Staff always kind. Manager (I think) in black cap is always on it and makes sure everyone is looked after. Me and my partner drive an hour for date nights here a lot cause they always get it right. :)

Nice food, however disappointed as there were more than five guys.

My first time at Five Guys, my partner loves the place and food, he Just Eat it very often. First impression was very American (fun) the restaurant was empty, very clean, but didn’t feel welcome. The guy at the till was friendly and when he knew my partner loves Five Guys, he and my partner had a great conversation with combinations of food and drinks. Menu is simple, burgers, hotdogs and sandwiches, you can add as much or as less toppings as you like, hence prices are expensive as you can order a burger / a hotdog and add all toppings ~ 15 of them. I ordered a cheese hotdog with mustard, onions and mushrooms, personally i didn’t think anything special about it, on the other hand, my partner ordered a cheese bacon burger with lots of toppings and he loved it. Chips were super yummy, banana milkshake was ok. Service ~ as it’s a fast food place, so we ordered food at the till, then picked a table, and collected food at the collection point, so I would say no service. We spent more than £18 per person, my partner loved the burger and said it worth every penny, I think food was ok, but too expensive for a hotdog and milkshake. Have to point out toilets are located upstairs and there are lots of steps, it will be difficult for elderly or people with infants / young children. It’s impossible for wheelchair users, as I can’t see any lift or disabled toilets on the ground floor. Also the stairs and the floor were very slippery. Tables outside as well as inside. Plenty free parking spaces, including disabled parking spaces as it’s in Meridian, it may have time restrictions.

My previous experience with Five Guys (at other locations has been good), however this wasn't the case with the one at the Meridian. I put in an online order, the burgers were ready, however they hadn't done the fries and i had to wait from scratch, this lead to the burgers (which are normally pretty good), being at best warm and very soggy.

Use this place many times, always had a great service, today we was greeted by a very young rude lady on the tills, we put out request in as always on the fries being done a little longer, to be told a point blank NO, had mentioned we always ask and never been a problem, to be told again NO... carried on with my order and paid, to be then asked if I was going to pay for my coke, ( I had already paid) she then asked to see my receipt to show I've paid, then once this was Proven I was given a dirty look, unfortunately no apology, to then sit down with the girl sniggering with one of the other workers.. was not a good experience at all. Complete ignorancy. Definitely need to keep an eye on the staff.

The 'bacon' on the burger was beyond recognition, it was just carbon. I asked for hot sauce, but couldn't taste any. Overall quite bland and dry, probably the worst burger I've had since school dinners. [Responding to 5 Guys] Sounds like you deliberately make awful food if you burn the bacon and don't season the meat. No idea why there was almost no sauce when I asked for it, or why the fries (I forgot to mention those initially) were mostly about an inch long, like I'd got a scoop from the bottom of the frier. Service rating reduced to one star due to your rather unapologetic response. [End of update]

The food here is so fresh and tasty, it's quite pricey, but it's worth it.

Food very nice, but far too expensive for a family of 4. Far too expensive in general. Was impressed with the size of a large fries as it was enough to share between two or three people but £5.95 for just fries a bit pricy. Burgers around £8 each your looking at £20 a head with a drink for a fast food restaurant. Far too much sadly.

I have raised multiple complaints about this order. I’ve been on a diet for quite some time and decided to treat myself to a cheat meal. I can’t tell you how much I was looking forward to this meal, I was practically drooling when it was delivered, that was until I opened the bag and the main part of my order wasn’t in there. I’ve heard nothing in response and I personally think I’ve given more than enough time to get back to me. Poor customer service

Forgot the ketchup and Mayo and over cooked Cajun fries when I ordered plain but I like both so didn’t bother me much. Burger was good as always is.

Usually I have no issues here. This afternoon on a family meal we were greeted with a very miserable looking young woman at the till. (I can forgive that we all have bad days). Then they got my order wrong, and gave me plain chips instead of Cajun. When I took the untouched chips back to replace their error I was told to just season the ones I had and they gave me a pot of Cajun seasoning to sit and do it myself! Note the plain chips was their error. The last I would have expected was a replacement? When you pay almost £50 for two adults and a child you expect better customer service than that. Food was lovely but as always very expensive. Which is fine if we can at least get good customer service as well. Dissapointing
