Me and my boyfriend have been going here for years now and have never had a bad meal!! The service is spot on every time and Sarah never fails to putt a smile on our faces! She is an absolute credit to the business, so polite, always smiling and wanting to make sure we are happy which we always are! We always get a fries between us as you’re given enough to feed a small family😂 we always clear the bag there is never anything left and we leave feeling ready for a nap 💤

Great delivery and quick but my condiment was forgotten

Food was excellent but very expensive for what you get.

Very overrated. I had a hotdog and fries, with a peanut butter milkshake. You get loads of fries, the milkshake was good, but the hotdog was rubbish. Staff were very friendly and welcoming

The chips were little bits rather than actual fries, and they were put into a cup where they became soggy. The burger was okay but definitely not worth the price. We paid £75 for four burgers, fries, and a drink for a family of four. I can think of a few places where I could have not only paid a lot less but also enjoyed it a lot more. Sadly, I wouldn't ever eat here again.

forgot all sauces for fries including even sauce one burger, my burger arrived completely soggy due to far too many jalapenos being put on and fries were luke warm. expensive dog food

Top 5 guys burgers as expected. In a very nice Marina setting. Only 15 minutes walk from the camp site too.

Rude staff, they dont allowed my puppy dog , just wanted to give order and wait outside…I am a marina resident and never ever come back again, and try my best to tell everyone on the marina…you have to teach your staff how to communicate with people…

It's just so expensive, so salty but so good.

Very mediocre considering price _ double cheeseburger fries and beer £23.65 total. Burger was overcooked and bun was squashed so much it was dough. Bacon had no flavour and fries were so salty I left them. The sheer Brooklyn brewery was really chemical tasting and not refreshing at all. I don't get the hype for that price you would expect to be blown away not wondering if you will ever go back. Sorry but I had better burgers at bk or McDonald's

Staff absolutely lovely and work hard, shout out to the lady with glasses that worked Friday night the 1st of March who replaced an order that was accidentally miss made.

Great burger as always. There was a mix up with my order, but it was dealt with quickly and professionally.

Not bad. Cheeseburger at just over 11 quid is pricey. It's a very nice burger but not worth that. The chips are shockingly bad (dry and bland) and far too many tossed into the bag at the bottom. It's nice but it's just not worth paying so much for burgers.

They let me order and pay for my food wirh my dog, stand and wait for my food with my dog and then when they gave me my food said I would have to eat outside. In 5 degrees with an icy wind. Either get a sign on the door, or give me the opportunity to go somewhere else that does allow dogs. £22 to eat a burger and fries, in the cold. With the food getting cold before I could finish it.

Good American style burger joint. Expensive but a treat. Can help yourself to monkey nuts. Don't have a vegan option as such apart from a veggie mushroom burger thing. Kids enjoyed it.

What can you say, burgers are gorgeous leave's that lovely taste in your mouth, staff are so happy and helpful, ok it maybe a bit more expensive but worth it

I used to love this place, but 2 burgers, 1 chips, 2 drinks is £40?!? That's insane for a fast food burger place. Whilst it is tasty, and the service was ok, it's just not worth the price. This branch appeared to be well run, tidy and good service in a great location overlooking Brighton Marina.

In the words of Samuel L Jackson, "That is a tasty burger!" . Huge portions of fries, friendly staff but seemed overworked but they did an amazing job. Prices are higher than MaccyD but the quality shows its worth. Great milkshakes, truly a 10 dollar shake!

Best burgers and proper potato fries. Great to go when the storms are raging and watch the waves crashing over the harbour wall while eating a great burger!

It's a fairly standard five guys slightly overpriced okay burgers but is fairly speedy if you need a quick meal.

Visited the Brighton Marina branch on 6th September. Mistook Cafe Rouge for Five Guys as the signs are both red (had left my glasses in the car). Once I finally got to Five Guys I jokingly told the assistant my silly mistake as I didn't have my glasses. Instead of just listening and smiling she immediately offered me a menu card that I would be able to read better. That is what I call a high quality customer focused service; recognising a customers need and meeting it. The assistant is called Alise. Burger was great as always.

Hats off to the member of staff who served us on 02/09/23 at around 21:30. We ordered a milkshake (biscoff/salted caramel/pb) and he made sure there was no traces of bacon after seeing my wife wearing a headscarf. Very accommodating and pleased to see. 👍🏼

Often very good. The fries are sometimes a bit greasy but the burgers are ALWAYS great.

Took a friend who was visiting for the first time here and we both had the milkshake. Loved it

Had a burger (half pounder I'm guessing) chips and a milkshake. It was amazing. Probably the best milkshake and burger ever. The chips were pretty good as well. Only thing I would say is it's a bit pricey.. I'm not saying it should be anywhere near Golden Arches prices, obviously. Because there is no comparison. But a little cheaper and I would certainly go more often.

Great place and delicious taste but it takes a long time to be ready

Admittedly I would never come here for myself but my granddaughter twisted my arm. She enjoyed her food but I think it's expensive for a burger joint. There is no vegetarian choices available.

