expensive but a nice treat, it was awesome.

The time for delivery was changing and going up and up, delivery driver was then rude at door as he didnt knock, he called me to say he was there he then said he was standing there for too long and rudely said give me the code

My order arrived 45 mins later than was originally estimated upon placing the order. My order was cold AND THE BAG WAS OPEN! Had I noticed the 'Five Guys' seal was broken I would've refused it at the door. £20 down the drain, won't be ordering again.

When I was eating, it was so good, brought a smile, and I highly recommend going here

i never got any straws. fuming dont have any in the house. milkshakes are banging tho,other than them straws.

The burgers are completely next level, portion sizes are huge too. Cost a little bit more but dear God it's worth it. Unlimited drinks. More chips than you can eat. Fresh prepared burgers. Cosy seating area

Absolutely ridiculous £60 for 2 burgers and chips with a drink and the order came and was completely wrong not even close. Ridiculous

How can you charge so much, not offer any options for condiments and then ignore a request for condiments, not a single drop of sauce for everyone’s fries.

Food was freezing. Booked delivery for 1720 at 1620, arrived 1818! Phone restaurant and they said the driver had already picked it up at 1706, the restaurant then started to prep the order at 1735!

lady was really polite and very appreciative of the tip and was only one of few who thanked me for the tip so very good experience

Waited 2 and a half hours for delivery

Shambles, ordered as it was up to 45 mins, took me over an hour. It arrived in a Lidl bag for life not a heated one, full thing was very cold and ended up binning it. The milkshake was good but the rest was just a waste of time and money.

Having tried many different branches of this restaurant across the country & America... the portion size of the large chips is by far the worst ... we were given a tip to always order the large if 2 people are sharing because it will feed two to 3 people easy... .. glasgow forts branch does not 🤣 feeds 1 at a push .. foods always good tho :)

Never again am I ordering from here. An absolute shambles and a waste of £42. Missing my large cajun fries and a grilled cheese. The other grilled cheese was freezing, soggy and stuck to the foil. Small cajun fries were cold and the burger wasn't cooked properly it was pink! Everything went in the bin, now I'm down £42 absolute disgrace. The only thing decent was the milkshake

We all know 5 guys has good food and worth the money. But I wanted to sing the praises of Deon working at the branch. Girl you saved my life! My phone ran out of charge and Starbucks, Costa and so on told me to jog on as we are not allowed to use the sockets as customer and Deon has taken my phone through the back, put it on charge and kept on checking on me! Legend! And if anyone reading this is going to tell her off for doing so. Don't. She has been running around, wiping, sweeping and managing customers like nobody else! She is a super star and I'm grateful I got to meet you!

Unfortunately the food in my order was cold the other night because it was delivered late. My friend and I watched the delivery driver sitting in his car with his dog for quite some time before getting out and ringing the buzzer. Normally, I don’t mind if the food is slightly late or slightly cold but the fact that my food was clearly sitting in just a paper bag next to a dog in the delivery car left me extremely unimpressed and actually anxious eating the food to begin with.

My order never arrived. Waited over an hour, called the restaurant and they couldn’t do anything. No option cancel. Complete shambles on just eats part

burgers made up totally wrong. partner has a cheese allergy, cheese on the burger when it was order without. Chips soggy and very poor quality. expect far better.

Food was due to arrive between 17:10-17:25 but didn't arrive until 17:46. The chips were cold and the milkshake had melted as a result.

Visited this branch for the first time and really enjoyed it. The girl that placed our order was really friendly, chatty and welcoming. The food as always was very tasty and the branch itself wasn't overly busy and pretty spacious.

I Came in around today at 6:15 (29/8/24) and it was 10/10 the biggest stand out was the man working the floor, unfortunately I didn’t get his name so hopefully the date and time helps figure out who it was, but from getting me seated and bringing me my food and condiments to offering to bin my empty bag once I was done he really stood out and made my day with a great experience and service better than most sit in restaurants

I had the Bacon Cheeseburger and Cajun Fries washed down with a Raspberry Shake.

This is a disgrace, my milkshake was missing, the bag my order was in was open, there was hardly any chips & I know five guys give you loads. I have phone five guys & they have said they gave the driver the milkshake, so this driver has basically been eating the chips & drinking my milkshake.

I really like the burgers from five guys. They are pretty expensive but they are so worth it. I like the fact that you can choose your own toppings plus their fries are just delicious too.

Until they're able to serve me a full fat cherry coke, there's not much reason on getting the super expensive drinks here. They promise milliard cooked beef here and it's hit and miss on that. Still good food, but stupid restrictions make it fall short of a good experience

Drivers a jobsworth, didn’t even have the decency to ask for the code from the house he or she wrongly delivered our food. Now I’m left skint and hungry

Despite over 2 hours notice of order it did not leave 5 Guys until 15 mins AFTER delivery time and consequently was just shy of 30 minutes late in arrival.Driver did NOT read delivery instructions.

One of our drinks was missing. Tried calling restaurant (no answer) the drink was not listed individually so I would have to have said that the whole meal was not delivered which was not the case. Delivery driver did not follow the clear instruction
