First ever Five Guys Nice food but pricy

We stopped here for breakfast on our way to Norfolk. The restaurant and parking area is absolutely pristine and the food and service excellent. Shout out to Riley who was brilliant. There's also a lovely riverside walk just off of the restaurant car park which is ideal for dogs to stretch their legs. Great place for a pitstop, highly recommend.

Food was ok. Not seasoned well and quite tasteless for Five Guys. Initially our order was wrong but they remade it immediately so an extra star for that. Not many seats inside which was baffling given the size of the restaurant. There’s more seats outside which is next to the dual carriageway and petrol station - lovely! Very expensive for a lacking quality of food.

The server who was stood outside was totally awesome and so friendly and helpful - this was our first ever Five-Guys experience and we were really pleased.

Love five guys food and the milkshakes. Takes longer than other fast food places due to the cooking methods but it's worth it for the taste. Definitely a great spot to get food when travelling around. New restaurant location so clean, fresh and good parking facilities and a drive through.

Too expensive. Restaurant prices for drive thru basic burgers. Not worth the money, they wanted the same for burger and chips as the hotel restaurant we had just stayed in guernsey charged, certainly not comparable in experience or quality.

Wow! First visit to Five Guys for food, loved the convenience of the order screens however not a clue what to order so sought help at the counter, burger options explained and decided to shared a burger with bacon, cheese, pickles and jalepeno added with fries and a delicious chocolate milkshake, food was excellent, hot, well presented and plentiful, staff were customer focussed and despite being busy the seating area was spotless- so much so we complimented the lady wiping surfaces! Well done five guys we will be back!

Simply some of the best service from the friendliest, most conscientious staff. No other fast food chain comes close.

Stopped on way home so didn't have to cook .quite early so empty. But it was £30 for 2 burgers and tea and normal coffee.

The kindest staff ever !!! Not only was the food served quickly/delicious but all the staff were so smiley, friendly and kind. Thanks so much for making our eve lovely people !!!

Stopped for a bite to eat on a Sunday night coming back. I had the BLT with Extras which was a good deal very tasty, bacon was pretty hard and brittle, so watch your teeth. I had so many extras that I made the bun fall sort pretty quick. Nice to see the fries are made out of plain cut potatoes, they were very nice just the basic option apparently putting too many fruits in the bag is a marking thing, like 'oh my they have is lots of fries here' end result of the bag is full of fries, so I ripped the bag open and let us eat then like a shared packet of crisps 🤷‍♂️ Free refill of fizzy drinks of all flavours was nice especially the decaffeinated options. We ate in, it's not what I'd say is a classy place, it's a functional eatery I mean they had music playing, but was quite chilly, most people seemed to prefer the drive thru.

Never knew five guys had drive thru’s, just saw this on the way back from work and had to stop by. Very good as always

It’s a brand new place, the drive through system is broken so the poor staff member has to leave the building to take orders manually. They have a system set up where drinks only go to the left lane and food and/or drink go in the right lane. But I waited for the same amount of time as the people in the food lane anyway and was served in turn. Overall it’s fine to wait my turn but the system clearly doesn’t work. Could also see 2 employees play fighting with each other instead of doing their jobs. Perhaps I would have got my drink faster if they’d been doing what they were supposed to be. Credit to the guy that was doing all the jobs but the place needs better management to make it run properly. I won’t be back.

Best burgers and shakes but one person who deserves a mention is Rachael every time we come in she never stops and is always happy to help so many places need a Rachael x

Me and my wife came to the dive through tonight. Placed our order only to find that her burger had been made incorrect however one of the staff promptly made a fresh and correct one and apologised for the mistake. offerd us both a free milkshake for the inconvenience. I was very impressed with the food and the even better service

Do not eat here ! Order was incorrect staff were childish and rude by the time the correct order was given partner had eaten their burger cold fries . 27 pounds for a cold meal poorly put together tables were dirty toilets where disgusting. Overall terrible experience avoid at all costs

Came in here on Sunday 9th March for a late night meal as we really fancied burgers. Car park had lots of room and there's an accessible ramp outside for those who can't take stairs. I ordered using the touch screen kiosk which is really great for people who get self consious about being a picky eater. Unfortunately, I found the layout of this quite confusing and ended up ordering a little bacon burger with cheese when I can't eat cheese, and didn't realise my mistake until it was cooked and infront of me. I went to the till and spoke to a lovely woman who took my order number and arranged my meal to be changed free of charge. Both her and the chef who created the new one apologised to me once it was done (even though it was my own fault!). Really grateful for this act of kindness and the new burger was delicious! :-)

Great service and an even bigger smile from the young man who served us, he will go far in life with his positive attitude and making sure customers have the perfect experience. (03.06.24) Visited again today and ate inside - the efficiency was fantastic and the standard of cleanliness was gold standard! Well done Five Guys

Definitely a perceived improvement over other brands. Fairly speedy service. Car parking on site around the back and I drive through for those that prefer.

Stopped here with my girls on way home and easy to park up the server was very welcoming food was amazing

McDonald's being refitted, so looped round to Five Guys. Wish Id just kept going. Rubbish burger, rubbish coffee and flat coke. Expensive too. Really is nothing to commend this chain.

Had to drive through, due to no parking available, which spoilt it, we were going to sit in

A bit expensive but 100% worth every penny. Without a doubt the best fastfood burger and chips we have ever had by a mile. Definitely worth a visit ☺️

Very busy and noisy. Quite pricey but burgers were nice. Small burger was normal size. Large was very big.

Another amazing visit to this restaurant had a cheeseburger and a regular fries absolutely amazing. Lady on floor was really polite and helpful.

