Five Guys in Bromley

I’ve been given a completely different order for a different street, asked for my name and code. Yet I have the wrong order

It is genuinely embarrassing how bad the staff are here. They can barely read, speak or understand basic English and are so rude!

Burger was made out of gristle was not good first time bad one but spending nearly 20 for a burger it needs to be spot on really!!!!

First time visit! Fresh and delicious fries. 🍟 Cheeseburgers were tasty, with plenty topping options. Tables, floor and toilet were clean. Overpriced burger but it was good experience. Friendly and attentive service from Rosie/Rebecca.

We’ve eaten here several times now and have always been very happy with our meal. The food is always really good and if there’s ever an issue with anything ordered they replace it no questions asked. Their chips are the best and large really is a large portion - service is OK but could be better if I’m being completely honest.

Tracking map did not work properly

Overpriced food and just not that great. Expected so much more considering the price and hype when the store first came to nugent. I really wanted to give these guys another try, but I can't justify the cost.

Delivery driver called as they went to the wrong place so marked it as complete and then drove here after researching address

Fries were overcooked to the point of tasting bitter.

Never received the order. Poor customer service. For the amount you charge for a burger, fries and shake (30GBP), you should do much better!

Five Guys burgers are always good. Long wait for the to go order. Probably due to the number of delivery motorcyclists collecting orders. I would choose another location if you don't have time to spare.

I have a food intolerance to mushrooms and there are mushrooms in my burger

Amazing snack time experience here. My kid likes the chips here as they are made very fresh and burgers are delightful, they also offer roasted peanuts which are ready to eat to customers for free which is great. We visit very often and would recommend everyone for a family relax time with food

Driver was delivering, but static for 10 minutes then went the opposite direction and finally delivered to me. Chips cold by the time it arrived. Dissatisfied customer. Won’t be using justeat for a while after last 2 orders have been delayed or wrong

Only half the order received. The delivery guy couldn’t help & suggested ringing the restaurant. However, despite continuously ringing, there was no answer!

I ❤️ five guys, buy it all the time, I think the quality if the best around, so I don't mind paying extra for it. However the amount of chips we now get is really disappointing. Ordered on deliveroo and got a large which is meant to be for 3/4 people..when it arrived there was only a cup full. Which is significantly less than usual. Everything else was lovely. But I'll not be going back as regularly now.

burger was dreadful - chips dried out - bad experience - NOTHING like the in house food

Can't remember a more frosty Service from the girl at the counter. Burger prices are expensive but good quality.

Rude arrogant staff, definitely skipped the customer service training.

Stopped on my way home. Closes at 10 but was in there at 9.45. Served by the most arrogant female, obviously peeved that I dared to expect serving. Male member of staff sweeping floor and emptying the dustpan using his hands and then handling my bun without changing his gloves. I asked him to replace my bun as he'd handled it after picking up rubbish from the floor. The female staff member rounded on me saying he had gloves on as if that's ok! I was astounded at her arrogant rudeness and this put my back up. When I asked for the manager she walked away completely ignoring me. This did nothing to endear her to me and when the manager did come to speak to me she came at me, pointed her finger shouting that I was rude. He then shouted at her to go away. It's bad enough that a burger and fries is more than £15 which made me question why I was there in the first place but to be served by such a outstandingly ignorant person was too much. Without question I will not be going back. Hygiene standards are extremely low, no matter how good the burgers are, you still take a chance on your health.

Took my money but never recieved my order! Absolutely fuming and no one was any help when rung the restaurant would not even bother ordering and wasting your time/money.

They were extremely generous with the fries and the order itself was completely perfect

The food was a mess when it come and was very cold so wasn't nice at all I'm very disappointed!!

Drink had fallen over and lid fell off so most of it was missing and made the fooda and bags a mess.

Food is as expected. Expensive and empty during the day. Has upstairs dining.

Very expensive for what it is! Bags of potatoes on show, not the best decor & looks like they've no storage. Tables were dirty. Food was extremely greasy served in foil wrappers, don't like my chips with skins. Haven't & won't be back again! Front doors were open so it was cold eating in!

Great burgers, generous fries and good humoured staff! My grandson loves the burgers and keeps asking to go back! Be aware it's not a cheap deal so maybe not the place if you're on a budget.

