Fireaway Pizza Watford in Watford

Pizza had no flavor at all, base, sauce and toppings were all bland. Not helped by there being next to no sauce or cheese.

Pizza shop is offering 2 pizzas for 1 however I was delivered only 1. I’ve spoken to the shop directly and supposed to deliver the second one which never happened.

Absolutely useless, pizza is normally spot on, but the driver gets a puncture, so I wait nearly 2 hours for a pizza, then he turns up with a pot of icecream to smooth things over, no drink then tries taking £5 off the meal. Avoid like the plague

Ordered a vegan pizza and received free garlic bread which had some potential signs of mold. The pizza was quite bland and flavourless and very thin but this was acceptable at the time , until of course the next day where my bowels were having the worst day in a long time. Me and 2 other friends became sick from the pizza and garlic bread, all sharing stomach issues and extreme discomfort. Please do not order from this hell hole. It is better that you starve than eat this wretched food.

There vegan pizza and garlic bread caused me and my friends to all have severe stomach issues the next day as it was only us who ate from the pizza and garlic bread that fell to these horrible stomach issues. I would not at all recommend ordering or eating any food from this place and would advise people to order from better establishments. Im not writing this to get back at them but rather j to warn people if they don't want a day on the toilet, don't eat here

I had a delivery and can not fault them! The delivery driver was super polite and chirpy and they gave me a complimentary pizza for being a tad late! Wasn't even half hour late!! Daughter was very happy to have her own pizza 😀🍕 Unsure of his name but it is 00.30 if you are able to send this review to him and thank him for the really lovely customer service!!!!

Tuesday 11:57, was ordering the bogo 2:1, 12pm hit and the deal ended. Was about to walk out, the owner said I got you! Honored the deal. Thank god cause my wife was already upset.. imagine I show up with no pizza.. I probably wouldn’t make it to the morning

This was the second time ordering from Fireaway Designer Pizza as the first time was a big hit with us both and this time didn’t let us down either. Great food delivered at the time stated and for a fair price. All in all a very good experience.

I only ordered a pizza, drink and side, however Fireaway gave me an extra garlic bread pizza on the house for a promotion aswell as when the delivery driver forgot my drink (which I wasn’t bothered about) he went all the back to the restaurant and back to give me it. And was very polite. 5 stars- good food, good prices and great service 👍

If I could give less than one star I would. Took over 2 hours to arrive. Pizza had no flavor at all, base, sauce and toppings were all bland. Not helped by there being next to no sauce or cheese. In hindsight this was probably a good thing as what I did have of the pizza made me incredibly sick for 2 days and resulted in a trip to the doctors. The delivery driver refused to listen to instructions for how to get to my address, or to meet me at my door. Told me I had 5 minutes to come and find him on an adjacent road, as a single female at night or he would leave. When I found him he was aggressively shouting at someone on the phone and pacing around the car. Was rude, and made a comment about lack of tip, which he would of received in cash if he hadn't of been so rude and intimidating. Just avoid at all costs.

First time we used Fireaway Designer Pizza - Watford. Our usual one wasn’t available so we tried this one and we weren’t disappointed. Tasty pizza which was cooked very well and with ample toppings. Also the price was very good for what you got.

Very unhygienic, rude and lack of English speaking and understanding! Wedges are frozen and microwaved. The pizza was dry and hard with very little toppings and flavour. Made me feel very ill after!

Ordered a buffalo salad. Meant to have whole tomatoes and a few dried tomatoes. Instead chopped up tomatoes and so many dried tomatoes that aren’t fresh at all. Like old boots. And the whole salad tastes of the vile dried tomatoes. Just vile. Nothing like the photo on Uber eats. Also, macaroni cheese portion was smaller than a supermarket portion. Will NEVER order again. Salad made my stomach turn and pasta just a rip off.

Ordered on Uber eats today. Placed order at 16:39 cancelled order at 18:00 as they only just put the food in the oven when I phoned for an update. Absolutely disgusting customer service. They deliver the food themselves which makes them at full fault for this. Very disappointed, avoid especially on Uber eats as you wont get your order and will be left disappointed!

Waited an hour an 15 mins for delivery said delivered when it wasnt then appeared 15 mins later luke warm on arrival and gave me a ketchup dip... with a pizza, pizza is still decent though.