The milk shakes were wonderful. Burgers and fries were better than McDonald's but at least twice as expensive. It was ok but nothing amazing.

Fantastic. I've used this place a few times now and whilst pricier than other outlets, it's great quality and always consistent. Drive Thru is really convenient, especially after a long walk in the country.

The staff were very nice but I bought a breakfast sandwich and the bacon was so rock hard that I had to throw the whole thing away Five guys is usually spot on but not on this occasion

Lovely food service just can't get a food purely because its just a pick up so service wasn't really involved sure they were lovely people though otherwise everything was amazing recommend the cajun fries.

never tried a drive thru five guys before so we were excited to try it out since we were in the area. really convenient and fast service and staff were friendly. food was incredible as to be expected!

Easily the best burger place around :-)

The food is really good, Cajun fries are the best anywhere and i could go just for those. it's a little pricey compared to some other fast food places buts its much higher quality and you can customize your food more. The 'normal' burgers are all double-patty so if you want a 'normal-size' burger you'd get elsewhere, ask for the 'Little' versions.

I drove through the drive-thru a bit unprepared as I didn’t have my wallet, and so I had to set up my Apple Pay (after already ordering 🤦‍♀️). Sophie was AMAZING because she waited so patiently for me, and she helped me to set it up. She even continued to reassure me as I was embarrassed for having to make others wait (or feeling that way, at least). She even brought out my food to me after I was able to pay! I appreciate her patience and kindness!

The service was nice enough and the burger was OK, but...... not value for money! It would be stretch to describe this as an upscale drive thru McDonald's and yet it's three times the price. The decor is cheap red and white plastic. On brand perhaps, but definitely second hand Little Chef. Golden arches for me next time (with change in my pocket)

We came in about half five and near immediately after ordering. we got approached by a worker named Rachel, and she was wonderful. I had the soda refill cup and she showed me all the different flavours that each one had, she then told me the best seats to sit in which weren't cold because we were the only ones they're, she was a massive help and brought a positive vibe and atmosphere with her warmness and welcoming. A perfect server, 10/10, and deserves a raise. The food was amazing, and filling.

Lovely food. Tried the kiosk for the first time- very quick and efficient but still excellent customer service from the employees!

Very good with gluten free option. When I ordered at the till my hot dog in a lettuce wrap was done completely separately from the rest of the order and was very good

It's OK, a bit better than Buger King and a whole lot better than Mac Donald. It is still fast food so not great. But it does what it does quite well.

Always love a five guys - this was the first time we have stopped here and it was great. Buggers as always with five guys, amazing and sooooo many fries it was unreal... For us family of 4 there were enough fries with one large portion. Defo be stopping here again!

Only order via computer, but you cannot make many adjustments or take extras as is possible with competitors, service is slow and the atmosphere is poor, you have to talk loudly because everyone is shouting over and over again, including the staff, which is very fierce!!

Food tastes good and portion sizes of fries are great. Service is usually quick and no long waiting times for your order. Plenty of choices of drinks when getting a refillable cup.

Food was greasy and there was long hair in my burger. Bacon was on the burned side of well done. I have been to much better Five Guys establishments.

I recently visited Five Guys and was impressed by the quality of the food. The portion sizes were generous and I left feeling full and satisfied!

My colleague and I stopped for lunch. After eating the burger we both had bowel issues. I definitely won't be eating from there again

Food was great, customer service was spot on (lots of discussion around good mixtures and choices) and the place was spotless. Everyone had a purpose and made sure they worked hard.

We used the drive through at five guys. The service was friendly, however we received our order wrong and it wasn't good quality. The chips were better than other chains but not warm enough, the grilled cheese sandwich was horrendous but the milkshake was good. Its expensive in comparison to other drive throughs and I don't think it's value for money. I would try a burger here to give it a second chance but I would eat in the restaurant.

Spotlessly clean and great food

I'm not a fan of fries, but these were great!! The good thing here is that you can put together your own burger. I think that's great, so less food ends up in the trash. It's not as cheap as the competition but you can watch how your burger is made.

So much better than *any* other chain of burger restaurants or takeaways. I wish it wasn't quite so pricey, but you get what you pay for (£65 for a family of 5) including a large fries between the 5 of us. If I'd realised the "kids" burger was a single burger I probably would have ordered that for myself. This one had pretty much everything apart from the chilli's! 4 stars for service as the whole ordering experience is a little overwhelming - so much choice, plus I feel there could be a more efficient way to communicate the completed orders. But it's a small niggle Popped in on the way to visiting my parents in Norfolk. Technically it requires a slight detour to go past, but it's worth it for your smiles on the kids faces! They're now big fans of five ways five guys. And as my wife pointed out, there's 5 of us in our family! I still would prefer if there was a more efficient way for the order to be taken.. Menus on the table would make life easier. And unless I'm being really daft, it would be fab if there was a way to attach the individual burger in the main order to the number sticker that gets whacked on the burgdr. All seems pretty arbitrary to me. We just worked it out by what was in the burger the receipt. Why not take a name along with the burger order and print that instead.... or print in conjunction with the number of the burger. Anyway, the burgers taste great and the service is top! Try it, you won't regret it! Returned again recently on October 24 and enjoyed a bunless burger tray. (new) Photo attached. Very tasty!

Used the drive through, can't go wrong with 5 guys, not the cheapest but food speaks for itself and always delicious as a treat / guilty pleasure! This 5 guys has a half decent size carpark and very spacious drivethru.

Give Nial a raise if you can. Best customer service I've experienced in a very long time. Food was great, but he seemed legitimately happy to see me & was very efficient. Shame the other two girls seemed miserable.
