Cheese wasnt nice and i just got a box of beans on my potato

Use often for pizzas, tandoori, beef jalfrezi and chicken tikka masala 🤤.

Don't have to wait long for order and the price is very good

Foods lovely but delivery time is very long.

Collected 2 kebabs from here got home to find both drenched in grease. Had 1 mouthful and had to throw away.

When purchasing my food I saw my food microwave then going on Nan not recommended

My husband and I used this takeaway for many years but unfortunately the food really went sub standard, friends also said the same. I have recently ordered food from here and I must say its is brilliant, especially their tandoori. Well done to you all.

Unprofessional chefs with appalling customer service skills, rather of had a pot of boiling stones

When purchasing my food in the shop I seen the man remove my kebab on a nan from a microwave due to my anxiety I couldn’t bring myself to say anything and thought this must be what they do to then being I’ll and having an upset stomach won’t be going again

Ordered a takeaway using their discount text message, the food arrived within 30 minutes and I have to say way stunning .. first choice needs to be everyone's first choice .. keep up the great work guys

We come here religiously but our takeaway tonight was terrible, kebab had hardly any salad, asked for extra sauce but tasted like there was none, tandoori chicken was left on the bone, shish chicken was chewy, ended up leaving half the kebab Thats just the kebab, onion rings were stone cold and the wife's curry wasn't very warm either Really disappointed, we come here most Fridays and normally don't have a problem

I think tonight will be the last night I order from first choice which is a shame as i used to like the place and they will loose money. Don't ever order on a Friday or Saturday night.. had a well done pizza that was as dry as a bone few weeks back and was promised a discount which I never received. Anyway, had a kebab tonight and probably never had anything like it before. Doner meat was just a pile of dry shavings, shish was welllllll overdone and burnt, chicken tasted about 3 days old, no cheese and garlic in the naan like I paid for, no mint sauce and chips were still frozen in the middle. I went to pick it up to try save the 2 hour wait and cold food but hey ho .. atleast the dogs happy £14 later 😊

I asked for the double perroni pizza to be baked extra, explained that the stringy cheese makes me feel sick. Also where was the extra pepperoni. There was one large piece on each slice. No taste to it neither. I m not happy with the food at all. Listen to the customer over the phone and you go against what I requested.

food used to be cheap here could get some average food for under a tenner but they put prices up and didn't improve the food

Worst kebab ever! I want my money back! Salty, salty, salty! Bits that weren't salty were burnt to crisp! Salad was poor as well! Avoid at all costs!

We received a menu and thought we give a try. I had kebab chips and cheese which was nice and enjoyed it. My partner ordered onion bhaji they seemed over cooked and hard he also had a lamb phaal the curry was lovely he said but the lamb was horrible bit like leather. Delivery was quick and all the food was hot still when it arrived. We will use again it could be a one off because all the other feedback is good

Best curry's and garlic bread around. Always friendly and polite. Missed my chips off order but i couldnt get the order up to check if id missed them off or they had. Phoned up to check. Promptly sent chips......with print out to show id actually missed them off. Didnt charge though and was very polite. Thanks 😊 will definitely keep as my regular

For some reason I found myself wanting a phall, this place more than delivered. Food arrived hot, before the estimated delivery time & as far as it is possible I did enjoy the phall (stupidly spicy as expected) with generous amount of lamb.

Cheap and clean. Curries are pretty good but the kebabs are excellent

Don't often leave reviews, (you have to Impress me) but the takeaway we had tonight was brilliant, easily restaurant quality and couldn't fault it. A few of us ordered a range of food from the menu and everything was nicely cooked with good portions and the bonus was not waiting long for delivery.

Kebab is very inconsistent. can be one of the nicest kebabs in derby, but its mainly one of the worst. when its the worst it has hardly no flavour, full of grease. extremely dry and chewey. inedable most times.

Came about 10:30pm for a pizza and Chips. Absolutely amazing pizza😁 really spot on it was. The guys even bought it out to me in my car . Five star service would definitely recommend and will be back. Nice on Boys.

