Bit of a strange place at first but when the band started and people started pouring in the place come alive. Extremely cheap aswell. A must if in Kendal.

Brettargh HoltAttended a wedding reception at The Villa. Seems like a really nice spot. Service was good. Food was excellent. The car park and other access routes could benefit from a couple of loads of Type 1 and a whacker plate. The outside lights for the access routes need a lot of bulbs replacing.

Main St, HawksheadSat inside as it was a wet evening. Pleasant enough but it did have a lingering lavatory smell on the day we visited. I'd sit outside next time. Large TV on which was distracting from any ambience there otherwise might have been.