Typical Five Guys, was pretty quiet when we went despite the marina being busy. Other restaurants were full so chose this option, was more expensive than I remembered.

I stopped here on a Sunday lunchtime for a quick pit stop before travelling home on the train. My sister ordered 2 milkshakes, my cousin a CLT and myself a kids cheeseburger. The restaurant was clean and tidy. Staff were friendly and helpful. Food arrived quickly and was nice and hot. Perfect for a quick hungover meal before travelling home.

Particularly lovely staff in this branch. They’re always friendly and happy to help out, especially Eelin and their Canadian staff member who’s name I sadly don’t know.

Food was OK but experience was ruined by the hostile atmosphere. As we entered the restaurant a group of kids threw chips at us. The staff didn't do anything to help. Would not recommend this restaurant.

Went for dinner during our stay in Brighton. Great service. Burgers tasted outstanding. Loved the lil area they had where you can doodle your own five guys picture. Lovely location on the marina.

It's Five Guys! It's great! But holy hell is expensive for what it actually is. Staff were cool and I'd obviously go back because well, it's Five Guys.

Really disappointed with the taste of the food, especially for the price. It was so expensive, the burger was bland and the fries really over cooked. It does have a lovely view of the harbour and the staff were lovely.

Usual Five Guys experience, great tasting burger, heaps of fries, and quite expensive. Their location is a bit out of the way. I can't help thinking that they would get much more trade in the marina if they moved closer to the Malmaison hotel.

Just bad. Food was OK but service utterly dismal. So disappointing, spent 55 pounds when I could've just spent 18 at McDonald's for a better meal.

My first 5 guys experience, before I went I thought the price was high for a burger wow was I wrong awesome flavor and choice I had the cheese burger with mushrooms and jalapenos wasn't disappointed

The best fast food beef burger I have tried but it's massively overpriced... Only really feasible to do on special occasions in my opinion.

We went Monday morning and were the only couple in there, both enjoyed a large chips, banoffee milkshake and tried the veggie sandwich.. The latter wasn't for us would definitely have perfered a veggie burger or something else but overall was a lovely meal. Slightly pricey but what isn't this, plus American places always are more pricey. Well worth it though, was clean and staff polite. Definitely going again.

The food was really tasty, couldn't be faulted. But it was nearly £40 for 2 burgers, 1 large fries, a milkshake and a beer. If it was £28 I could have swallowed that, but I think it's a bit expensive for what it is.

Great place! Huge space with limited taste

Had a little trip out with the little ones, the place seems nice enough but when ordering just a few burgers and drinks, the price was astronomical. Once we received our food 35 mins later, It was very sloppy and falling apart. For the price paid, I expected a lot more and to plaster over the walls that this was supposed to be the masters of burgers, I have had burgers a fraction of the price elsewhere that turned up much better. My first experience of this place going back a year ago was much better but seems to have gone downhill favouring taking way too many orders than they can handle and producing rushed, slapped-together burgers more like a well-known other franchise close by. For the astronomical price paid, I expected much better!!

Amazing burgers and fries. So tasty and freshly cooked in peanut oil. Choose your burger then customise as to what you want inside. 2 regular skin on fries was enough for 4 of us. Drinks are amazing as you can have Coke Fanta or Sprite with different flavours added eg cherry strawberry etc...and it's unlimited fill up. A little bit more expensive than some other burger paces but so so worth it . believe me..or try it for yourself. Would highly recommend and Definitely return.❣️

Its ok but on the expensive side!

It's clean and airy with great views of the marina, plus the out terrace area is in a good spot on a hot day as plenty of shade is available. The food was done to a very good standard although the beef Patti could have done with a little more seasoning. Portion size was very good but considering that a signature burger, spicey type fries a beer and a milkshake (which was the best part) cost in excess of £25 you may feel a little short change. The staff were very attentive to their customers, smartly dressed and smiled, based on that observation I would believe that the staff enjoy their work which leads to an overall good customers experience.

Delicious burgers, definitely the best out of the fast food options when it comes to burgers and fries. I always go for a five guys on my cheat days :)

having never eaten here i will be kind...my sister kindly trared me to Burger chips and a shake delivered to my door bless her..wot a nightmare 2hrs later my cold sad dreadful excuse of burger turns up stone cold fries Shake on its side in a bag leaking...my sister had to keep updating my delivery time every half hour ..waste of money

Usually great service, but today no fizzy drinks, when I asked the man that was cooking, he was very rude and told me the cold drinks machine wouldn't be fixed anytime soon and had a real attitude problem.

Over priced but a tasty burger, fully customisable, so only put in the bits you want. Good to know, it seems the boxes of peanuts are there for you to help yourself, little tray provided.

The chips are nice, a little salty. The unlimited drink refills and options are good too. You get your food quickly which is helpful if you're in a rush. However, the prices are very high. If you want a cheeseburger, chips and drink, that will cost you about £16-17. The cheeseburgers also taste very plain, there's not much special to them that justifies the cost (£9)

First time and loved it. Burgers were great (bit pricey but tasty/good portions) the chips were amazing and the service was very good 👌
