Fit Food Shack in Liverpool

If you are a foodie then you must try this place. I had falafel with chili sauce, sweet potato fries and homemade slaw.They have an amazing menu and the taste of food is also delicious.The food tastes really good.The staff were also friendly and attentive.I would really like to visit it again. Very unsatisfied! I ordered food - firstly the delivery was late, but not only that the food wasn’t event given to me. The driver claimed to of phoned me when he arrived but he did not. Then the restaurant made me go to them in order to get the food. When i arrived we was told the driver was arguing with a staff member about wanting to deliver the food again because he needed the money - should of done it in the first place. I was also told that I was the third customer to be complaining today! This is not a good sign... Upon getting the food it had a hair in it and also not good quality for the price. Really unhappy with my experience and will not be ordering again. However, the reason for giving a generous one star is that the lady on the till was extremely polite, kind and also was very apologetic - she was the only one with the knowledge of customer service.

Cool place in the city centre. Serves great food with macro info on the boxes (handy if you're dieting). Staff seem to know what they're talking about and provide a quick and efficient service!

Encontré este lugar después de pasar unas cuantas veces y está en la planta baja y parece un sótano, pero era sorprendentemente ligero por dentro. Puede elegir la combinación de ingredientes que desea y el tamaño de la porción, luego se la cocinan de manera eficiente. Very nice food, in good quantity. The place is pricey but ... hey if you want to eat great food that fit your workout diet ... you have to invest right ?!! Recommanded whether you go to the gym or not :)

Good food, good prices and lovely staff. The fact they publish all the macro info for the food to make it easy to track is an added bonus if you're into that kind of thing.

Expect a small wait for the food but that's because they seem to make everything to order. The food here is really nice and for the majority of the food you can order is doesn't feel you have to sacrifice taste to eat well.

The smell in this place is enough to stick around. Staff are friendly, food is reasonably priced and tastes great. There is a little wait but it is worth it. Free WiFi, toilets and seating are all available for use. Great place.

Yo sólo trabajo al otro lado de la carretera y una o dos veces ir una vez a la semana para el almuerzo diario especial o un plato del menú de comida para llevar. Todo ultra ingredientes frescos y preparados y cocinados, mientras que ver a los chefs.

A game changer in the business district with loads of healthy food options. The super scramble is a breakfast favourite as is the medium box with chicken and halloumi for lunch. Not forgetting the FFS sauce!!!!

Great food and so tasty too! I’ve tried many things and the wok box is my fave. Honey chicken and spinach wrap also fab! Eat my lunch here about 3 times a week it’s that good.

You will find FFS in a good location, opposite more or less Moorfields Train Station entrance (Old Hall Street), clean, friendly and helpful staff. We take our professional football Clients after training and they not only buy in store, but at the same time purchase meal plans to take away.. The best of it's kind we have come across on Merseyside.

I have worked on Old Hall Street for around 20 years and the arrival of Fit Food Shack is a much needed addition to the local food scene. The food is great and I usually start the day with a super scramble (eggs with feta, tomato and spring onion) or a basic simple scramble with the addition of a couple of chicken sausages - even the coffee is really good. Lunch time allows you to choose from a special of the day or to build your own lunch from a list of healthy chef prepared ingredients. My personal fave is the chicken & halloumi plus spinach & peppers with sweet potato fries and FFS sauce. The special of salt & pepper chicken (pic included) is also a firm favourite. I sometimes even grab a steak and rice box from the fridge for tea as an alternative to a take away. All in all its a great place and staff are really good. Keep up the good work chaps.

The only place I know of that serves healthy food as take out (I can't really think of any sit in places either to be honest). A bit pricey but nice when you know you need some greens! Also dealt really well with a complaint that I had. Were courteous and prompt with rectifying the problem.

The food here is amazing and sooooo tasty you've just got to try it ASAP... I've had the Chilli Beef (spectacular), Chicken and Spinach Curry (tasty sensation), Chicken in Chilli and Tomato Sauce (Wow smoking Hot Hot Hot) and a Chicken Fit Wok (Superbly delicious) No more sarnies for me just awesome and Fabulicious food... Missed lunch, nipped down to the passport office, couldn't get in, stumbled across this place on the way back to Vernon Street. I was initially tempted by a protein shake to take out, but succumbed and ordered Steggs - a 5oz steak, 4-egg scrambled eggs and two pieces of toast from the all day breakfast menu, whilst my colleague had a box with wholemeal pasta, chicken, broccoli, tomato sauce and the like. Now it's clearly aimed at people who've just been working out, not people who've just been to Court, although the adrenaline levels might be similar. The food is designed to be healthy, protein heavy and reasonably priced, but it was also tasty, and set me up for a long drive back home. The fact that the food comes in a box, with plastic cutlery, makes eating the steak and eggs a little more challenging, which makes me wonder whether it would have tasted as good if it were silver service, but absolutely no complaints from either of us. It's 5 or 6 minutes walk from the Court, but that won't stop me from wandering down next time I'm in Liverpool to start to work my way through their protein shake menu, and they have an interesting range of post-gym foodstuffs to try. I know that as a suit, I'm unlikely to be the traditional customer to Fit Food Shack, but I'm in Liverpool regularly, and I suspect that I'll be uttering the letters FFS in an altogether more positive way if I'm hungry.
