Fire&Dough in Northumberland

Stayed in Alston on a Wednesday night and this amazing pizza van arrived! The pizzas were freshly made, ready in 5 minutes and delicious! The staff on the van were very friendly and happy to make a pizza whichever way you wanted it.

The best pizza anywhere by far! Also I’ve never met such nice people that work for a business, they are so nice and always happy, highly recommend.

Absolutely unreal pizzas as always! I thought I’d try the custard based pizza with Nutella and it’s unreal! I beg this stays on the menu long term 😍😍

Got a roast chicken from the Hexham site and can say it was easy one of the best pizzas we have had, really friendly lads who work extremely hard, a great local business, I wish people like this all the success in the world, keep up the good work hopefully be lucky enough to catch you at another one of your stops soon

Fire and Dough pizzas are amazing. I have one every week from their ponteland site. The way they’re cooked gives a really different charcoal flavour. The base is nice and thin, with a really nice tomato base sauce and lashings of mozzarella. I’ve tried a few flavours and every one is delicious. The guys who work there are really canny and the service is quick. Can’t recommend enough.
