Five Akhi's in Milton Keynes

Small joint with not much indoor seating but in good weather you can spill over to the outdoor seating. Burgers are so loaded and simply the best in MK. Combine it with the choice of fries and you have got a winning combination. Absolutely flavourful burgers that are so filling. Worth the money you pay for them.

Fantastic beef burgers, and veggie burgers. Great independent burger joint, found after searching for somewhere quick to eat after visiting relative in MK hospital. What a find!!! 5 * for 5 Akhis!

Ordered 2 burgers via their app, they called around 20 min after and asked me for my long card number to process a refund! LONG CARD NUMBER! the guy on the phone said that they need to refund me as they can’t provide the service for some (unexplained) reason. I didn’t give them my card number and asked to refund me via app Or to take 6 digit ac number and sort code like every other business does for refunds but apparently they needed all details for this refund.. very suspicious.. asked to deliver the burgers another day as I don’t trust this practise (working with refunds on daily basis and never had to push a customer to give me their long card number and expiry date, not sure if it’s even legal to do that tbh) they delivered the food next day without apologies without even a can of soda as compensation… very low lever of customer service, good food but won’t use them again for safety reasons and if I’m actually hungry I don’t want to wait 24 hours for the delivery of a burger

This place had been recommended to me so when me and the two blokes were hungry at well past our lunch time we called in. The young man who greeted us was polite helpful and friendly. He explained everything quickly and thoroughly. Nice clear menus choices we ordered and paid , we went to sit in the outside seating area. Now this is not flash, it’s just a bit of paving in a covered area, the back entrance to two other business. BUT it was very clean and absolutely fine . Our food took about 15 mins to arrive but we’d been told to expect that as it is cooked fresh. It arrived served in spotless metal tins. Huge potions. Piping hot. We had burgers and fries with some chicken wings. Cheesy chips were so good. So much cheese. The smoky wings were meaty tasty and lots of sauce, the burgers were delicious, messy, juicy and tasty. One of my companions says maybe the best burger he’s ever eaten, and I can’t challenge him. Great place. Highly recommend. Clean , good prices, great service and the food is as good as they say. Great work lads. :)

The staff at Five Akhis are very nice and the chips were nice and crispy, with truffle salt they tasted great but sadly this took a turn. I think serving burgers medium rare is not a good idea. When we got home we were sick (firing from both ends as they say). To be fair to them they do ask that how they serves and it was my mistake for not telling them to cook it more. Considering the location they should move to bigger premises considering it’s popularity and offer customer toilets. The price also was somewhat shocking two burgers chips and drinks came To £37!! Finally I would say that they need to be mindful of the music they play which contained a lot of swearing and inappropriate material especially when kids around.

I had a burger here yesterday and it actually blew me away just how good it was. It's only a tiny takeaway with not a lot of seating, yet they cooked me quite possibly the best burger I have ever had. I don't think I'll ever find a better burger. I'm just staying in Milton Keynes for the week and I wish I could take the place home with me. I'm hoping to go for another burger before I go home tomorrow because honestly I've never had such a juicy and tasty burger. They are all cooked medium rare but luckily that is exactly how I like it. They absolutely nailed it! The picture just doesn't do it justice. They are so good it's like some kind of voodoo burger magic I think.

100% loved the burger options and will deffo be back! Lots of options although not easy to amend on Uber eats app

Ordered takeaway from this establishment & the food blew my mind. Whilst the menu was not large, the quality of the burgers was first class. Delicious & perfectly cooked. The added bonus was the delivery was free.

Best burgers around by far! I had the Juicy Lucy burger with cheese baked in the middle of the burger - delicious. Meat tender, cheese amazing, burger and bun quality top notch. It tasted so good. The shakes and soft drinks are excellent too. Tried again the next week with some wings and chips - the wings were absolutely banging tasty and the chips were crispy and spicy (I got spice on top!). Both times I got takeaway as I was in a hurry for lunch, but the place was busy! If you are considering visiting, please do - the food is so good!

Chicken burger was much better😋 than Shugary Lucy burger 🥵😖🍔!! 🙄😌 Overall chips were tasty but chicken burger Yummy 😋

Oh very nice lovely food very helpful staff can't wait till our next visit there isnt lots of sitting if you want to sit inside because it gets busy and table fill up quick ..parking lots of it
