Had to come on to praise Elliott as he went above and beyond with my gluten free (coeliac) allergy order. I’ve always found Five Guys good for allergen handling but it’s even more comforting having such a helpful member of staff. Burgers and fries were great as always.

First time visitor to five guys. Wasn’t expecting much but boy was I mistaken! The little hamburger with bacon and onions and mustard and ketchup! Full of flavour and deceptively filling! The quirky little extra of monkey nuts in a little tray is perfect for nibbling! Great staff and didn’t have to wait long! I would and will choose this over McDonalds any day!!

This has been open in Northampton for a while now, but I haven’t been until now. As good as all Five Guys I’ve ever been to. Good all freshly cooked and fully customisable. Fries portions are giant, you can easily share a regular between two of you so order a small if eating solo. Refillable drinks have lots of options. Restaurant is spacious with lots of seats, only minor criticism I’d have is that it was cold inside, but I do feel the cold so might be perfectly fine if you’re not like me! Service prompt and friendly.

Popped in a few weeks ago as I'm a big fan of Five Guys and was SO excited when I found out there would be one in my home town. I was not disappointed - despite there being quite a long wait (understandable, there was a fair on nearby) the food was delicious, they always give you so many fries (Cajun are a must) and the burgers just melt in your mouth. Despite being a little pricier than other fest food chains, you get what you pay for, the refillable drinks options are an excellent addition that other places don't provide, and you get so much choice. Also where else can you choose so many burger toppings for no additional price - I will be back.

Five guys do definitely do great burgers and fries, although they can be on the pricey side! For a bacon cheeseburger with fries and an unlimited drink it came to £16 (April 2022)

More staff than customers at dinner time should have been a warning. Ordered single and double cheese bacon burger. One regular fries. 2 drinks as no bottles wasn't given a cup to help ourselves. £28.50!!!!!!!!! Not worth half the money. Skin on fries in a cup, which wasn't full. Chips warm, some undercooked. Bacon is shards of rock hard bacon. Burgers are BBQ'd so they tasted lovely but just don't justify the price. Won't be returning. Would rather buy good quality beef burgers and grill them at home, as that is exactly what they tasted like. The drinks were £3.55 each. Beware when ordering one each. I would have happily shared one. I

This restaurant is one of the best restaurants I have ever eaten at, it was simply outstanding. Environment, Food, and Customer Service are all top-notch. I went there for the first time at 7 pm and it seemed to have replaced the old Frankie and Benny’s. I went inside and there was virtually no cue but still people inside it -Not too much, not too little- When I went the cashier (Thomas) was very friendly and welcoming. He understood my order and heard me. I ordered the Little Bacon Cheeseburger with Ketchup, Extra Bacon, and Extra Cheese, I also got small fries and the Coca-Cola Freestyle machine (more on that later). In total it was £13.85 which is slightly expensive for 1 burger but it was worth it in the end. Thomas said it would take 5-10 minutes but it ended up taking 3 minutes which is amazing! The cooker called out my number very clearly and checked that I ordered a little bacon cheeseburger. I got my cup and ketchup and went to the coke machine. It worked well and everything tasted authentic. The cup lifts were very good as well. I walked out of the restaurant and checked the bag and everything was there. When I got home I ate it and it was the best burger that I have ever eaten.

Simply the best cafe in Northampton with a variety on the menu to suit everyone l! Fresh food that is a great portion size and has never ever been a poor experience in every order I’ve made it’s been 10/10. The lamb shank is my absolute favourite and the breakfasts are amazing not forgetting the sticky toffee pudding!!
