Fish Shop in Barnsley

Excellent chip shop with good food and interesting history.

Absolutely lovely kebabs and pizza, always seems to be hot on arrival, a little on the expensive side for kebabs however.

Can't speak for food. Comment more about ability to get and keep business. Called there just before 5pm and told not open but would take 20 mins for everything to warm up anyway before could start cooking. Seems they lost an order for sake of being ready to serve at their advertised opening time!

Why are you temporarily closed? I love this place please dont close for ever

Had delivery and ordered chicken maryland & liver & chips but without the chips as the other dish came with them. Gravy was very very salty and also the liver which was just short of £7 came with x6 2 inch pieces. I phoned and asked to speak with manager and I heard her say that she was too busy. My 80 year old mum also had a delivery the other week and they sent her curry by mistake which she hates and the manager said tough that is what you ordered and put the phone down on her
