I’m here in the UK for vacation. I have had a great time but overall service has been bad. As one of my last meals here, it’s been amazing. I ate the chili crisp chicken sandwich and Wow! Better than the stupid expensive “fine dining” meals I had eaten in Edinburgh and London. So good!

this was the worst take away I have ever had. the chips were cold and hard and just sprinkled garlic salt on them. the beef was OK but under done and the naan was soggy

The delivery driver did not want to deliver my food to the hospital ward. He wanted to leave it at the entrance. I think that delivery driver needs to check his job description. Some people make you laugh. Lazy and disrespectful to his job

Excellent food but check your order as they sometimes make mistakes!

This is the second time we have ordered from Firehouse in Morpeth and both times it has been late. Last time it was almost 2 hours, this time 1 hour late. It’s a shame as the quality of the food is always great

Despite having a missing item the delivery was still very good. However the pizza nan bread was very underwhelming for the money. Basically a nan bread with a little bit chicken and melted cheese on. Very over priced for what it is.

Tremendous just had a steak wrap and was a treat for the taste buds, plenty more on the exciting menu to try next time. Not a deserts person but deffo reccomend if you are to pop in that all looked fantastic too...

The food here is so unique ,delicious colourful and varied we had seconds ! The staff are friendly and welcoming it’s a real gem of an eatery superb value too!

Great burger. Stingy on the chips tonight

food was delicious. however are order was completely wrong, we ordered a burger but there was no burger, and the two meals we received related in no way shape or form to what we’ve actually ordered, one was a bit too spicy so we couldn’t eat it. Our order would’ve cost more than what we received. The kids meal was brill, so was the milkshake. The food was lovely, just not what we asked for or paid for.

Great grub and friendly service, would definitely recommend a visit.

Fantastic food delivered almost as soon as I’d ordered.

Stopped in here for a quick meal while staying in town. Food was prepared quick and quite good. Only comment was I got a chicken box and fries could have used some salt. But overall it was very good for fast food and a good portion size.

There’s a definite deterioration I’m sad to say. Chips have suddenly become substandard and a burger bun isn’t a stottie. (£10 for a small amount of beef filled out with dull potatoes is joke) . I was close to asking for a refund yesterday.

Ordered our food and was told there was a 45 minute wait. Was quite busy so said that was fine. Came back and collected the food. Got all the way home to find they had taken my order wrong. I rang and the lass on the phone apologised and said she would get the right meal cooked for me. When I went to collect it, the bag was passed to me but no mention of the fact the other meal was more expensive. I had to ask for the money difference back. I then gets back home to the most sorry looking garlic parmesan chicken loaded fries I have ever seen. 6 or so bits of shredded chicken with parmesan cheese sprinkled over on the top of some chips. Where was the garlic? I never found it yet? I thought maybe because the chicken was a bit spicy I might of missed it, but still haven't found the garlic yet. Will defo not recommend and will not be back.

The chips were cold sadly. Not as many chips either compared to other times. Everything appeared to be thrown in rather than delivered hot and well presented. Pretty disappointing.

Gone really downhill of late. food quality is strong but delivery is never on time, usually a minimum of 30 minutes late.

Yorkshire pudding wrap was lovely. The beef was very tasty but the best thing was the tub of gravy the flavour was unreal. highly recommend.

Worst takeaway we've ever had. Food arrived cold. Naan pizza (which looks stunning on your marketing pictures btw) was small, overcooked and tasteless. Obviously the naan was shop bought and not made fresh. Chips are cheaper than cheap and soggy in the sauces they have to lace them in give to them some flavour. Sauces are mediocre. The small amount of chicken in the £10 honey and chilli meal box was atrocious. The markup on the cheap food they serve must be sky high because they absolutely don't make up for it in flavour, quantity of quality. Cost a small fortune and we left food on our plates because we simply couldn't eat it. Won't be coming back. Explains why they're trying to reach more customers on the local "Eats" apps! Exceptionally disappointing.

No other burger comes close locally to this quality. Delivered super quick too. Very pleased

Man this place is just so inconsistent. But getting tired of it now. £15 box of chicken had the equivalent of about 3 chicken nuggets cut into tiny pieces. Rest was chips. Had to make a sandwich after to fill up. Was 30 mins late too but that’s standard for here.

Had the tikka box with lettuce, advertised as salad!!!, disapointing its not the 1st time this has happened.