Yeh its very good and love the fresh cooked burgers here plus the massive portions of fries its just the price. £28 for 1 small burger, 1 hot dog, 1 large fried and a refillable drink. Payed £8.65 fot this bacon cheese dog ! Better value burgers offered closely in the retail park.

Patty gets way too soggy, might be worth considering packing this separately to the patties, ries weren't very hot

Terrible service order turned up with 2 drinks and a milkshake missing the driver lied and said he was going back to get them but never returned when I called the restaurant the staff member who answered was shockingly rude when I asked if he could send this items with another driver he refused when I put in for a refund just eat did not refund me my money I would advise anyone to check your order at the door

Terrible, the burger is literally two buns and two patties, nothing else!!!! What’s going on??

As five guys go, this one doesn't quite hit the mark.

It’s never too busy, I believe that’s the reason for being one of the nicest Five Guys I usually go :)

The food is an absolute disaster - ordered the grilled cheese sandwich…being a vegetarian there weren’t many options. Got the yellow burger cheese which was not grilled, but has melted in a burger bun! Interesting bit was the sesame burger bun was turned inside out (to make it look like a sandwich I guess 🤦, the I’m assuming someone must have stamped on it to look like it was toasted!!! 0 tasted, tried to dip it in lots and lots of mayo and ketchup to get something out of it but couldn’t eat half. Paid £6 for a cheap yellow burger cheese 0.10 a piece, and a small, cheap sesame bun 0.30, total value 0.40 and probably 0.10 extra for whoever made an effort to stamp on it! Never again

Personally, I found the food rather expensive for what it was. The location was very lacking in the atmosphere, and we mainly served ourselves apart from collecting the food in a brown paper bag.

Soggy burgers and stale chips. Disappointing.

Delivered hot and speedily, might be an idea to wrap the patty separately as it makes the bun a bit soggy but otherwise lovely

Great food fast service and always a good treat

Someone must have spilled the chip seasoning bottle in the chips. Covered so much we couldn’t eat. Burgers were not as good as we have had before with some of the condiments not included. Worst meal had from here

Portion size for chips was slightly less than if you eat in, but the burger, fries and shake were all up to the usual great five guys standard. Expected delivery time changed and the courier appeared to be sat wailing for 10 minutes, which was strange; but all in all a good experience and I would order again

Bought from Nugent, Orpington. Chips were soggy & tasteless. The burger was ok - bit of a squashed mess. A Five Guys burger & chips doesn’t warrant the cost - it is far too expensive for the quality of it. A much cheaper McDonald’s would have been a better choice! Sadly, I won’t be buying another Five Guys burger & chips. Not worth the time or the money! Very poor quality!

The best five guys I have been to

Honest opinion, overpriced for what you get , a greasy bag for £30 , first and last time for me . Bought a hot dog a cheeseburger and a portion of overcooked chips. All chaked in a paper bag like rubbish, I think the bin in my kitchen looks better, well that's probably how they eat in America . McDonald's is alot better presenting the food . Taste . No doubt the burger was good and the hot dog was outstanding but still £30 for a burger a hotdog with a bunch of potato chips not worth it .

Ask for delivery as soon as possible but when the food was delivered it was cold when reheated it was hard and not edable contacted store was told I should contact just eat for a refund which I done with a reply of will email in a couple of days as that meal was a 70th birhday treat for my sister and brother in law who is not very well so cannot go out to eat we ordered Chinese costing me a extra amount I was then told by email from just eat that they would refund me half the price for the five guys bill I replied that sorry that was not good enough and I wanted a full refund for the food I throw away no reply from that email but half my bill amount was refunded into my bank anyway I have emailed five guys who while admitting that the cold food could be down to the restaurant or just eat I still had to take this matter up with you I have spent a lot of time trying to find a phone number for you with no luck I am not happy with the treatment of passing blame backwards and forwards between the two company's with a lots we are very sorry for you trouble but we'll I am asking again for a full refund or a hot replacement order from five guys if no reply from this in the next two days then I will contact orpington s local newspapers with my problem with five guys and just eat

Standard five guys restaurant - as always the burgers are great and the fries taste good too. One mark down on the service as the lady at the till was more interested in doing something else rather than serving me

Tasty, hot food as expected but very light on the chips? Not the usual generous serving that 5 guys are known for. A bit disappointing, I don't think I'll order online here again.

Everything was very good, but The chips were unreal. Defo worth five stars 👍
