Firejacks in Northampton

They cooked a better steak than Millet and Carter. At a fraction of the cost. Service was excellent and friendly. Ribs were great and my Dad thoroughly enjoyed this start to his night out. The £10 lunch time deal is amazing too

Firejacks is a great place to go and get something to eat. The first time I went was for a quick bite and wasn’t expecting that much but it’s so much better than I thought it would be. The steaks and deserts are really good. I’ve become a regular customer and the from the moment you enter the restaurant, the service from Ilenia, Norbert, Sharmaine and the rest of the team is always friendly and efficient. The restaurant looks very nice and is always spotlessly clean, as are the toilets. Top marks from me.

Fabulous meal for our son’s birthday. Group of 10 of us, food came super quickly and was demolished by everyone. My son had the fillet steak and said it was better than any steak he’d ever had, and we’ve been to some really top steak restaurants. Thank you for making his birthday!

A touring rugby party of 30 had a great experience at Firejacks on Saturday night. We were made to feel welcome from the moment we arrived and had wonderful service from Danny and his team of colleagues. They took care of everything, which isn’t always the way with a large group. I ordered from here just a few hours ago because because it's Friday night and I didn't want to cook. To cut a long story short Uber Eats messed up and had my food as out bring delivered when it hadn't even been picked up and the only way I was getting that food was to drive there myself (no car) or cancelling the order (at cost) and then paying the same cost for another delivery. Stacey (the duty manager I believe, and sorry if I got the name wrong) was excellent and got the food to me, it was still warm and tasted amazing. Thumbs up to the chefs for me and a massive thank you to the team member who went above and beyond as well. I've been in to eat, and ordered from here before and never have I been let down by this place. Thank you.

We called here for Lunch on Friday, this was our first visit. We were looked after by an amazingly customer focused young lady named Sharmaine. We had excellent food and excellent service! We will definitely be returning customers! Highly recommended!!!!

A table of 11 of us visited on Saturday for my daughter's 18th birthday meal. The food for excellent. The service was outstanding, they went above and beyond, decorated the table as requested and bought out the birthday cake we had purchased and even let us eat the cake in the restaurant. We all had a lovely time!

We were served our sides, chips & onion rings, no mains, ( fillet steak) our mains were served to another table. We complained and the sides were removed and informed by one waitress that they would keep our sides warm !! Fillet steaks delivered with our sides however wrong steak delivered, not going well. The steak took back, leaving sides to get cold again, when the steak was brought, it wasn’t seasoned well and was med to well done and not medium. They did ask if I wanted to change it, but I wanted to eat the same time as my wife, not 10 minutes later. We were informed that my wife’s cocktail would be reimbursed then when we went to pay the bill this offer was removed and we paid in full. Not a enjoyable Saturday night, plus £85 out of pocket. Poor restaurant and management,

We have visited Firejacks on numerous occasions over the years, this time it was to celebrate our daughter's graduation from university with very good friends. Since we last visited the menu has changes and is still fresh, interesting and varied. attention to allergies is amazing and they helped my daughter with a specific tablet to help her choose her meal. Price for what you get is absolutely spot on and well worth the visit. People to note and give special thanks to are Steph the very kind and helpful lady who made our booking and introduced our server. Our Server Riana who was just the most helpful person with a fantastic smile who quite clearly took so much pride in her job in helping people enjoy their evening. Thank you guys you are both great credits to Firejacks. others to note I can't name as I don't know who they were but the bar / waiter staff all work tirelessly with a happy smile on their face. A great evening had by all.

Where do we start?Everything was amazing from start to finish! We were sat down and had our drinks in our hands momentarily. We then had plenty of time to decide our meals ( most indecisive couple here). Once we have ordered the starters were quick to come out, shortly followed by the main meals as we didn’t want to stay too long in the cold, as much as we were enjoying ourselves. Out waitress was great and made some very good recommendations! This is now our go to !

So my wife ordered through Uber eats, 1st time using Firejacks Northampton. Just as the food was due to be delivered we received a phone call from a driver that started going into detail saying that a previous driver had collected my food and cancelled my order. Numerous times in a calm manner I said all due respect that is not my problem, I have paid and all I want is my food, he replied saying you are not getting your food and if I speak to him in that manner he will hang up...I was completely shocked, at no stage at all during the conversation did I raise my voice or direct any dialect that could have been construed as aggressive or threatening. The driver then passed the phone to a female member off staff working in firejacks...she simply said that the mix up was completely ubers fault and nothing firejacks could do, I said to her this issue is between firejacks and the driver and I requested to speak to a member of management, just as I thought my experience couldn't get any worse the lady said the restaurant is now closed and she hung the phone on me. After several attempts to call back the phone at firejacks just rang out. I then realised that my only way to try and resolve this nightmare experience was to drive to firejacks...upon my arrival food had just been handed to a driver and then the gentleman abruptly closed and locked the door then proceeded to the rear of the restaurant and hid behind a post next to the bar. Again in an extremely carm manner I made some polite hand movements to signal that I would like to discuss the matter and atleast receive an apology and my wife's money refunded to her account. The lady stayed hidden and the male member of staff walked a small distance away from the post whilst talking on the phone making eye contact with me on approximately half a dozen occasions, I tapped the glass, again all still very calm but the 2 members of staff simply ignored me and wouldn't deal with this complete mess. I am still in shock as I am typing this and find it so hard to believe in this day and age that this treatment towards paying customers actually takes place. This is a warning to all potential diners of what could happen, I really hope that no one else has to endure what should have been an enjoyable eating experience turn into a complete mess and I am fully understanding that accidents / mix ups/ cross wires occur but to me the most important thing of all is how it is dealt with and tonight was far, far from how I believe it should have been resolved. I will attempt to get my story to the firejacks head office and the colleagues that run the business and hopefully they can look to invest time and training for their staff because clearly there are areas that need working on, not least customer relations.From a shocked and disgruntled first and last time firejacks customer.

Went for dinner with one of my friends here on a Tuesday night. Booked online and just had a great experience. Every staff member went above and beyond. Great food and drink (especially loved all the variety of sauces). Very COVID secure. Disposable menus, sauces frequently sanitised, everyone wearing face covering.Really enjoyed it and look forward to coming back.