Had the best burger I’ve ever had! It was the ‘wor burga’ with belly pork on the burger. Very, very good! My son had the steak and chips, he ate every last bite and said it was amazing. Great skin on chips, fab menu, can’t wait to go back and try the whole lot! They’ve got a kids menu too, which we didn’t try but looked a really good selection. Milkshakes also looked gorgeous. Excellent all round.

We went to the fire house to celebrate my Birthday after my wife had said it was really nice. I was amazed it was so nice and there so much I couldn’t eat it all. Great menu and so much to choose from and it was excellent value for money. Would well recommend and we will definitely be going back again Thank You Guys

Tasty food but small portions. I could have went to an Indian restaurant for less money and had more food. Other than portion size and value for money it's great.

First time at this restaurant and won’t be the last. Served by Laura who was very friendly and helped us in making choices from extensive menu. Service was efficient and quick. The food was amazing. Lovely and tasty (I had chicken tikka) and ample portions. Very impressed and just wish I lived closer so could visit weekly.

Burgers were banging although just warm. Chips were cold which was a real shame. Maybe tin foil around the boxes to keep the heat in?

A cut above the rest compared to other takeaways in the area. Fantastic burgers not that horrid generic garbage you find and no obnoxious pricing either. Good food & fair price. Favorite Local takeaway by a landslide.

I ordered my food a 8:30 pm and it didn’t arrive til 10:00pm I contacted the shop and they couldn’t do anything the driver was rude and the food was freezing cold

Freezing cold chips and the milkshakes had completely melted. Also they weren’t labelled so tried both tasted the same.

Great food at a great price. Delivery on this occasion was a little late but received notices from Firehouse so didn’t mind. This is first time there has been a delay so not a great concern.

Ordered at 19:15, had to ring twice to check where the order was. Arrived at 21:20 - stared 45 mins to an hour when ordered. Food was delicious though but real shame about the delivery time.

Came today after ordering online to be told my order was not received although the money was pending in my bank and i’ll now have to wait for £33 to be refunded. Food as average, nothing special and could’ve easily been made at home for a lot cheaper, in my opinion was not worth the money. One complaint i do have was how dry the wings were, they were not worth £7 at all.

Lovely food, lovely people. They actually read the "delivery notes" on the order and act upon them. I would highly recommend.

There was no yoghurt sauce and the fries were a little bit cold. I've had this order before but I was a little bit disappointed tonight. At this price, I expect it to be better.

This place can be very hit and miss. Since its inception they have gone down hill. The portions are poor, their presentation is worst than McDonalds and their delivery times are not the best. Not worth the extortionate price.

10/10 food, got wor borgor (as recommended by the owner), burger was juicy and fully packed and fries were crispy and well salted. Just wish they opened earlier through the week so I could get food from here more often.

Delicious food, great portions, well priced, nice service. I gave 3stars to atmosphere as I believe some music playing in the background would make the place more homey and also plastic seats are bit cold to sit on it the winter. But definitely coming back

One of the best burgers I’ve ever had, hot and fresh and great portion size. First time trying and will definitely be back. Only negative is it took 1 hour for collection but I hope that’s just because they’re busy with orders!

Cheeseburger was hot and beautiful also juicy my husband ate that , I had the chicken burger which was also lovely our meals were very hot slight delay in delivery but it did say it was an estimated time understandably it was a Saturday Evening and probably really busy ,Thank-you so much

Food was prompt, way before the allotted time, but both burgers and sides were dry, the halloumi fries were way overdone and the burgers were the same. I’m a bit disappointed as the flavours would be great but the cooking wasn’t the best, shame

Worth the wait, great tasting food very expensive but I don’t mind paying more if it’s good. I wouldn’t by from here every week or month but every once in a while I will just due to the cost. Almost £13 for two milkshakes.

Went to order takeaway before we even got to order the person was extremely cheeky because she couldn’t understand us on the phone then continued to mock us to her colleague was looking forward to order they need to work on there customer service

Fantastic size portions steak cooked to perfection nice and juicy, highly recommend well worth the money, arrived on time piping hot worth every penny.

On Just Eat a delivery time was stated. I accepted this and paid for the food in full via the Just Eat App. Upon competition of the financial transaction the delivery time was immediately extended by 30 minutes. If I had known this I would not have ordered. Telephoning the premises as per suggestion of Just Eat to obtain the original agreed delivery time was not successful This is a very underhand business treatment of customers by either Just Eat or the restaurant. The food was good, the business transaction scores zero out of ten.
