Go-to place for pizza, really tasty, good quality of ingredients! Would highly recommend.

If I could give less than one star I would. Took over 2 hours to arrive. Pizza had no flavor at all, base, sauce and toppings were all bland. Not helped by there being next to no sauce or cheese. In hindsight this was probably a good thing as what I did have of the pizza made me incredibly sick for 2 days and resulted in a trip to the doctors. The delivery driver refused to listen to instructions for how to get to my address, or to meet me at my door. Told me I had 5 minutes to come and find him on an adjacent road, as a single female at night or he would leave. When I found him he was aggressively shouting at someone on the phone and pacing around the car. Was rude, and made a comment about lack of tip, which he would of received in cash if he hadn't of been so rude and intimidating. Just avoid at all costs.

I only ordered a pizza, drink and side, however Fireaway gave me an extra garlic bread pizza on the house for a promotion aswell as when the delivery driver forgot my drink (which I wasn’t bothered about) he went all the back to the restaurant and back to give me it. And was very polite. 5 stars- good food, good prices and great service 👍

Very unhygienic, rude and lack of English speaking and understanding! Wedges are frozen and microwaved. The pizza was dry and hard with very little toppings and flavour. Made me feel very ill after!

I've become a regular at this pizza place because their pizzas are consistently delicious and the quality of their food never disappoints, and they always hit the mark. If you're looking for a place with amazing pizza that never lets you down, this is it!

Ordered a buffalo salad. Meant to have whole tomatoes and a few dried tomatoes. Instead chopped up tomatoes and so many dried tomatoes that aren’t fresh at all. Like old boots. And the whole salad tastes of the vile dried tomatoes. Just vile. Nothing like the photo on Uber eats. Also, macaroni cheese portion was smaller than a supermarket portion. Will NEVER order again. Salad made my stomach turn and pasta just a rip off.

Ordered on Uber eats today. Placed order at 16:39 cancelled order at 18:00 as they only just put the food in the oven when I phoned for an update. Absolutely disgusting customer service. They deliver the food themselves which makes them at full fault for this. Very disappointed, avoid especially on Uber eats as you wont get your order and will be left disappointed!

Waited an hour an 15 mins for delivery said delivered when it wasnt then appeared 15 mins later luke warm on arrival and gave me a ketchup dip... with a pizza, pizza is still decent though.

The food tasted good and was delivered hot. Unfortunately they did not have in stock what I originally ordered. The portion size of the pasta was very small for the price.

Ordered twice here now and twice it just hasn’t been worth it. Twice it’s been over 30 minutes late and cold. I’ll be giving Fireaway a miss in the future as there are plenty of other pizza shops in Watford!!!!!!!!!

Very good service and very good pizza

Really great thin base pizza, probably the best in Watford currently. The only slight ask is that through ordering apps they made the base sauce a choice, I prefer pesto base over tomato.

2nd order from here. Really enjoyed it! great flavours. wings were hot for a change, yesss! Only criticism would be if both pizza and wings were cooked a tad longer. I'll be ordering again I'm sure.

They said they rang me but I didn’t get any calls had to wait them to bring it back out and food was cold had to throw it in the bin and made other arrangements the person who picked up the phone was really rude there was a communication issue couldn’t understand what they was saying

Ordered some pizza. 7 orders who ordered after me got their pizzas before me even though it was the same pizza. No organisation. Have no idea what they’re doing. You have to go up and ask where your pizza is otherwise you won’t get served. Terrible customer service.

NEVER EVER GO TO THIS PLACE! SINGLEHANDEDLY THE WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE l! The worst takeaway experience I have ever had. We ordered 1 gluten free pizza and one normal pizza. There was no indication as to what pizza was the gluten free one which is very important and the toppings are completely wrong. We then called the store, spoke with Jay and his colleague who could hardly speak English and they refused to help rectify the situation. We were told the pizza we ordered are correct and we were wrong despite having the order in front of me. They told me there was nothing they could do and then hung up on me. First and last ever order. This store is a joke

Staff wasn’t friendly at all, we tried to order at the till because we wanted to modify our order and the man who was serving encouraged us to use the kiosk instead, felt like poor customer service. Got an 12” queen margarita pizza, with tandoori chicken, was horrible. Wasn’t even worth £10.95. Would rather go to Wetherspoons for a better pizza to be honest. Crust was horrible, base was like eating potato crisps, stingy with the chicken even though it’s regarded as an extra top up. Wouldn’t come here again unless it was the only place open at 4am on a Saturday night, and I was drunk as hell. There are better places to get your pizza in Watford, don’t bother with this place.

Awful Pizzas in here, I would rather pick up a dog poo from the street and eat it instead. The base seems to be made of concrete and the sauce was made for open cuts. If this place is supposed to be an Italian Pizza place, this is a disgrace and disrespectful for Italian community

Very nice Gluten Free Pizza. However it took over 1 hour and half for the delivery. It was a bank holiday though to be fair so I cant complain.

Notes for time of delivery were ignored, manager was not prepared to understand that this was a mistake and could not understand that a gesture of goodwill was necessary for the poor service. Will think twice about ordering from this branch in future - very disappointed

4 stars because my vegan chicken strips were well over cooked very crispy and hard, pizza was good though. I've not been getting any extra free food like my first two orders bit disappointing.

My vegan calzone wasn't as good as the last 2 not sure who made it but there wasn't enough tomato and herb sauce which made it not as tasty. It was a bit disappointing because it's the tomato and herb sauce which makes it tasty.

The food is very tasty I've had both vegan calzones very good. The vegan chicken side was pretty good too. Both times I've ordered they've given me extra, the first time they gave me garlic bread and second time a whole vegan pepperoni pizza can't complain about that also very yummy.
