Food stone cold. Could see on the delivery map the driver was miles away in a different place. Took 90 mins to be delivered. Shocking

Took two hours to deliver despite being advised an hour. Food was cold when it arrived. Phoned restaurant twice to find out would I be better picking up and both times told my order had left when it had not. Just Eat have no easy to contact customer service, both Just Eat and Five Guys are an absolute joke of a pair of companies

Burgers are always great! Having tried many different branches of this restaurant across the country & America... the portion size of the large chips is by far the worst ... we were given a tip to always order the large if 2 people are sharing because it will feed two to 3 people easy... .. glasgow forts branch does not 🤣 feeds 1 at a push .. foods always good tho :)

Never again am I ordering from here. An absolute shambles and a waste of £42. Missing my large cajun fries and a grilled cheese. The other grilled cheese was freezing, soggy and stuck to the foil. Small cajun fries were cold and the burger wasn't cooked properly it was pink! Everything went in the bin, now I'm down £42 absolute disgrace. The only thing decent was the milkshake

We all know 5 guys has good food and worth the money. But I wanted to sing the praises of Deon working at the branch. Girl you saved my life! My phone ran out of charge and Starbucks, Costa and so on told me to jog on as we are not allowed to use the sockets as customer and Deon has taken my phone through the back, put it on charge and kept on checking on me! Legend! And if anyone reading this is going to tell her off for doing so. Don't. She has been running around, wiping, sweeping and managing customers like nobody else! She is a super star and I'm grateful I got to meet you!

Unfortunately the food in my order was cold the other night because it was delivered late. My friend and I watched the delivery driver sitting in his car with his dog for quite some time before getting out and ringing the buzzer. Normally, I don’t mind if the food is slightly late or slightly cold but the fact that my food was clearly sitting in just a paper bag next to a dog in the delivery car left me extremely unimpressed and actually anxious eating the food to begin with.

My order never arrived. Waited over an hour, called the restaurant and they couldn’t do anything. No option cancel. Complete shambles on just eats part

Order was 45 minutes late even though I live near the store. Fried were cold (not lukewarm) and the burger was overcooked, super dry, under seasoned and also cold. The burger was essentially 2 overcooked patties with burnt bacon on a damp, squashed bun. Terrible and won't be ordering here again

Food was due to arrive between 17:10-17:25 but didn't arrive until 17:46. The chips were cold and the milkshake had melted as a result.

Best bacon ever and Cajun chips wow very good

Visited this branch for the first time and really enjoyed it. The girl that placed our order was really friendly, chatty and welcoming. The food as always was very tasty and the branch itself wasn't overly busy and pretty spacious.

I had the Bacon Cheeseburger and Cajun Fries washed down with a Raspberry Shake.

I Came in around today at 6:15 (29/8/24) and it was 10/10 the biggest stand out was the man working the floor, unfortunately I didn’t get his name so hopefully the date and time helps figure out who it was, but from getting me seated and bringing me my food and condiments to offering to bin my empty bag once I was done he really stood out and made my day with a great experience and service better than most sit in restaurants

This is a disgrace, my milkshake was missing, the bag my order was in was open, there was hardly any chips & I know five guys give you loads. I have phone five guys & they have said they gave the driver the milkshake, so this driver has basically been eating the chips & drinking my milkshake.

I really like the burgers from five guys. They are pretty expensive but they are so worth it. I like the fact that you can choose your own toppings plus their fries are just delicious too.

Until they're able to serve me a full fat cherry coke, there's not much reason on getting the super expensive drinks here. They promise milliard cooked beef here and it's hit and miss on that. Still good food, but stupid restrictions make it fall short of a good experience

Drivers a jobsworth, didn’t even have the decency to ask for the code from the house he or she wrongly delivered our food. Now I’m left skint and hungry

Despite over 2 hours notice of order it did not leave 5 Guys until 15 mins AFTER delivery time and consequently was just shy of 30 minutes late in arrival.Driver did NOT read delivery instructions.

One of our drinks was missing. Tried calling restaurant (no answer) the drink was not listed individually so I would have to have said that the whole meal was not delivered which was not the case. Delivery driver did not follow the clear instruction

Food was freezing. Tracked driver on app and he was going all over the place before coming to us. Perhaps the delivery drivers shouldn’t be carrying multiple orders at once for this type of food. Chips were soggy, as was the hot dog bun which was pretty much inedible. Chips portion was smaller than I would be expecting of five guys. Won’t be ordering again, more burger places locally to order from for better quality and service.

I did not receive my food order. I was notified it was almost here and waited at my door and it did not arrive. The tracking showed it was one street away from me and then I was notified my food was delivered. It was not delivered to my address. £30 worth of food for my daughter’s birthday meal disappeared. I called the restaurant and they told me the delivery driver had picked up my order 20minutes ago and they have no further contact with Just Eat after this.

The store itself was great and incredibly clean. However the past 2 times the food has been below par sadly. Everything just tasted incredibly salty. The milkshakes were great as always. The fries (normally my favourite part) tasted like they had been sitting quote some time. Sadly quite an underwhelming meal. I'll definitely try again and hope it's just been bad timings I've went in

Food wasn't delivered but the tracker was updated to say it had been. Now having to request a refund and re-order. Food quality rated as one star as nothing delivered to rate.

My son took me in for my first time . Food was fresh and very very good however far too expensive for a burger and fries . £4.50 for a regular drink is just ridiculous. Kinda place you go once then never return cos you feel like you had your trousers taken down 🤷🏻‍♂️

Chips were horrible disgusting mush. I enjoy fresh Five Guys fries regular or cajun style but they have been disappointing for about a year since they changed from packing them in a bag (nice & crispy) to a plastic cup (soft & sometimes too soggy/inedible) Whoever came up with the idea to put them in a cup (which large portions don't even fit inside) is a clown & they've ruined so many meals. Won't be ordering again that's one too many £6.45 portions of chips in the bin which is a shame because the burgers are good but terrible fries due to poor packaging.

Hot dog was supposed to have melted cheese but there wasn't any. The bacon shouldn't be crispy and hard, would be better if it was soft and tender to eat.

Delivered me someone else’s order

I'm late to the Five Guys party. I think it's become quite the ubiquitous burger joint across the UK now, but living overseas means that this has passed me by. I was delighted to see that they had GF options on the menu so jumped in for my first go. It's always awkward when you go somewhere for the first time and, based on your accent, people assume you are a local and know how things work. This was my experience in Five Guys. Their GF burger is actually a bun-less burger but I got all flustered at the ordering point and didn't quite know what would be coming out to greet me. Being able to get GF "fast food" is always a real treat for me as it's just not possible in France. So, this was a great experience. I'm not a huge fan of the bunless burger per se, but this filled a hole and tasted good. Overall: Pretty standard issue fast food. Great to have GF options available. Good to know it exists but it probably wouldn't be my first choice in an eat-on-the-go situation.

And the cleanest loo of the week goes to five guys glasgow fort best five guys goes to glasgow fort and I have eaten five guys in New York london liverpool glasgow city and Aberdeen this is my favourite five guys staff are so nice loos are spotless and well designed
