Amazing food, great service food was quick, the establishment was very clean. A bit on the expensive side for fast food burger and chips. Bacon in your milkshake another level.

Food was greasy and there was long hair in my burger. Bacon was on the burned side of well done. I have been to much better Five Guys establishments.

Expensive rubbish , very disappointing

I recently visited Five Guys and was impressed by the quality of the food. The portion sizes were generous and I left feeling full and satisfied!

My colleague and I stopped for lunch. After eating the burger we both had bowel issues. I definitely won't be eating from there again

Absolutely fantastic food. I nearly choked when I saw the prices, but it's definitely worth every penny.

Food was great, customer service was spot on (lots of discussion around good mixtures and choices) and the place was spotless. Everyone had a purpose and made sure they worked hard.

Great burgers, limited seating.

We used the drive through at five guys. The service was friendly, however we received our order wrong and it wasn't good quality. The chips were better than other chains but not warm enough, the grilled cheese sandwich was horrendous but the milkshake was good. Its expensive in comparison to other drive throughs and I don't think it's value for money. I would try a burger here to give it a second chance but I would eat in the restaurant.

Spotlessly clean and great food

So much better than *any* other chain of burger restaurants or takeaways. I wish it wasn't quite so pricey, but you get what you pay for (£65 for a family of 5) including a large fries between the 5 of us. If I'd realised the "kids" burger was a single burger I probably would have ordered that for myself. This one had pretty much everything apart from the chilli's! 4 stars for service as the whole ordering experience is a little overwhelming - so much choice, plus I feel there could be a more efficient way to communicate the completed orders. But it's a small niggle Popped in on the way to visiting my parents in Norfolk. Technically it requires a slight detour to go past, but it's worth it for your smiles on the kids faces! They're now big fans of five ways five guys. And as my wife pointed out, there's 5 of us in our family! I still would prefer if there was a more efficient way for the order to be taken.. Menus on the table would make life easier. And unless I'm being really daft, it would be fab if there was a way to attach the individual burger in the main order to the number sticker that gets whacked on the burgdr. All seems pretty arbitrary to me. We just worked it out by what was in the burger the receipt. Why not take a name along with the burger order and print that instead.... or print in conjunction with the number of the burger. Anyway, the burgers taste great and the service is top! Try it, you won't regret it! Returned again recently on October 24 and enjoyed a bunless burger tray. (new) Photo attached. Very tasty!

I'm not a fan of fries, but these were great!! The good thing here is that you can put together your own burger. I think that's great, so less food ends up in the trash. It's not as cheap as the competition but you can watch how your burger is made.

Used the drive through, can't go wrong with 5 guys, not the cheapest but food speaks for itself and always delicious as a treat / guilty pleasure! This 5 guys has a half decent size carpark and very spacious drivethru.

Quick service and good food, the staff were friendly and cleaned an available table pretty quickly. It was busy for a Friday evening and a short wait for a table but nothing ridiculous.

Their burgers really are quite good. They're also very expensive for burgers. I'm not completely sure that the equation is properly balanced. Are they worth the money? Probably not! Will I go to Five Guys again? Yes I probably will...As a very occasional treat. The veggie option is really very limited. Two singular toilets in this kind of establishment isn't a great idea either. It might sound like I'm really down on Five Guys. I'm not but you really shouldn't have to take out a mortgage to have a family burger meal!

The team here work really hard and are very polite but in comparison to the Cambridge store, there's a noticeable difference when it comes to food. The chips we were given didn't even fill up the cup and normally these are full with several more loose in the bag. The taste and portions are unfortunately alot better in the Cambridge store so when you are paying prices like this for a fast food burger and chips meal, I'd not opt for this store again unfortunately.

Delicious burger, cooked to perfection, Cajun chips are amazing and my milkshake was fab, thank you to the young girl who worked at 5 guys for her combination suggestion. Great service by staff who enjoy their jobs. I definitely recommend.

Broke down in the drive through, staff came out gave me a push and then jumpstarted my battery. I was very impressed with there attitude and help. Meant so much to me when I was stuck. Amazing staff, great people

Sopped here for breakfast and we were not disappointed ! The staff were friendly and polite and the food was very prompt. The restrooms were very clean and well looked after a credit to who ever is in charge of these, The food we had was a breakfast bap this was wrapped in silver foil which kept it nice and hot we all so had a potion of chips and they were fresh cut chips made on site and it was a very generous portion. The food was a lot nicer than certain other burger outlets and no processed either. We done 5 Guys We couud do with one in Kings Lynn!

Low star rating due to the expensive meal we had that tasted no different to a burger king! £38 for 2 cheeseburgers, 2 chips, 1 coke zero. First time trying five guys and definitely the last. Food was OK but tasted no different to a burger king. We sat in the waiting bay reading their messages they have printed on their window " great burgers " I don't know how you can rate something that's wrapped in tin foil as it would come from a lay by burger van so high and charge such ridiculous prices.

You can choose from a variety of toppings at no extra cost added to your burger to suit your taste. The burger patties are fresh, textured and tasty. Excellent quality and price. Also right next to a river walk. An ideal stop if you need a break from driving

The food was amazing and it was worth every penny.Freshly made with high quality ingredients.you can choose what you want to put in the burger,it even has grilled mushrooms!!the fries are very big portion and very nice and you even get refillable soft drinks!the stuff were really helpful and polite and the service was fast and really good and the atmosphere as well.we were really pleased and we will be visiting again soon.

Five guys was by far the best burger selling fast food I have been to in a while. Burger was cooked to perfection and order was all correct. Staff are happy and chatty and always have a smile on their faces when serving you which is nice to see 😊

So we was on our way back from an event and everyone wanted five guys. Tash(assuming supervisor) was taking our orders She was so lovely, professional and friendly. Would come back just for the same service. Tash is a credit to your store and is a delight to deal with.

I think with there being a drive through as well, this impacted in the dine-in service as well. Overall, same quality in food, can never complain about that.

Still great! The mix on the coke zero, from the drive through, is still wrong! Doesn't taste right at all. Second time of having it over a couple of months and it's rubbish. Self serve machine is fine though. So new place opened 5 days when I went there. So as expected it was jam packed. However the design of the tiny car park and the drive through is a disaster. I don't think this will ever be a great experience unless the place is empty. The food as always is great though and I'll drive the extra 10 miles to do drive through rather than going into the centre of Cambridge Update: have been again. The drive through wasn't as busy so none of those issues with the car park etc. the service was excellent! The food as always is superb! Highly recommend

I was pleasantly surprised by the service. Greeted with a smile, made to feel welcome. Coffee was great, too many chips for a small portion, prefer fewer and cheaper. Hot dog could have been bigger for the price .Music was too loud. Toilets very clean . Visited on a Sunday.

Crazy, too expensive, nearly £25 for a burger, regular fries and a milk shake. My Granny would be turning in her grave at these prices. Thought the experience might be worth the extra expense but really nothing very special to warrant the cost. Back to McDonalds from now on the rare occasion I fancy a burger.

Great place, I like that you can tailor your burger toppings for free. I'm knocking a star off the food because the chips are frankly way too expensive. Also, I chose the cajun style and it was excessively spicey for me and I am a real chilli lover. I would suggest offering a light, medium or heavy dusting of spice when customers order.

It was very quiet when we went in. It was 10:30 on a Friday night. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
