Nidhi was very nice, polite, professional and very helpful. She made the food so well, gave my friend and I napkins and she was so welcoming and warm service.

hit n miss, sometimes a decent pizza... other times they burn it. no consistency.

Didn't want to take my order over the phone. Why have a phone number? Now I have to stand to stand in a Queue for 10mins and wait another 10mins for the pizza to be cooked whilst putting up with drunk people bothering me.. Then they forget to put my chicken stripes in and I'm waiting another 10mins now. 30mins wasted for what?

I ordered at 2:30 am and received the pizza at 4:15am, the estimated delivery was 3:05-3:30am and I got nothing to say my order was received or if my food had been collected at all. I attempted to call the number over 6 times but no answer till I called at 3:40am asking if my order was received and they said 5-10 mins. I wouldn’t order again sorry. Also I ordered BBQ sauce to add to the store min but it didn’t arrive. I couldn’t contact the store due to it closing at 4am

I order something couple of days before but it arrived three hour let and it was cold and uneatable. Never going to order from hear again.

Absolutely UNHYGIENIC!! Popped in with my friend and unfortunately the guy making the pizza didn’t wear gloves while making our pizza and then handled money and cash from another customer who had ordered. The delivery driver also working at the store came in and went to the toilet. No hair net, blowing his noise, and then refused to give us a refund after we asked for it after seeing the way they handled the food. By law and for hygiene standards food prep must be done with gloves, hair net, and clean uniforms. Avoid, you don’t know what germs will be hidden in your pizza. Manager: Jay Patel.

Pizza is great, tastes so fresh and unique. But it is quite pricey at the same time.

We placed an online order for collection for 2 pizzas. The order was placed around 7.50pm on a Saturday and the website suggested we can collect the pizzas around 8.20pm. We got to Watford fireaway pizza at around 8.25 and got told the pizzas were not ready which was fine. We waited another 20-25 minutes for our pizzas at which point we decided to eat in house as it was a fair bit later than suggested on the website. The staff did not apologise at all for being late. I must say the pizzas we quite nice. However there ware 2 guys who just ordered a couple of milkshakes. One of the guys received his milkshake but the other guys was waiting ages for his milkshake. One of the staff at this point was chatting away to her friend at the restaurant front not caring how busy they were. I mean they could not even get an order of 2 milkshakes right, let alone making our 2 simple pizzas on the recommended allocation time (as per fireaway website). Hire staff who care and are a bit passionate about their work, especially being a Saturday night. The staff did not seem to care about what they were doing and how long they took to prepare someone's order. I am aware there are deliveroo/uber eat/just eat orders as well but then have the resources available to cope with that. I will order again but with the hope I get better service next time.

I order my Pizza at 1.20 pm, delivery was scheduled between 2.00 pm to 2.20 pm max. When I called at 2.35pm, the guy answered and said, we are too busy, so you have to wait. He said, he’d be 15 mins. I called again at 2.50 pm, a lady answered and said, due to the fuel crisis, they are running late. I did not believe her. A driver turned up at 3.15 pm. By which time, me and my workers were angry and hungry. When I told the diver, I was unhappy with the service. He simply directed me back to the Restuarant and laughed. I asked him, what he found funny and he said, the way I was acting, which I didn't find assuming.

These people are rude and money grabbers. We bought 2 pizzas and a side. Sat down whilst our food was being made and saw up on the advertising screen Infront of us a deal that was 2 pizzas, 1 side and a bottle of drink for less than what we paid. We asked the man behind the counter about this and he said "it's your fault you should've chosen the deal!" and that was that! Watford customer service at its best 👍🏼

Needed something quick to eat on our way to catch a train, other places were busy so we ended up ordering pizzas to eat in. Service was friendly, prompt and efficient and the pizzas were delicious and good value, very impressed and would return another time.

Don't think I'll bother again, the wait is far too long, the staff in store seems to be too stressed and not able to offer customer service and there are just too many other options. ---------------------------------------------------- *original hangry review* Never arrived, After an hour and a half waiting I tried ringing. Took ages for phone to be picked up, 3 times the line went dead. Eventually spoke to a member of staff who was rude and short answered. Kept complaining about being too busy and no staff. Told him the website said my order was sent 40 minutes ago, (after an hour prep time!) and they are only 10 minutes away from me at most. He said the website and email lied saying he had only just sent it When i told him to forget it and asked for a refund, told me I had to call back and talk to a manager in a couple of hours and then put phone down. So disappointed. I really would avoid this place, at least for delivery. there are plenty of other options in the area.

The one star is because I could not go lower … to have people without uniform and without any kind of hygiene training walking in, go behind the counter and then asked to start cutting and touching customers food it is outrageous, he started to work with his jacket on not even bothered to wash his hands before starting to touch customers foods with his bare hands I am sorry but I saw you whipping your mouth with your fingers then you tried to put chillis on my chicken with the same hands.Disgusting. Honestly I do think the pizza has a great potential possibly the place as well but because the level of hygiene I will never return nor order from your shop ever. I hate to think what is in your back kitchen. I hope you take my feedback as a constructive one.

We were looking for something to eat at 01:00 and we were convinced that we would not be able to find anything decent that late. Luckily, we found this diamond! The pizza is prepared very quickly right in front of you. We tried the pepperoni and we felt courageous and also ordered the Hawaiian which was amazing! They also added dips of garlic sauce. Well, I can assure you it was one of the best pizzas we ever had. Congrats to the lady that made those great pizzas like a pro!

Do not order on deliveroo. Ordered at 2am, said it would arrive at 2:30am. At 3 we called and the manager said it was out for delivery. At 3:30am still hadn’t arrived so we called again and he said it was out for delivery. I said you told me that 30 minutes ago but it’s still not here? Then they closed and didn’t pick up the phone and told Deliveroo that they’d left it outside my house (guess what - they hadn’t). 24 hours later, still no food and they are refusing to give our money back

Hard to believe all the 5-star critics for this place. Let take the food first: My pizza was ok, but only just. (pepperoni that was pretty simple stuff) The service however was just horrible. Did not listen when I placed the order. No plates, no smile, no extra, no nothing… Will for sure never go back. But I’m sure they can do better, so you might be lucky

Quick Service and a tasty pizza

Excellent vegetarian pizza. Loved the create your own pizza option with all veggies in it. Would have been more amazing if they had Paneer kind of topping also for vegetarian customers.

The restaurant is modern and very clean. It's so nice to see your pizza go into a stone oven and be ready in so little time. I purchased a Pestuno pizza with Chilli and Lemon flavoured Chicken strips. The pizza was quite salty but to be honest, that's to be expected as the pizza contained pesto and olives. I understand it was stone baked however I feel that it was too well done and became hard in a short period of time. The chicken strips were nice and spicy. I was mainly annoyed that I was charged £14.80 for 2 items but if I added a drink it would of been £12.99. Staff didn't prompt me on the deals available so I paid extra. I would definitely recommend you ask for deals when you visit. Staff were friendly, even though it was very busy for the one person taking orders and making them too. Even though I've scored it 2 stars I was actually give this visit a 2.5.

Awful restaurant, rude staff, food took 1.5 hrs to arrive. No excuse for that sort of delay for a pizza. Avoid this place at all cost!

We ordered 2 pizzas and waited 2 hours for them to be delivered! Apparently they were delivered but where , only the driver knows ! We called them 5 times and they even sent us a picture of someone else’s door with the pizzas lying on the cement in front of god knows who’s door! I’m still waiting for them but i think the driver went on holiday along with the staff working there ! Amazing service from this place , NOT! We did receive them in the end but I’m only giving 4 stars