Ok, this is the best curry house for takeaway, it is total quality, great staff, and value for money, I've ate currys all over uk , and in all fairness, I've never had a bad one, but this I rate as NO1, 👍👍👍👍👍

Tried the curry and it's totally put me off, am feeling ill sweating the food was very salty and powdery with tiny bits of chicken, no taste. Chicken tikka masala if they cant get that right then it says alot.

Rude workers. Completely ignored me when i popped in for a bag of chips. I order from here all the time for delivery never again. The mem were so rude . They were not wearing masks or gloves which i get they dont have to but looking at how dirty it was. I'd want them to wear gloves they didnt even have nets on their hair or beards will NOT be ordering from here again. Seriously need to clesn there business up

When will First Choice stop spamming my phone. I never agreed to marketing being sent to my phone. They used to have an opt out option which I tried to use on several occasions. They then got rid of this making it impossible to stop the messages. They have clearly never heard of GDPR. Talk about a way of annoying customers. I wouldn't use them on principle now.

The food was excellent good quality the garlic bread was so delicious.

Terrible.... Been very regular to this place yet waited two hours!!!!! When the food arrived it was disgusting and had to be binned.... It was cold and chewy.... What a waste of money.... Extremely disappointed!!!! If they're busy get another driver don't fob off regular customers.... Absolutely Disgusting.... Won't be returning!!!!!!!!!!

Great take away, very helpful and polite. Great service, excellent customer service and care, excellent food. I would like to give them six stars, would recommend this take away to anyone.

Ordered a chicken bucket, the chicken was grey and slimey. Staff uninterested when called to complain but managed to get a full refund if I promised not to leave a review or post on social media. The whole family been sick with tummy ache and diarrhoea since! We never complain but this was another level of abysmal. Never again!!!!

Arrived after an hour and 15 minutes (bearing in mind I only ordered 2 small chips, 2 fudge cakes and 2 cans of coke. Fudge cake was freezing and had to make it ourselves. Cans had gone flat and chips were freezing (no Salt, extremely greasy.) Awful.

orded a chefs special curry?chicken tika massala it was dark red and tasted of some one has tipped a bag of sugar in it the chicken was cut so small you couldent even see the chicken.awful place.they can not cook curry !!!!! dont go sorry

That is chaddesden in derby. I live In Nottingham. Why on earth would i go 17/18 miles for a chippy dinner.

First and last time yesterday. TOOK ABOUT 15 MINUTES JUST FOR CURRY AND CHIPS. Chips soggy and tasteless and curry sauce looked and tasted like it had come scopped out of a pot of chicken tikka massala.

They're so generous with their portions and always made us feel welcomed.

Reasonably priced and food is cooked well. The back of the place looks like it needs a bit of refurbishment but kept fairly clean.

Disgusting soggy cold food - avoid! Don't take complaints seriously, rude and unhelpful staff.

Blamed it on the snow but the journey was 10 mins away & roads were clear !!

The food was an absolute abomination. The chicken was lifeless and looked like depressed chicken was plucked cooked with no love...poor thing. The chips and onion rings were limp. An onion ring is majestic and should be crispy with the onion sliding out...this one turned to mush. It was sad. The burger was almost hurtful... it was black. Apparently cooked in oil and well done. A bit too well done you know. I cried a little inside. The only thing worth enjoying was 're can of Rubicon. I tried to call them and if anything they seemed confused. Would not recommend

Food was cold when arrived and very greasy. Chicken wrap meal was small. But apart from that the order was okay.

I can't remember how long I waited but the reason was that the driver went to the wrong address first - my food was warm but went cold very quickly which affected my enjoyment of what was otherwise a perfect pizza

Normally the food is really good, however today wasn't the case. We had ordered a 10 piece nugget meal and only got 4 nuggets. And our kebab was drenched, the grease on it was unreal. Two of us are feeling a little unwell at the minute. We usually love food from here but tonight has certainly put us off:(

ordered from here many times before but unfortunately tonight the naan bread was undercooked and still doughy and couldn’t be eaten. The donner meat tasted different and couldn’t be eaten. the chips and garlic bread were ok though.

Onion bhajis were too overdone, and poppadoms we’re not as crunchy as I like. however it was a good curry- the best we’ve had.

the kabab was dry and hard and the pizza was rock hard at the bottom I’ve ordered here before and it was good but this time I was not as good
